Abstract

Karyawan yang memiliki kreativitas tinggi merupakan pegawai yang mampu menghadapi persaingan di dunia industri. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan perusahaan yang mengharapkan hasil yang terbaik dari pegawainya. Maka itu, penelitian ini mempelajari tentang pengaruh terhadap kreativitas kerja karyawan sangat dibutuhkan sehingga perusahaan dapat memperoleh hasil yang lebih optimal dengan membuat lingkungan kerja seideal dan senyaman mungkin dalam membantu karyawan menjadi lebih kreatif dan inovatif dalam melakukan bekerja. Metode pengkajian yang dipakai yakni melalui pemakaian metode kuantitatif, dengan tujuan pengkajian yaitu deskriptif, karakteristik pengkajian yang digunakan pada dimensi waktu cross sectional method, berdasarkan unit analisis individu. Sampel penelitian merupakan dari pegawai unit SSO Procurement and sourcing PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Japati Bandung sejumlah 41 karyawan, teknik analisis data yang dipakai atas pengkajian ini yakni regresi linier berganda melalui memakai software SPSS versi 29.0. Kata kunci-lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, kreativitas kerja .

Abstract

Jakarta Kini (JAKI) platform provides a seamless digital experience for various government services of DKI Jakarta, such as reporting/complaints, monitoring and accessing important information. This research aims to analyze the use and acceptance of JAKI using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) 2 model, which consists of the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit and Trust as the main variable. Along with Age and Gender as moderator variables. Data was collected from 400 respondents who had used the JAKI platform. The sampling method uses non-probability sampling and convenience sampling. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique is used to interpret and analyze the data using SmartPLS 4 software. Based on the analysis of this research, five direct variable relationships have a positive and significant effect. Habit and Trust variables positively and significantly affect Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior in using the platform. In moderate variables, only one variable has a significant effect. Age moderates the effect of Effort Expectancy on Behavioral Intention in using the platform.

Abstract

The Izzatul Mu'minin Mosque (MIM) in Lembang is not solely focused on ritual worship activities but must also have a direct impact on the wider community. The prosperity of the mosque is achieved if MIM can become a center of civilization at the regional level through four aspects: worship, social, economic, education, and da'wah. This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of MIM and formulate appropriate strategies to develop a prosperous mosque in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and in line with the Quranic verse At-Taubah 18. A qualitative research method is used to deeply understand the mosque's context, focusing on solving actual problems that can be practically utilized. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document studies. This study focuses on strategy formulation with a strategic management approach that is academically accountable and contributes to professional development as well as benefiting the wider community. Validation and credibility of the research are carried out through triangulation of methods and data sources with several informants involved in the mosque. Through the stages of the IE Matrix and SWOT Matrix, where the IE Matrix shows MIM's position in Cell 5 (Hold & Maintain), and SWOT produces strategic recommendations outlined in the QSPM for implementation. These strategies include: Increasing communication forums and making MIM a place for formal and informal deliberations; Collaborating with external communities for social activities; Digitizing the mosque with adequate technological infrastructure; Improving supporting facilities such as bathrooms and ablution places; Providing rest facilities for worshippers and tourists; Establishing a baitul mal or accountable financial body by conducting independent audits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas siklus hidup perusahaan PT. KIG. Dalam teori siklus hidup yang dikemukakan oleh Dr. Ichak Adizes perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi di fase siklus hidup mana PT. KIG berada melalui penyerbaran kuisioner dan observasi. Selain itu pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya manajerial (PAEI) yang sama-sama dikemukakan oleh Dr. Ichak Adizes. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yaitu kombinasi observasi, penyebaran kuisioner, dan wawancara. Tujuan dari identifikasi dua hal tersebut adalah sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui konflik yang akan datang dan merumuskan strategi agar PT. KIG berada pada siklus hidup terbaiknya yaitu fase Prime. Melalui penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa PT. KIG berada dalam fase Adolescence atau masa remaja dan memiliki tiga konflik yang menghambat PT. KIG untuk maju ke tahap berikutnya. Konflik tersebuat antara lain Pegawai inti PT. KIG keluar, Visi dan Misi perusahaan tidak jelas, dan secara administratif dan sistem kerja karyawan belum siap untuk memenuhi mimpi Founder. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi fase siklus kehidupan organisasi PT. Snogen Indonesia berdasarkan pendekatan Corporate Life Cycle (CLC) dari Ichak Adizes serta mengevaluasi keseimbangan fungsi manajerial menggunakan kerangka PAEI (Purpose, Administrator, Entrepreneur, Integrator) dan CAPI (Coalesced Authority, Power, Influence). Metode kualitatif digunakan, menggunakan alat analisis dan wawancara mendalam dari Adizes Institute. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Snogen Indonesia berada di fase adolesensi, yaitu masa transisi organisasi antara pertumbuhan dan kematangan. Fase ini ditandai dengan munculnya sistem formal namun belum sepenuhnya stabil secara budaya organisasi. Entrepreneur dan Administrator memiliki fungsi yang cukup baik, sedangkan Tujuan dan Integrator perlu diperkuat. Meskipun struktur pengambilan keputusan memiliki pembagian kekuasaan yang baik, pengaruh informal belum optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi penguatan budaya kerja kolaboratif, internalisasi nilai inti perusahaan, serta pelibatan lebih luas dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mendorong perusahaan menuju fase Prime. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan strategis dalam pengembangan organisasi sejenis. Kata Kunci- Corporate Life Cycle, Adizes, PAEI, CAPI, Strategi Organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik (E-SERVQUAL) dan kepuasannasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada layanan mobile banking BTN Syariah. Dengan perkembangan teknologidigital, mobile banking menjadi pilihan utama untuk efisiensi dan kenyamanan transaksi perbankan. Penelitiankuantitatif ini melibatkan 100 responden pengguna aktif mobile banking BTN Syariah. E-SERVQUAL, yang meliputiefisiensi, keandalan, responsivitas, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kemudahan, digunakan sebagai variabel independen,sementara loyalitas nasabah sebagai variabel dependen dan kepuasan nasabah sebagai mediator.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan E-SERVQUAL berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah, yang pada gilirannyameningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Disarankan agar BTN Syariah terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan digital untukmemperkuat loyalitas nasabah.Kata kunci: E-SERVQUAL, kepuasan nasabah, loyalitas, mobile banking, BTN Syariah

