Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi penumpang angkutan kereta api dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan jasa yang diberikan oleh pengelola stasiun Tugu Daop 6 Yogyakarta dan merumuskan suatu rekomendasi perbaikan kualitas pelayanan kepada pengelola stasiun Tugu Daop 6 Yogyakarta untuk pelayanan yang diberikan kepada penumpangnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 29 dan 33 tahun 2011, sedangkan pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan metode pengukuran Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) dan skala yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner dengan sistem random sampling. Pemeriksaan butir kuesioner dilakukan dengan cara uji validitasdan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) persepsi pengguna jasa Stasiun Tugu Yogyakarta berdasarkan nilai indeks kepuasan rerata terhadap 8 (delapan) faktor pelayanan sebesar 81% persen masuk kriteria Sangat Puas. Tidak ada faktor pelayanan yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam perbaikan. Faktor Kondisi dan kelengkapan fasilitas pendukung, Keamanan area stasiun, Sistem penerangan stasiun dan pelayanan fasilitas parkir kendaraan menjadi prioritas rendah untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya oleh pengelola stasiun. (2) Persepsi penumpang kereta api berdasarkan nilai indeks kepuasan 85 persen masuk kriteria Sangat Puas. Tidak ada faktor pelayanan yang menjadi prioritas utama dalam perbaikan. Faktor Tingkat keamanan barang bagasi di kereta api, Fasilitas keselamatan di kereta api dan Tingkat kepastian mendapatkan tempat duduk di kereta api menjadi faktor menjadi prioritas rendah untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya.

Abstract

Keadaan darurat di perlintasan sebidang merupakan kejadian yang tidak normal dimana keadaan ini terjadi secaratiba-tiba kondis i darurat ini dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan yang mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa dan properti. Pada perlintasan sebidang berpotensi menjadikan perlintasan sebidang sebagai titik rawan kecelakaan. Pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan pengendalian lalulintas diruas jalan pada lokasi potensi kecelakaan di perlintasan sebidang kereta api dilakukan oleh direktur Jenderal Perkeretaapian, Gubernur, Bupati/walikota, sesuai dengan kewenangannya. Menurut Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 94 Tahun 2018 tentang Peningkatan Keselamatan Perlintasan Sebidang Antara Jalur Kereta Apidengan Jalan. Perlintasan sebidang adalah perpotongan antara jalan dengan jalur kereta api. Tingginya instensitas perjalanan kereta api dan lalu lintas jalan raya berkaitan dengan jalan rel kereta api sehingga terjadi persinggungan antara pengguna jalan raya dengan kereta api yang berpotensi terjadinya titik rawan kecelakaan. Tidak pernah dilakukannya simulasi keterampilan penjaga perlintasan terkait penanganan keadaan darurat di perlintasan sebidang menjadi dasar untuk dijadikan program simulasiini. Simulasi penanganan keaadaan darurat ini ditujukan kepada penjaga jalan lintasan (PJL) agar dapat mengantisipasi dan menangani ketika terjadi keadaan darurat di pintu perlintasan diantaranya sikap atau tindakan PJL apabila menghadapi kerusakan peralatan keselamatan perlintasan sebidang maupun gangguan dari kendaraan yang melintas pada perlintasan sebidang. Beberapa hal yang disampaikan kepada PJL diantaranya adalah beberapa contoh kasus jika dalam kondisi bahaya, resiko apa yang terjadi dan tindakan darurat apa yang harus dilakukan. Dengan dilakukan simulasi penanganan keadaan darurat ini maka PJL dapat mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang harus dilakukan pada saat terjadinya keadaan darurat.

Abstract

KCIC Phase I Training Program will accommodate 500 Participants from the total HR needs of PT KCIC from 1,452 people. The focus is on increasing competence on the Operation System, Passenger Service, and Maintenance divided into 21 Training Posts, most of the participants came from Fresh Graduates who entered the Entry Level. Required Competence Levels ability to apply knowledge and skill High Speed Railway Technology. technical executive level for High Speed Railway operation and maintenance for Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) KCIC400AF Type from China. Gaps participant competence between existing competence levels and required competence levels calculate 100%, thus the training program will be carried out as a whole in accordance with the training curriculum of the HSRCC. The training program consists of 4 parts consisting of (1) Indonesian regulation, instructors from Indonesian Railway Polytechnic; (2) Professional Knowledge, instructor from Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College and Southwest Jiaotong University; (3) Safety regulation, instructor from China Railway – Beijing; and (4) Practical skills instructor from China Railway – Beijing. The delivery method uses the online class method which will be accompanied by interpreters and assistant lecturers in each class. With the language interpretation stage, a multiplier coefficient of 2.5 is obtained from normal lesson hours in the HSRCC curriculum if it is implemented in Indonesian participants. The duration of the training implementation about 1 – 8.5 Month. The next competency requirement is High Speed Railway trainer from Indonesia. With the stipulation, which was conveyed by the HSRCC, that participants who have taken the training phase I and received an evaluation score of training and competency certification above the average of other participants, are able to take part in the Training of Trainers for High Speed Railway and pass the Competency Test of Trainer Candidates.

