Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test price against sales. to test consumer sales against sales. This research was conducted at AA Catering. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. And the object taken in this research is AA Catering Padang. By using primary and secondary data. The sampling method used the Slovin formula as many as 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. . The results showed that the price had a positive and significant effect on sales at AA Catering. And consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on sales at AA Catering

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia merupakan salah satu pendorong perekonomian Indonesia selain koperasi. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari bukti nyata bahwa sebagian besar UMKM di Indonesia tidak menghadapi krisis di tengah-tengah krisis Pandemi Covid 19.  Perkembangan jumlah UMKM dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah. Perkembangan UMKM baru terlihat dari sisi jumlahnya saja. Secara umum, khususnya dalam aspek finansial, hanya sedikit UMKM yang mengalami perkembangan dalam hal kinerja keuangannya. Hal ini tak lepas dari ketidaksadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan.objek dari pengabdian ini adalah pengusaha budidaya madu lebah di kota padang. Acara ini dilaksanakan pada hari rabu tanggal 19 Oktober 2022 yang bertempat di padang. Peserta mengikut pelatihan ini berjumlah 30 orang didalam pemamaparan nya terjadi tanya jawab sehinggu suasana diskusi semakin hidup. Harapan dari salah satu peserta semoga kegiatan seperti ini bisa terus berlanjut karna manfaat yang dirasakan oleh peserta sangat besar sekali . Kata Kunci : Penyuluhan, Laporan Keuangan, UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of interest rates SBI and Inflation on the performance of Sham Mutual Funds. This research uses Monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) of equity mutual funds registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), as well as monthly data on SBI Interest Rates and Inflation obtained from Bank Indonesia monthly report. By using purposive sampling method selected fourteen equity mutual funds that are active and always exist in five years research to analyze as sample. Indicators used in Determining the performance of equity mutual funds is the Sharpe ratio method. Statistical test that used in this research is multiple regression test. Research result shows that the SBI Interest Rate and Inflation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of equity funds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance and the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang. This research is a type of quantitative research with a survey approach chosen because it uses a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research object is PT. PLN (UPT persero Padang. The research sample used saturated sampling of 52 samples, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially work motivation had a negative and significant effect on employee performance and workload had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. employees at PT.PLN (Persero) UPT Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of performance appraisal and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees of Pizza Hut Ahmad Yani Padang Branch, either individually or collectively. In this study, 45 employees were used using the census method. The data used is primary data. The data collection process was carried out through direct observation by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression and t-statistical testing and F-statistical test. The data processing is done by using the SPSS program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that performance appraisal had a significant effect on employee work discipline, the same thing was found in the work discipline variable that had a significant effect on the performance of Pizza Hut employees, Ahmad Yani Padang Branch, besides that performance appraisal and discipline together had a significant effect on job satisfaction. employees of Pizza Hut Branch Ahmad Yani Padang

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which insolvency and liquidity ratios affect financial performance. This research is a quantitative research method using data in the form of financial statements of the Islamic banking sector at the Financial Services Authority for the period 2017 – 2021. This study used a purposive sampling method as a sampling technique. The variables used in this study are insolvency (X1), liquidity (X2). Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded from this research that: Insolvency has a significant positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking companies registered with the financial services authority in 2017-2021. This means that the companies listed in the OJK do not experience bankruptcy. Likewise with the Liquidity ratio which has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking companies registered with the financial services authority in 2017-2021. This means that Islamic banking companies are able to fulfill their short-term obligations at maturity. Therefore, the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia is good and growing. In this study, the data analysis method used was descriptive statisrics using the stata 14 program.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi covid-19 dirasakan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Permasalahan ekonomi yang dihadapi masyarakat semakin komplek dan berat dengan naiknya harga–harga kebutuhan pokok seperti beras per kilo gramnya sudah lebih dari Rp.10.000, harga cabai terus meningkat, bahan bakar gas elpiji yang tidak stabil di pasaran, dan lain-lain. Kondisi tersebut mengakibatkan ketidakstabilan harga– harga lainnya. Hal ini memaksa setiap individu harus lebih berhemat dan lebih pandai dalam mengelola ekonomi keluarga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan penngabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan menyadarkan masyarakat (terutama kaum ibu, sebagai pelaku dan pengelola ekonomi keluarga) dan membuka wawasan mereka tetang arti pentingnya dan cara pengelolaan ekonomi keluarga yang baik (meski sederhana) sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sekarang dan masa yang akan datang. Khalayak sasaran adalah masyarakat khususnya Ibu-Ibu di Pasir Jambak Kelurahan Pasir Nan Tigo Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang. Hasil kegiatan: Secara umum peserta penyuluhan belum pernah melakukan menejemen ekonomidan keuangan keluarga secara baik, mereka melakukan penghitungan keuangan keluarga apa adanya. Pengetahuan dan kemampuan pengelolaan ekonomi dan keuangan keluarga mereka sangat terbatas. Tidak mudah bagi mereka untuk membedakan antara kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka menabung tidak di lembaga keuangan dan perbankan tapi dalam bentuk arisan. Susahnya ketika mendapat arisan kemudian digunakan untuk keperluan konsumsi yang sifatnya emosional yang sifatnya cenderung merupakan pemborosan. Investasi yang mereka lakukan dalam bentuk barang yaitu ternak atau sawah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which profitability and solvency ratios affect financial performance. This research is a quantitative research method using data in the form of financial statements of the Islamic banking sector at the Financial Services Authority for the period 2017 –2021. This study used a purposive sampling method. The results of the study show that the influence of the profitability ratio on the performance of the Islamic banking financial sector at the Financial Services Authority during the 2017 – 2021 period has no significant effect. Although the results in this study are not significant it does not mean that companies can ignore the Profitability ratio. Often conditions of high profit will be a consideration for investors in these companies in making investment decisions and creditors in loan decisions. Meanwhile, the solvency ratio of the Islamic banking sector at the Financial Services Authority during the 2017-2021 period as a whole is said to be in good condition and has a positive effect on financial performance. Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of underwriter reputation and underpricing on the financial performance of companies conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The type of research is quantitative and used secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The population are all companies that have conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 observation period. The total population of this study is 252 companies and samples were 60 companies. Sampling in this study using a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using Ordinary Least Square, with a multiple regression model approach and statistical t-test. Data analysis used eviews 12. The results of the study show that underwriting history has a negative and no significant. Underpricing has a significant positive.

Abstract

Financial performance is a picture of the company's condition to find out whether the company's financial condition is good or bad which reflects the performance of a certain period. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of board of directors and institutional ownership variables on financial performance in manufacturing companies. The data processed is secondary data from the annual reports of 30 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for 2017-2022 taken through purposive sampling. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews version 9. The results of this study indicate that the board of directors has a significant effect on financial performance, institutional ownership has a negative effect on financial performance
