Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of consumer perceptions and lifestyle on consumer behavior in purchasing second-hand products (a case study of consumers at a used clothing store, Cowboy Collection, Padang). This type of research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis. The sample of this research is consumers at the cowboy collection used clothing store Padang. Samples were taken by non-probability sampling technique. The number of respondents 98 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are the independent variables, namely consumer perceptions (X₁) and lifestyle (X₂) and the dependent variable (Y), namely consumer behavior. From the calculation of the t test, it can be seen that for consumer perception (X₁) the large t-count value of t-table is 4.590 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.012 <0.05, so the conclusion is that the hypothesis can be accepted or proven true for the consumer perception variable (X₁). So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence between consumer perceptions and consumer behavior. While the t test for lifestyle (X₂) the value of t count is large from t table 6.498 > 0.677 and a significant value is 0.000 <0.05 , so the conclusion is that the hypothesis is also accepted for the product quality variable (X₂). So it can be stated that there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle and consumer behavior. Companies can pay more attention to things that can influence consumer behavior in purchasing products.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price, trust, ease of use of applications and promotions on online purchasing decisions at Shopee for STKIP and STIE Widyaswara Indonesia Solok Selatan students. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were students of STKIP and STIE Widyaswara Indonesia Solok Selatan. Where the number of STKIP students and STIE Widyaswara Indonesia Solok Selatan is 1.519 students. The sampling technique used was accidentalsampling, while the number of samples was 94 students obtained using the slovin formula. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis techniques use validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression and t test using SPSS version 21.00. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that price, trust, ease of use of the application and positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions at Shopee for STKIP and STIE Widyaswara Indonesia Solok Selatan students.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, and self-confidence on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. The total population of this study was 117 people. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 117 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and t-statistic test. The research results show that, Organizational culture has a significant effect on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. Leadership style has a significant effect on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. Self-confidence variable has a significant effect on the work commitment Employees of Department Education and Culture Padang City. The work commitment is influenced by organizational culture, leadership style and self-confidence of 75.5%. While the remaining 24.5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as work environment, work motivation, work discipline, personality and so on.

Abstract

Loyalty is the most important aspect for a company to maintain its extension in order to maintain and attract other customers. One way that can be done in building customer loyalty is to establish good relationships with customers. Having loyal customers is the main goal of every company. This study aims to examine customer loyalty, segmentation,targeting and positioning on consumer loyalty to logo shop product plaza andalas Padang products. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study is buyers from February to June as many as 277 buyers. The sample collection technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, or anyone who happens to meet a researcher who can be used as a sample using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 people. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality, testimonials, and endorsements have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to logo shop product plaza andalas Padang products.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and determine the influence of attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control on the interest of priority customers' deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. This research is quantitative in nature. The primary data for this research were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to priority customers at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office. The population of this study consisted of 272 individuals. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 272 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and t-Statistical test. The research results indicate that attitude has a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office, as reflected by the significance value (Sig.) of 0.035, which is lower than < 0.05 (α). Subjective norms have a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office, as evidenced by a very low significance value, which is 0.000 < 0.05 (α). Behavioral control has a significant influence on the interest of customer deposits at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office, as reflected in the very low significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 (α). The variables Attitude (X1), Subjective Norms (X2), and Behavioral Control (X3) are able to explain or influence the variable of customer deposit interest at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Padang Branch Office by 74.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of compensation and leadership both simultaneously and partially on the work discipline of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach where the respondents are employees at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the City of Padang. Determination of the number of samples using the Total Sampling sample technique. The number of samples taken was 77 people to be respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence of compensation and leadership both simultaneously and partially on the work discipline of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Padang. The results of the study prove that compensation and leadership affect the work discipline of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Padang.

Abstract

Isu turnover intention di lingkungan kerja perawat kontrak di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. M. Djamil Padang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara turnover intention dengan faktor-faktor konflik peran dan stres kerja di kalangan perawat kontrak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua variabel tersebut untuk memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai dinamika pekerjaan dan potensi transisi pekerjaan di kalangan perawat kontrak. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup seluruh perawat kontrak wanita yang sudah menikah dan memiliki anak di rumah sakit yang berjumlah 94 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling, untuk memastikan keterlibatan semua anggota populasi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada perawat kontrak di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. M. Djamil, koefisien untuk konflik peran sebesar 0,312 dan untuk stres kerja sebesar 0,244, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 untuk keduanya, yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara kedua variabel independen dengan intensi turnover. Implikasi dari temuan ini memberikan landasan bagi Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Dr. M. Djamil untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen yang lebih efektif dalam memitigasi konflik peran dan stres kerja, dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat turnover intention di kalangan perawat kontrak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, tarif, dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna Bus Trans Padang Koridor 1. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti mencakup dimensi kualitas pelayanan (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy), serta pengaruh tarif dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei melalui kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang merupakan pengguna Bus Trans Padang Koridor 1 dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap setiap variabel. Teknik analisis data meliputi, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yang meliputi uji T. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = -3,248 + 0,335 X1 + 0,120 X2 + 0,666 X3+ 0,238 X4 + 0,027 X5 + -0,083 X6+ 0,356 X7+e, yaitu tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), Empaty (X5) dan Fasilitas (X7) berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelangan sedangkan tarif (X6) berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna bus trans padang koridor 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stress and workload on employee turnover intention at PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research type, the sample calculation in this a sample size of 95 employees at PT. Bank Nagari West Sumatra. The data collection method used a questionnaire, the analysis tool with multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that partially work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bank Nagari West Sumatra. While workload does not have a significant effect on employee turnover intention at Bank Nagari West Sumatra.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah agar dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing pada divisi housekeeping di PT. Graha Sarana Duta Telkom Property Indonesia, Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Responden penelitian ini adalah 75 orang karyawan outsourcing pada divisi housekeeping di PT. Graha Sarana Duta Telkom Property Indonesia, Sumatera Barat. Teknik sampling yaitu mengunakan metode total sampling dimana semua populasi penelitian dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dihitung dengan regresi linier berganda dengan program IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 24.0. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada divisi housekeeping di PT.
