Abstract

Produktivitas Pegawai menjadi pusat perhatian dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja yang mempengaruhi tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi. Motivasi diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi kenirja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik motivasi yang digunakan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Supiori dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yakni oberservasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Motedo penelitian yakni pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat motivasi yang digunakan pimpinan terlakasana dengan baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil meningkatnya produktivitas kerja, kedisiplinan, serta keterampilan. Upaya pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja meliputi penetapan disiplin kerja, pengawasan, menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, pemberian insentif, serta kompensasi.

Abstract

The author conducted this socialization towards students and junior lecturers. This socialization was conducted during the author's teaching hours and informal discussions among colleagues in the office. The result in this article show the author conducted lasted for approximately four meetings with students at the author's teaching place with the concept of socializing the use of Perpexity AI once and directly practicing writing journals and thesis frameworks with three evaluations. When conducting socialization, the author explained a number of advantages of Perplexity AI, including: 1. More Optimal Search Engine Capabilities: Google Search is more optimal in searching using keywords. If we enter a long sentence, Google often cannot find search results. This is different from Perplexity AI which is able to understand the context of the writing we input, whether it is in the form of long text or just keywords. Anyone who uses it will certainly be facilitated. 2. More Accurate Answers: Although ChatGPT has a broad understanding of language, they may not always understand the context in depth. This causes answers that are less precise or not in accordance with what the user means. Unlike Perplexity which has a better understanding of context so that its answers can be more relevant and accurate. 3. Chatbot with Advanced Capabilities: This AI can respond to any conversation you make, even if it's just a "hello". The answers are also very friendly so that we can feel comfortable when chatting with this search engine. Even so, his knowledge is so broad that we can ask him anything, from trivial questions to very difficult questions. He will try to answer it as accurately as possible complete with references. 4. Displaying Answer Sources Transparently: Every answer it provides is usually obtained from Google search results. Even so, Perplexity AI is able to summarize it for you. So, you don't need to bother getting the gist of the answer. One thing that makes this AI so helpful is that it will display the source of information for each answer. Not just one source, at least two to five sources of information can be found. 5. Fast and Efficient: No need to wait long to see the answer from Perplexity. After you type the question, the answer will immediately appear below it. Even so, this speed is also influenced by several factors. The more difficult and complex the question you throw, of course the answering process will also be longer. So, this speed issue must be adjusted to these variables. In fact, among the advantages that the author mentioned above, there are still many other advantages possessed by Perplexity AI such as performance evaluation, ease of use, can be used on PC or smartphone, and so on. The advantages possessed by Perplexity AI, researchers are that it can improve the quality of student research, both journals and theses.

Abstract

This research employs Erving Goffman's dramaturgical theory, which divides social life into front stage and backstage, to analyze the management of Kyai Gus Baha's broadcasts in Islamic preaching. Utilizing a qualitative approach and literature review method, the study examines 50 sermons by Kyai Gus Baha, audience comments, and interviews with individuals close to him. The findings reveal that Kyai Gus Baha uses friendly and easily understandable language in 90% of cases, controlled humor in 60%, references to the Quran and Hadith in 100%, and messages of peace and tolerance in 80% of instances. Additionally, he discusses everyday life in a friendly manner in 70% of cases. Audience reactions indicate appreciation for intelligence and depth of knowledge (40%), kindness and gentleness (30%), humor and emotional connection (20%), and relevance to daily life (10%). Interviews disclose that Kyai Gus Baha's personal life is simple, honest, and aligned with his teachings, acknowledged by respondents (80-100%). In conclusion, Kyai Gus Baha effectively and consistently manages presentations between the front and backstage, thereby enhancing the credibility and effectiveness of his sermons. This study underscores the importance of alignment between teaching and actions in building credibility in Islamic preaching.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to obtain precise, complete and complex information about the role of madrasas in improving character education in the digital era. The method used is the library research method, the research sources used are secondary sources originating from research journals and relevant books related to the study sources. The research results show that, the role of madrasahs, madrasah heads and teachers is increasingly complex and urgent in the digital era, where the information era comes faster than the wind blowing towards students without limits and without boundaries. Apart from that, madrasas as educational institutions have a religious background, but they also do not ignore the technological tools needed for the elements in them to facilitate a quality learning process. School principals as managers must design and implement programs that are able to continue to encourage teachers and students to become brilliant individuals in accordance with current developments, accompanied by the development of morals, character and religious values. Teachers must also continue to develop themselves to improve their qualifications, competencies and skills in mastering technology to keep pace with student development. Then students must receive guidance on discipline, morals, good and religious values ​​that is strict but friendly, continuous and trained, and happy. Maximum guidance, full attention. Interesting learning that is balanced with current developments.

Abstract

Any communication that aims to persuade someone to buy a product or service, encourage public opinion, or garner support for an advertiser's viewpoints or actions is considered advertising. Information can be communicated effectively and efficiently through advertising. This can be used to influence individuals to use the advertised goods and services. Through a semiotic theory approach, advertisements are expected to be able to be classified based on the signs, codes and meanings contained therein. A review of the literature was the method employed in this article. Library research involves gathering information and data from a variety of sources found in libraries, including reference books, published works, notes, articles, and journals that are relevant to the issue you are trying to address. This research discusses communication theory, the meaning of advertising, semiotics in the context of advertising, the dynamics of messages in advertising, and semiotic models.

Abstract

Family is the first and main place for a child to grow, learn and develop. Children at an early age are free to explore various curiosities that exist in their minds, with help from the environment and parents. At this age, forms of communication play a central role, meaning that the family is highly expected to participate as a model for children to emulate. Children are likened to white paper, the ones who determine whether the paper remains white or not, one of them is their parents. The phenomenon currently experienced by a large number of people in education is that parents surrender their duties completely to the school. In fact, this means that the child's character will not be formed well, because there is no continuity or strengthening of the character instilled by the teacher when the child is outside of school hours. Parents with a cultural background that has been rooted since childhood will teach their children the noble cultural values they got from their father and mother. As noble values are continuously passed down from generation to generation, a child's character can be formed from a pair of fathers and mothers who also have character. Education starts from when fathers and mothers get married and are ready to become parents who will one day have children who will be raised according to the cultural roots of their father and mother. Character can be developed from early childhood. The most effective instillation and development of character is through the process of communication and example from parents to their children.
