This study aims to determine the effect of work competence, work motivation, and work commitment on the performance of the employees of the Secretariat of DPRD Kota Pariaman as many as 49 people. The research method is by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to the entire population which can be used for analysis purposes. This hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis show that from the three independent variables, the results of hypothesis testing are obtained: Job competence has a significant effect on the performance variable (dependent variable). Furthermore, work motivation variable has a significant effect on performance. And the work commitment variable has a significant effect on performance. Likewise with the simultaneous test, the three independent variables also affect the performance as the dependent variable. The results of the hypothesis testing found that the magnitude of the influence of work competence, work motivation and work commitment to performance was 75.8%. While the rest (100% - 75.8% = 24.2%) is influenced by other variables outside this regression model

Loyalty is the most important aspect for a company to maintain its extension in order to maintain and attract other customers. One way that can be done in building customer loyalty is to establish good relationships with customers. Having loyal customers is the main goal of every company. This study aims to examine product quality, testimonials and endorsements on consumer loyalty to Emina Transmart Padang products. This research is a quantitative research, the population in this study is buyers from February to June as many as 2,200 buyers. The sample collection technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique based on chance, or anyone who happens to meet a researcher who can be used as a sample using the slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 100 people. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality, testimonials, and endorsements have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty to Emina Transmart Padang products

This study aims to examine the influence of brand ambassadors, purchase intention and testimonials on decisions online purchases on Instagram for students in the pandai sikek village. This type of research is quantitative, where this research uses numerical data and the research process emphasizes measuring objective results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were students in the pandai sikek village who had made online purchases on Instagram. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method based on certain criteria, namely students who have done online shopping on Instagram, the number of samples is 100 people obtained using the Lemeshow formula. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions test using SPSS version 16.00. The hypothesis is tested using the t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors, purchase interest and testimonials have a positive and significant effect on online purchase decisions on Instagram for students in the pandai sikek village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Emotional Value, Social Value, Quality Value, dan Value of Money terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada konsumen Rumah Makan Ampalu Raya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan eksplanatori. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dipilih berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Emotional Value, Social Value, Quality Value dan Value of Money secara signifikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction.

Initial observations at RSUD Pratama Tapan identified issues in nurse performance, including delayed task completion, low initiative, and ineffective internal communication. These conditions highlight the need to examine the factors influencing nurse performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of self-efficacy, training, and work environment on nurse performance at RSUD Tapan. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to all 42 nurses using total sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results indicate that self-efficacy, training, and work environment all have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. These findings emphasize that enhancing confidence through self-efficacy, providing high-quality training, and creating a supportive work environment are essential strategies for sustainably improving nurse performance. Therefore, hospital management should consider these three aspects as key components in efforts to improve the quality of healthcare services.

This study is motivated by the importance of employee performance as a determinant of company productivity, emphasizing the role of organizational commitment and organizational culture in influencing performance both directly and indirectly through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The objective is to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance, with OCB as an intervening variable at PT. Andalan Mitra Prestasi in Kota Padang. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was used. The sample consisted of 66 employees selected through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from the company’s internal documentation. Analytical techniques included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, path analysis, and the Sobel test, with data processed using SPSS. The results show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on both OCB and employee performance, whereas organizational culture does not significantly affect either OCB or performance. However, OCB significantly influences employee performance and mediates the effect of organizational commitment on performance. These findings underscore the strategic role of extra-role behavior in strengthening the relationship between internal organizational factors and individual performance. The implications highlight the importance of reinforcing organizational commitment and developing OCB as part of a sustainable effort to improve employee performance.

Teacher and education personnel performance is a crucial factor in achieving educational goals, yet it is often influenced by various internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership style and work motivation on the performance of teachers and education personnel at SMA Negeri 11 Padang. A quantitative approach was used, employing Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research sample consisted of 52 respondents, teachers and education personnel selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability testing. The analysis results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant effect on performance, whereas work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers and education personnel. These findings suggest that in the context of SMA Negeri 11 Padang, work motivation is the dominant factor influencing performance, while the principal’s leadership style is not a primary determinant. The implications of this study underscore the importance of strengthening work motivation through strategies such as improving welfare, providing competency development training, and fostering a supportive work environment.

Pegawai yang berkualitas dan profesional melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan merupakan kekuatan yang memegang peranan penting bagi pemerintah daerah. Kinerja merupakan faktor yang menentukan pencapaian suatu instansi atau keberhasilan sumber daya manusianya dalam menjalankan visi dan misi instansi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI LPP RRI PADANG. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penduduk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagian adalah pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) dan bukan pegawai negeri sipil (PBPNS) di LPP RRI Padang yang berjumlah 92 orang. Jenis datanya kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji f dan t. Hasil penelitian menemukan 1) Variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP RRI Padang dengan nilai sig <. 2) Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP RRI Padang dengan nilai sig <. 3) Gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP RRI Padang dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p <0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, oleh karena itu instansi harus menyediakan gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat diterima oleh semua karyawan.

Cost of equity is a cost concept used in determining the amount of costs that will be incurred by the company to fund providers or investors to then determine the average cost of capital of all funds that have been used. The cost of equity measurement used in this study is the Ohlson model. This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital disclosure, independent commissioners, and leverage on the cost of equity. The sample of companies used by LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023 was selected using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis method uses panel data regression. The results of this study show that 1) intellectual capital disclosure has no effect on the cost of equity, 2) independent commissioners have a negative and significant effect on the cost of equity and 3) leverage has no effect on the cost of equity. The implications of the research are expected to be used as a basis in future research and provide an overview of intellectual capital disclosure and corporate governance on the cost of equity through the Ohlson model approach

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan perilaku kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BTPN KC Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Bank BTPN KC Padang. Jumlah karyawan Bank BTPN KC Padang sebanyak 47 orang dan seluruhnya digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BTPN KC Padang; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BTPN KC Padang; (3) perilaku kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank BTPN KC Padang.
