The financial performance of a company can be interpreted as a measure of the performance of a company that shows good conditions over a certain period of time. The purpose of measuring financial performance is to obtain useful information about cash flow, use of funds, efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership on financial performance in manufacturing companies. The data processed is secondary data from the annual reports of 20 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for 2017-2021 taken through purposive sampling. The method used in this study is the panel data regression analysis method using Eviews version 10. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners has no and significant effect on financial performance, managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on the financial performance of companies conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the using secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The total population is 252 companies and the sample is 45 companies with a Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This type of research is quantitative research total of 135 observations. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using Ordinary Least Square, with a multiple regression model approach, statistical t-test and different test. The results of the study show that: Profitability/NPM has a significant positive effect on the financial performance of companies conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Liquidity/Cash Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on the financial performance of companies conducting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. There is no difference in profitability/NPM after and before the Initial Public Offering (IPO). There are differences in liquidity/ cash ratios after and before the Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh financial leverage dan firm size terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang telah melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode pengamatan tahun 2017-2021 sebanyak 252 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 perusahaan dengan total 180 observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan Ordinary Least Square dengan pendekatan model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial leverage/DER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Firm size berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Terdapat perbedaan financial leverage/ DER setelah dan sebelum Initial Public Offering (IPO). Tidak ada perbedaan ukuran perusahaan setelah dan sebelum Initial Public Offering (IPO).

this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure, company growth and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing sector companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. The population in this study are all manufacturing sector companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange during the 2017-2021 observation period is 80 companies. The number of samples in this study were 16 companies with a total of 80 observations. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data obtained from the indonesian stock exchange website. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression and statistical t-test. The results of the study show that, capital structure has a positive and insignificant effect on company value. Company growth has a negative and insignificant effect on company value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on company.

Loans are loans or bills agreed between parties. This study aims to determine the effect of third party funds and financial performance on gifts to banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Source of data used in this study is secondary data in the formof annual reports. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017 -2021 period that were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples used in the study were 11 companies. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results it was found that Third Party Funds (DPK) had a positive and significant effect on lending to banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non Performing Laon (NPL) had no effect on lending to banking companies in Indonesia stock exchange.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi para pelaku UMKM adalah kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai proses pencatatan transaksi digital di era teknologi yang terus berkembang. Para pelaku UMKM perlu memahami pencatatan transaksi keuangan berbasis aplikasi ini karena berkaitan dengan perkembangan saat ini dan dapat mengatasi permasalahan sulitnya pencatatan transaksi keuangan bagi para pelaku UMKM.Kegiatan ini membantu agar melalui pelatihan ini, UMKM dapat memahami dan mengetahui tentang pelaporan keuangan, proses pelaporan keuangan, aplikasi pelaporan keuangan digital dan proses pelaporan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi “si Apik”.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap alur pelaporan keuangan saat menggunakan aplikasi “Si Apik” setelah pelatihan.

Good performance is an employee who can complete work according to the specified target. Good performance is optimal performance. The employee's performance is capital for the agency to achieve its goals. This research aims to test the Locus of Control on employee performance, to test Self Efficacy on employee performance, the sampling method uses a total sampling technique of 41 samples, using normality testing and multiple regression. The research results show that Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self Efficacy does not have a significant effect on employee performance.

The objective of this research is to objectively determine how customers of PT. Lazada Indonesia influences their decisions to buy goods through pricing, prices and online promotions. According to the terms posted by Lazada Marketpalace users, participants in the study had to be at least eighteen years old, and the study used a non-conjectural sampling method. To collect data, a questionnaire was used. To test the hypothesis, validity, descriptive analysis, classical hypothesis, Linear regression analysis, and T Test. The research results show that various components, including product quality, price, and online promotions, greatly influence purchase satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, locus of control, and self efficacy on employee performance. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. The research sample was employees of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Sumatra Province. Where the number of employees at the Manpower and Transmigration Office was 40 people and all samples were sampled in this study. Data collection was carried out using the documentation method and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test using multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results showed that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
