Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance and Leverage on financial performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The method used is the panel data regression method, and uses the classic assumption test to test classical deviations that usually occur, including the normality test. This panel data regression analysis was carried out with the help of the Eviews computer program. The sample used in this research was 35 companies in banking companies that were missing on the IDX with an observation period of 5 years, namely from 2016 to 2020. Based on the research results, the board of commissioners, board of directors and audit committee had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, while Leverage has no significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Penerimaan teknologi terkini, khususnya teknologi revolusi perindustrian, akan menjadi kelebihan kepada negara dalam tujuan ekonomi berasaskan teknologi tinggi seiring dengan misi negara dalam Rancangan yang berhasrat untuk memaksimumkan potensi ekonomi digital. Mengikuti kemajuan, ekonomi syariah meluncurkan ekonomi berbasis teknologi keuangan Islam yang berlandaskan syariah Meski masih baru, kehadirannya sudah menimbulkan kesan positif tanggapan dari umat Islam. Masalah yang sering ditemukan di perusahaan-perusahaan adalah banyaknya keberagaman yang menyebabkan tidak berjalannya fungsi pengawasan Dewan Komisaris, seperti Jumlah dewan komisaris terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan dimana apabila terlalu banyak anggota yang dimiliki akan berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan sehingga tidak efektif dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Pengawasan yang tidak efektif akan membuat lambatnya keputusan yang diambil dengan banyaknya jumlah anggota ini akan mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam melakukan komunikasi serta dalam membagi tugas-tugas. Dimana semakin besar jumlah anggota yang dimliki maka akan menimbulkan lambatnya dalam pengambilan keputusan sehingga akan berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan Atau Komisaris Utama mengambil peran berikut wewenang yang seharusnya dijalankan Direksi. Padahal, diperlukan kejelasan tugas serta fungsi organ perusahaan agar tercipta suatu mekanisme pengecekan dan perimbangan dalam mengelola perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the dominant indicators in the variables of Employee Job Satisfaction, Self Efficacy and Work Environment at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service and to determine the partial influence of Self Efficacy and Work Environment on employee job satisfaction at the City Population and Civil Registration Service Padang. Research data using primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 46 Padang City DISDUKCAPIL employees. The technique for analyzing the data uses multiple linear regression and t test. The results of Self Efficacy and Work Environment testing influence employee job satisfaction at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. Self Efficacy has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Padang City Population and Civil Registration Service.This study aims to determine the dominant indicators on the variables of employee performance.

Abstract

This study to test talent management on employee performance totest knolege management on rmployee performance. This study was conducted at TVRI, west Sumatera Province. This type of research was quantitative. The sampling method used a total sampling of 57 saturated samples. The sources of this data are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticit y test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and knowledge management has a positive and positive and significand effect on employee performance, it can be concluded that talent management is accepted and knowledge management is accepted

Abstract

Human resources have a central role for the company in the process of realizing goals, so to make it happen it takes maximum effort from the company by improving all human resource capabilities within the company, because this is the main key for the company to improve the performance of its employees. This study aims to test effect of work ethic on employee performance, to test effect of commitment on employee performance, to test effect of work discipline on employee performance. The sampling of the research used saturated sampling as many as 96 samples, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of training, human resource development, and job promotion variables on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang. This research method utilizes a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques involve, firstly, field research such as interviews, questionnaires or surveys, observations, and documentation, and secondly, library research involving literature books with 45 respondents using total sampling technique. Respondents' data are processed using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that training, human resource development have a positive and significant whereas job promotion have a negative effect on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Padang

Abstract

Capital expenditure is a form of capital creation, which includes investments and expenditures made to acquire or develop assets with an expected economic return period of more than one year. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of capital expenditure on local revenue (PAD) and balancing funds in districts/cities in West Sumatra Province in 2019-2023. The research method used is a quantitative research method. This data comes from the following websites: https://www.bps.go.id/ and https://djpk.kemenkeu.go.id/, which are managed by the Indonesian Directorate General of Financial Balance (DJPK). This research uses 95 reports covering the years 2019-2023 covering districts/cities in West Sumatra province, to examine the realization of local original income, balancing funds, and district/city capital expenditures in West Sumatra province, namely using the Econometric Views (EViews) version of the software. 10 using descriptive statistical tests, model feasibility, classical assumptions, panel data regression, hypotheses, and the Adjusted R Square coefficient test used in data analysis. The findings of this study confirm the null hypothesis that balancing funds do not influence capital expenditure positively and significantly, but local revenue influences capital expenditure positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, work environment, and work facilities on the performance of employees at Hotel Ibis Padang. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this study consists of all employees of Hotel Ibis Padang. The number of sample members was determined using the total sampling formula, resulting in 74 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to the employees of Hotel Ibis Padang. The data used in this research is primary data. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple regression analysis. The research results show that leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, and work facilities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quality Work of Life dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bumi Sarimas Indonesia Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan PT. Bumi Sarimas Indonesia Padang Pariaman. Jumlah anggota sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus total sampling sehingga diperoleh 52 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Bumi Sarimas Indonesia Padang Pariaman. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

A person's motivation is what drives them to work in such a way as to achieve their desired level of self-satisfaction. Many people believe that fair and good imbalances can inspire them to work well, but in reality, their performance may not be at its best even though they receive proper rewards. The two main factors that can determine the success of a company are supporting infrastructure and motivation. The results of this research are that Servant Leadership has a large influence on Work Motivation, so that the first hypothesis is accepted. The influence of interpersonal communication on work motivation is quite large, thus strengthening the acceptance of the second hypothesis.