Abstract

Computer Based Training is a teaching material that can support distance lectures that demand more interesting, attractive and efficient media. The making of CBT learning media is carried out using the research and development (R&D) method, making and testing or verifying applications and testing the aplication effectiveness. The development and manufacture of CBT media products uses the Adobe Animate CC platform and then a feasibility test is carried out using a validation questionnaire using a Likert scale that will be carried out by the validator. Trial of learning media Products to 54 respondents and processing the results of the assessment from users obtained very good results with a value of 3.96 and a percentage of 79.3% with details of the assessment of each sub-element of the software engineering aspect of 92%, the learning design aspect by 86% and visual communication aspects by 48%. The visual communication zspect has the lowest assessment result from the other two aspects with 3 (three) visual communication sub aspects that fall into the inappropriate category, namely audio, moving media and interactive layout. The results of this research become an interactive teaching platform for PPI lecturers in 2022.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has a measuring train that is used to determine the condition of the railroad tracks. The output of measuring train is a railroad quality value called the TQI (Track Quality Index). The TQI value can used to determine priority rail road maintenance. This study aims to determine the TQI category of the railroad between Semarang Poncol - Alastua, then determine improvement priorities and maintenance programs. The results of the analysis of the Semarang Poncol-Alastua cross-section railway data have an average category II for 20 < TQI ≤ 35. For priority treatment based on the results of the first point TQI on the SMT-ATA upstream track KM 0+156/188 Type Device LK (arch) with a TQI value of 48.1 categories III with an alert condition, an immediate corrective action program and track laying. Downstream track ATA-SMT KM 1+993/975 with a TQI value of 48.1 categories III with an alert condition, an immediate corrective action program and for the type of repair is track laying.

Abstract

Pelayanan merupakan salah satu produk utama dari airlines yang dapat menjadi tolak ukur dari profesionalisme airlines bagi para pengguna jasa dan merupakan salah satu faktor persaingan diantara perusahaan. Garuda Indonesia merupakan maskapai yang selalu memberikan pelayanan prima, oleh karena itu dalam memberikan pelayanan petugas ticketing dituntut untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik agar dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada semua penumpangnya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan petugas ticketing terhadap tingkat kepuasan penumpang di PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Solo .Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada penumpang Garuda Indonesia di PT. Garuda Indonesia (Tbk) Cabang Solo. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan Program SPSS for windows versi 15.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu bahwa pelayanan petugas Ticketing berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan kepuasan penumpang dengan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0.000 (0,05), hal ini berarti ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel pelayanan petugas ticketing terhadap kepuasan penumpang.

Abstract

The Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail infrastructure project delays cause the financial burden in the form of interest during construction to swell KCIC had to improve project performance by carrying out construction at night and must improve strategies for dealing with Indonesian extreme weather. Before construction at night, strict inspection shall also be focused on lighting lamps. Construction personnel shall prepare flashlights, searchlights, all parts and components shall be carefully inspected in strict accordance with relevant regulations to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. During the flood season, the construction personnel of large-scale railway maintenance machinery shall strictly implement the measures for safe driving in the flood season issued by the Ministry of railways. the construction staff shall report the disaster and dangerous situation to the attendant of the nearest station through the train dispatching station in time. When large-scale railway maintenance machinery encounters strong wind, rainstorm, Blizzard and other difficulties or unknown conditions during construction and operation, it shall immediately stop construction and slow down, and timely report the situation to the station. Abstract

The Railway Maintenance Center as stated in the Regulation has the duty and function of carrying out the maintenance of state-owned railway facilities. The part of rolling stock heavy maintenance with high potential hazard is Lifting Body Activities Using OHTC in Maintenance of Hydraulic Diesel Locomotive Facilities activity. it so there is a need for a risk assessment which is a process to determine control priorities for the level of risk work accident or occupational disease. Part of OHSAS 18001:2007 Clouse 4.3.1. recommendation HIRADC methode for can support a safety system with 3 stage analisys (hazard identification, risk assessment, and control determination) The Hazard Identification results obtained 3 aspects of hazard risk in OHTC Rolling stock Body Lifting operations with the following analysis results Crane toppling, Equipment failure, Load falling with Death & asset / property damage impact factor. Risk Assessment analisys of Rolling stock Body Lifting using OHTC obtained results action taken when resources are available regarding handling which in general were Administrative Control. Determine Control relevant steps to minimize potential hazards immediately (1) Evaluating SOP Rolling stock Body Lifting and conduct outreach to all employees related to the work, (2) Making and or adding hazard signs and (3) Human development by conducting Training/Refreshment Crane Operator and Signal man. (4) Strictness of the rules for using PPE for all employees related to the work as the last step in minimizing the risk of occupational hazards.

Abstract

Maintaining railway infrastructure ensures operational reliability and safety, especially for railway tracks. This research focuses on designing an elevation inspection tool using a combination of a precision optics telescope and laser sight. The tool's design considers strength, user-friendliness, and accuracy, utilizing aluminum series 6061 material and a magnetic clamp system for efficiency. The telescope and laser are employed to facilitate measurements. Test results indicate comparable precision to existing tools. The tool is expected to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of railway track maintenance, ensuring stability and safety for train traffic. Its implementation aims to optimize maintenance practices and improve railway safety overall. ABSTRAK Perawatan prasarana perkeretaapian penting untuk menjaga keandalan dan keamanan operasional, terutama jalan rel. Penelitian ini merancang alat pemeriksa elevasi rel dengan kombinasi teropong precisions optic dan laser sight. Desain alat memperhatikan kekuatan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan akurasi. Material aluminium seri 6061 dan sistem magnetic clamp digunakan untuk efisiensi, menggunakan teropong dan laser untuk memudahkan pengukuran. Pengujian menunjukkan tingkat ketelitian hampir sama dengan alat eksisting. Alat ini diharapkan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas perawatan jalan rel, memastikan kestabilan dan keamanan lalu lintas kereta api. Dengan adanya alat ini, perawatan dapat dilakukan lebih optimal dan meningkatkan keselamatan perkeretaapian secara keseluruhan.