Abstract

Purpose: To support the Five Bold Moves strategy, Telkom Indonesia launched the MyTEnS application to streamline B2B processes for Account Managers (AM). This study investigates the factors influencing MyTEnS adoption and the moderating roles of Age and Job Tenure. Research methodology: A quantitative method was employed using the extended UTAUT-2 model, incorporating Personal Innovativeness and moderation by Age and Job Tenure. A total of 129 respondents participated, and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 with path analysis. Results: Effort Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, and Personal Innovativeness significantly influence Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention significantly affect Use Behavior. Meanwhile, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Habit show no significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Moderating effects of Age and Job Tenure were significant only in the relationship between Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention. Conclusions: Personal Innovativeness emerged as the strongest predictor of Behavioral Intention, followed by Hedonic Motivation and Effort Expectancy. Behavioral Intention is the most significant factor influencing actual system usage. Limitations: The study is limited by its cross-sectional design and focus on a single organization. Some hypotheses were unsupported, possibly due to limited construct measurement. Contribution: This study extends the UTAUT-2 model with new variables and offers insights into B2B technology adoption within a telecommunications context.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the public sector requires information systems that provide consistent and equitable services to diverse stakeholder groups. A National Research Funding Information System (NRFIS) has become a strategic digital platform for managing research funding processes end-to-end across government institutions, universities, and research organizations. While previous evaluations have examined such systems using structural models, limited attention has been given to differences in perceptions between internal stakeholders and external research stakeholders. This study compares user perceptions regarding System Quality (SY), Information Quality (IQ), Service Quality (SQ), Use (UE), User Satisfaction (US), and Net Benefits (NB) between internal and external users of NRFIS. A total of 335 respondents participated, comprising 290 external stakeholders and 45 internal stakeholders. Descriptive results show that internal users consistently reported higher perceptions across all constructs: SY (4.28 vs. 3.94), IQ (4.42 vs. 3.99), SQ (4.39 vs. 3.87), UE (4.42 vs. 3.97), US (4.47 vs. 3.98), and NB (4.56 vs. 3.95). Chi-Square tests confirm statistically significant differences across all constructs (p < 0.01). Mann–Whitney U tests further validate substantial median differences (all p < 0.001). These findings demonstrate robust perception gaps between user groups, highlighting the need for improved onboarding, training, and support mechanisms for external stakeholders. This study contributes to digital governance literature by revealing structural disparities in user experience and provides policy recommendations for enhancing inclusiveness and effectiveness of NRFIS-based research funding services.

Abstract

Digital transformation has emerged as a critical determinant for the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly within tourism-centric economies such as Bali Province. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of Technology Absorptive Capacity and Digital Adoption on MSME Business Performance, incorporating Business Innovation as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative approach, primary data were collected from 400 MSMEs in Bali selected via simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that both Technology Absorptive Capacity and Digital Adoption exert a positive and significant effect on Business Performance, both directly and indirectly through Business Innovation. Notably, Digital Adoption demonstrated the strongest direct impact on performance, while Business Innovation was confirmed as a partial mediator that enhances the effect of technological capabilities on business outcomes. This study concludes that enhancing MSME performance requires not only the adoption of digital tools but also the organizational capacity to absorb technology for creating adaptive product and business model innovations.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a strategic necessity that cannot be avoided in the era of technological disruption, including in the property sector. PT Graha Sarana Duta (GSD), a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia engaged in property management, faces challenges such as uneven digitalization across directorates, limited system integration, varying levels of human resource readiness, and suboptimal infrastructure. This study aims to assess GSD’s level of digital transformation readiness using the Digital Maturity Model (DMM), identify key obstacles encountered, and formulate managerial strategies that align with the company’s business characteristics and organizational structure. This research employed a qualitative method through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies, involving 15 key informants from four strategic directorates: Operation, Business, Finance and Risk Management, and Planning. All informants have direct responsibilities in operations, finance, marketing, and planning processes, providing a comprehensive perspective on digital readiness across all areas. The findings indicate that GSD’s digital readiness is at an intermediate level, with several business processes already digitized, yet system integration and human resource capability enhancement remain necessary. Major challenges include limited infrastructure, resistance to the digitalization roadmap, and a lack of continuous training. Recommended strategies include strengthening digital leadership, accelerating system integration, improving competencies through structured training, and fostering a data-driven, collaborative work culture.
