Abstract

Domestic violence is a hotly discussed issue. Its coverage in the mass media is constantly conveyed to the public. From any point of view, the terms "stop domestic violence" and "zero tolerance for domestic violence" must be echoed. One of the efforts of the DKI Jakarta provincial government is to establish the Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak (Pos SAPA) which is expected to be a service forum related to domestic violence. This article aims to describe the role of Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak to minimize domestic violence. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The informants in this study consisted of five members of the Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak at Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Data were collected through interview techniques, observation, and documentation notes. data were analyzed descriptively through content analysis. The results of the study show that the role of the Pos Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak in minimizing domestic violence is pursued through preventive, curative, and promotive actions. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a new design for research in the field of domestic violence studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa selama pandemi Covid-19 periode April-Mei 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis survey. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Indraprasta PGRI dengan populasi sebesar 379 orang. Sampel diambil secara acak dengan estimasi menggunakan rumus Slovin. Besaran sampel adalah 79 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner self-efficacy dan stres akademik. Data dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa.

Abstract

This Study aims to reveal how much self-confidence of student increase after learning with role play techniques. The method used is an experimental method with a quantitative approach the randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Meanwhile, it involved 78 subjects chosen through simple random sampling technique from 94 students. Based on the results of study can be put forward some conclusions as follows: the level of student confidence based on the results of the pretest is in the low category. After being treated in the form of role playing techniques aimed at changing from low self confidence to high categories. The result showed that role playing techniques wre effective to increasing student confidence

Abstract

this study aims to describe the effect of self-concept on students' career planning. This research is a quantitative research with a survey type. The sample in this study was drawn using the Slovin formula with an error degree of 0.05 from a total population of 230 students. Through this formulation a sample of 147 students was obtained. Data was collected through self-concept and career planning questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. This study concludes that self-concept has a significant effect on students' career planning.

Abstract

Stres belajar merupakan salah satu masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh siswa. Banyak metode yang dianggap mampu mereduksi stres belajar yang dihadapi oleh siswa. Namun demikian stres belajar masih tetap saja terjadi. Guru telah banyak melakukan teknik dalam menurunkan stres belajar namun belum menemukan hasil yang optimal. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan salah satu teknik yang dianggap mampu mereduksi stres belajar, yaitu terapi mewarnai. Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada guru yang pada akhirnya akan dijadikan sebagai salah satu teknik untuk membantu menurunkan tingkat stres belajar pada siswa. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diberikan kepada guru Muhammadiyah Boarding School Pagaden, Kabupaten Subang. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 27 orang guru Muhammadiyah Boarding School yang dilakukan secara daring. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan workshop. Luaran yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru mampu memiliki pengetahuan mengenai terapi mewarnai sekaligus melaksanakan teknik ini ketika siswa mengalami stres belajar.

Abstract

Movie Therapy To Developing Prosocial Behavior Of Childhoods. The phase of human life was beginning from the prenatal period and will end in late adulthood. Childhoods is critical age or golden age. In this phase childs tend to be selfish and far form prosocial behavior. This was need to be given intervention. One of intervention than can given through movie therapy. This article aim to describe whether movie therapy can develop prosocial behavior of childhoods. This research used quantitative research with experiment method. Samples in this research was 17 students. Instrument of this research was used prosocial behavior scale. Data were analyzed by sign test. The result shown that movie therapy was able to develop childhoods prosocial behavior. Implications of this findings in teacher and especially school counselors must to try this method to help childhoods with the lack of prosocial behavior. So, happy watching!

Abstract

Resiliensi merupakan kapasitas yang dimiliki oleh individu untuk bertahan dalam situasi yang stressfull. Kemampuan tersebut didapatkan melalui proses yang tidak singkat. Pengembangan kemampuan resiliensi ini tentu sangat bermanfaatsebagai bekal bagi individu ketika suatu saat nanti kembali menemui masa sulityang tidak dapat dihindari. Mengingat semakin kompleksnya permasalahan yang bisa saja dialami oleh siswa saat ini, bukan suatu hal yang mustahil jika siswa tidak memiliki resiliensi maka siswa cenderung agresif, pasif, sering merasa cemas, menarik diri dari lingkungan bahkan depresi. Oleh sebab itu, guru harus bisa menjadi sahabat siswa dan responsif terhadap berbagai permasalahan yang ada, termasuk dengan melakukan kegiatan yang bersifat preventif.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the results of the implementation of individual psychoanalytic counseling services in dealing with students who experience Broken homes at SMPN 214 Jakarta. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. There were six research informants, with three students as key informants, one guidance counselor as a key informant, and two homeroom teacher support informants from these students. Data collection tools through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of psychoanalytic individual counseling services is said to be successful in dealing with students who experience Broken homes. This conclusion is obtained based on data from counseling teachers who have implemented psychoanalytic individual counseling services for students who experience Broken homes. The use of psychoanalytic techniques in this service can make students reconcile with their past and experience positive change. Children who experience Broken homes really need special attention in overcoming developmental problems that are not appropriate for their age, caused by the main factor, namely an incomplete family.

Abstract

Online learning as an effort to minimize the transmission of Covid-19 has a negative effect on student learning activities. Saturation, decreased motivation, and low student attention occur in the field. Academic resilience is needed so that students are able to survive and achieve the targeted academic achievements. The efforts of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers are needed for that. This study aims to determine how the efforts of BK teachers in improving students' academic resilience during online learning. This was a descriptive qualitative research. Data in this study were obtained through six informants namely the principal, vice principal of the curriculum field, two BK teachers, and two students. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation notes. Data were analyzed through reduction, display, and verification techniques as well as conclusions. The results showed that to improve students' academic resilience during distance learning BK teachers took preventive actions through information services, curative through individual and group counseling, and promotive through the introduction of BK performance profiles.

Abstract

Prosocial behavior was expected to grow and develop in students. In fact there were still students who have not been able to develop prosocial behavior due to many factors, one of which is the effect of the intensity of playing online games. This study aims to determine the contribution of the intensity of playing online games to students' prosocial behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of ex-post facto. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 137 Jakarta with a total of 230 students. Samples were drawn randomly which were estimated using the Slovin formula with an error degree of 5% so that the number of samples was known to be 147 students. Data was collected through the technique of playing online game intensity scales and prosocial behavior. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The research results show that: a. the intensity of playing online games is in the medium category, b. prosocial behavior in the low category, and c. the intensity of playing online games has a significant effect on students' prosocial behavior.
