ABSTRACTIn 2018 Indonesian manufacturing companies were asked to Debt Restructuring, meaning that they were included in the Delayed Obligation of Debt Payment (PKPU) throughout 2018. While manufacturing companies recorded 18 PKPU requests, according to Law 37/2004 on PKPU and bankruptcy, on condition that debtors have fallen debt. due, and can be billed and can be proven simply (Kontan.co.id). This study is to examine the effect of free cash flow, profitability, dividend policy and company size on the leveraga of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of manufacturing companies at the end of the 2018 period is 162 companies. Purposive sampling technique of sampling, 8 companies as samples. Financial report data from the official IDX website. Using the panel data regression analysis method is assisted by the E-Views 8 application. The initial test is to test the chow-test to decide whether the pooled least square or fixed effect method is used; and the Hausman-test to determine the fixed or random effect method used. the results showed that free cash flow had no effect on leverage, profitability had a significant negative effect on leverage, dividend policy had a significant negative effect on leverage, and company size had no effect on leverage.Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Profitability, Dividend Policy, Company Size, Leverage

This study is intended to examine leverage analysis reviewed from devident policy factors and size of companies in manufacturing companies listed in indonesia stock exchange. The population is manufacturing companies at the end of the 2018 period, amounting to 163 companies. The sample collection technique using a purposive sampling method, 9 companies as samples. Data financial statements obtained from the official website of IDX. Used is panel data regression analysis with the help of E-Views 8 application. The initial test is to test the Chow-Test to decide whether the Pooled Least Square or Fixed Effect method is used; and the Hausman-Test to decide whether the Fixed Effect or Random Effect method can be used. The results showed that the dividend policy variable had a negative and significant effect on leverage, company size had a negative and not significant effect on leverage. Pengaruh CAR, BOPO, NPL, NIM, dan LDR terhadap ROA pada Perusahaan di Sektor Perbankan yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2012-2016 Aminar Sutra Dewi

This study aims to examine the relationship between Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), BOPO, Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) for Return On Asstes (ROA). The number of samples used are 9 commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The method used in this study using multiple regression analysis using Eviews 6. From the results of tests performed show that CAR statistically does not significantly influence tehadap ROA, BOPO significantly influence teh ROA, NPL has significant effect to ROA, different from NIM which has no significant effect on ROA, and LDR has significant effect on ROA. The stock price of companies listed in the LQ45 Index has decreased almost in all sectors, except the mining and infrastructure sectors are still in the green zone. This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Equity on stock prices and the size of the Company on the company's stock price. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, while the data used was secondary data in the form of financial report data. The model is estimated using data panel regression, namely Common Effects Models (CEM), Fixed Effects Models (FEM), and Random Effects Models (REM). The results of this study indicate that financial performance has no significant effect on stock prices, and the size of the company also has no significant effect on stock prices.

The role of human resources is very important in an organization, both for profit and non-profit organizations. The success of an organization is very important. influenced by the performance of an employee. This study aims to test emotional intelligence on employee performance, to test intellectual intelligence on employee performance, to test job satisfaction on employee performance. The sampling method uses a saturated total sampling of 30 samples, using normality testing and multiple linear regression. The results showed that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Intellectual intelligence has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Financial distress is a condition where a company experiences problems with their finances so that the company is threatened with bankruptcy. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of cash flow, profitability and leverage variables partially on financial distress, as well as to determine which variable has most dominant influence on financial distress in manufacturing companies. The data processed is secondary data from the annual report of 30 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2021 which were taken through purposive sampling. The method use in this research is panel data regression analysis method using Eviews version 10. The result of this study indicate that : cash flow has a negative effect on financial distress, profitability and leverage have a significant effect on financial distress. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intrinsic work motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division II West Sumatra. Collecting data through questionnaires to 98 respondents using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using multiple linear regression testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that intrinsic work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Rasio CAMEL mempunyai pengaruh terhadap return saham pada PT Bank Mandiri Tbk selama periode 2003-2013. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapat dari lembaga yang relevan. Metode penelitian menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan digunakan uji F dan secara parsial digunakan uji-t.Hasil pengujian secara simultan atas perubahan variabel independen terhadap perubahan variabel dependen diketahui perubahan Rasio CAMEL terhadap return saham PT Bank Mandiri Tbk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan . Hasil pengujian secara parsial atas perubahan variabel independen terhadap perubahan variabel dependen diketahui CAR ,KAP, dan ROA berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. LDR berpengaruh negatif terhadap return saham PT Bank Mandiri Tbk.Secara signifikan KAP dan ROA berpengaruh terhadap return saham PT Bank Mandiri Tbk sementara CAR, dan LDR berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return saham PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. Nilai Koefisien Determinasi adalah sebesar 23,1 % yang artinya besarnya proporsi perubahan return saham PT Bank Mandiri Tbk yang dapat dijelaskan oleh rasio CAMEL adalah sebesar 23,1 % sedangkan sisanya 76,9 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya seperti inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar uang.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Pegadaian (Persero) CP Terandam Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample consisted of 87 employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) CP Terandam Padang using total sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that variable Motivation, discipline and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian (Perssero) CP Terandam Padang. Motivation and Discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Perssero) CP Terandam Padang. And job satisfaction as an intervening variable can mediate the relationship between motivation and discipline variables on employee performance

This study aims to test the motivation on employee performance, to test the work environment on employee performance, this research was conducted at the Research and Development Agency of West Sumatra Province. The sampling method used a total saturated sampling of 31 samples. The data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the motivation is accepted and the work environment is accepted
