Abstract

Transformasi digital sektor kesehatan menjadi prioritas strategis pasca pandemi COVID-19 yang mengekspos fragmentasi data dan rendahnya interoperabilitas sistem informasi kesehatan di Indonesia. Digital Transformation Office (DTO) Kementerian Kesehatan dibentuk untuk mengatasi tantangan ini melalui pengembangan platform Indonesia Health Service (SATUSEHAT). Penelitian ini menganalisis peran DTO dalam tata kelola platform SATUSEHAT dengan fokus pada kontrol kualitas layanan dan mekanisme pengawasan menggunakan kerangka Government as a Platform (GaaP). Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 6 narasumber dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan DTO berhasil menerapkan kontrol kualitas layanan melalui standarisasi protokol HL7-FHIR, terminologi medis internasional (ICD-10, SNOMED CT), master data terintegrasi, dan keamanan berlapis dengan sertifikasi ISO 27001/27799. Mekanisme pengawasan dilaksanakan melalui blueprint transformasi digital, bimbingan teknis nasional, dashboard monitoring real-time, dan koordinasi multipihak. Platform SATUSEHAT berhasil mengintegrasikan 50.614 faskes (41,69% dari target), memvalidasi 261,7 juta data pasien, dan mencatat 2,6 juta tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi akademis pada literatur transformasi digital pemerintahan dan praktis bagi pengembangan tata kelola platform digital di sektor publik Indonesia.

Abstract

Electronic voting, commonly referred to as E-voting, represents a contemporary advancement in democratic systems, designed to optimize electoral efficiency, precision, and citizen engagement. One of the prominent entities involved in developing this digital infrastructure is PT Inti Konten Indonesia. This research investigates the integration of the E-voting mechanism within the 2021 concurrent village head elections held in Sleman Regency, utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the theoretical foundation. The TAM construct in this context evaluates how Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Behavioral Intention to Use influence the Actual Usage of the system. Additionally, this study introduces E-Trust as an extended variable, offering new insights into user confidence toward digital electoral systems. A quantitative paradigm framed by an explanatory research design guided the inquiry. Data acquisition was conducted via structured questionnaires administered to Sleman residents who actively participated in E-voting electoral process. The sampling strategy adopted was stratified sampling, resulting in a total of 400 participants, with the sample size determined through the Slovin formula applying a 5% margin of error. To examine the hypothesized relationships among constructs, Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed using the SmartPLS analytical tool. This technique facilitated the assessment of both direct and indirect effects across the model’s variables.

Abstract

This study explores how digital connectivity can enhance the operational effectiveness of cluster-based supply chains, using PT XYZ as a case example. In an increasingly volatile and complex market environment, real-time data integration has emerged as a strategic necessity for supply chain agility and responsiveness. The findings reveal that digital connectivity significantly contributes to improving coordination, accelerating decision-making, reducing lead times by up to 30%, and lowering operational costs by approximately 20%. Central to this transformation is the adoption of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, which enable predictive analytics, real-time inventory tracking, and scenario-based planning—tools that support both tactical and strategic decision-making. In addition, cloud platforms and collaborative digital tools further streamline communication across supply chain partners. Despite these improvements, the system at PT XYZ remains only partially automated, especially across geographically distributed clusters, pointing to the pressing need for unified digital integration. To address this gap, the study proposes a digital integration framework that emphasizes standardization of systems, infrastructure readiness, and change management strategies. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research draws on interviews, document analysis, and observations to evaluate implementation outcomes and identify key enablers and barriers. The findings offer practical insights for organizations seeking to enhance supply chain performance through digital.

Abstract

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies have become vital players in Malaysia's post-pandemic digital economy, providing critical non-core services such as technology infrastructure management, customer support, and business process administration. However, the rapid growth of BPOs has also brought increased risks related to data security, fraud, and cyber threats, raising concerns about operational performance and good corporate governance. This study investigates the combined influence of outsourcing strategy, data security, fraud risk management, and cyber threats on the operational performance of Malaysian BPO firms listed on Bursa Malaysia during the 2021–2024 period and examines the implications for good governance. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed, utilizing SEM-PLS for hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that effective outsourcing strategies, robust data security frameworks, proactive fraud risk management, and mitigation of cyber threats significantly enhance operational performance. Furthermore, improved operational performance contributes positively to the implementation of good corporate governance principles. This research provides both theoretical and practical contributions: it enriches the literature on BPO governance and operational risk in the digital era and offers strategic insights for companies and regulators aiming to enhance accountability, transparency, and resilience in outsourcing operations. The study contributes to both governance literature and practical frameworks by integrating fraud deterrence, cybersecurity, and operational performance in the BPO sector.

Abstract

Purpose: To support the Five Bold Moves strategy, Telkom Indonesia launched the MyTEnS application to streamline B2B processes for Account Managers (AM). This study investigates the factors influencing MyTEnS adoption and the moderating roles of Age and Job Tenure. Research methodology: A quantitative method was employed using the extended UTAUT-2 model, incorporating Personal Innovativeness and moderation by Age and Job Tenure. A total of 129 respondents participated, and data were analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 with path analysis. Results: Effort Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, and Personal Innovativeness significantly influence Behavioral Intention. Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention significantly affect Use Behavior. Meanwhile, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, and Habit show no significant effect on Behavioral Intention. Moderating effects of Age and Job Tenure were significant only in the relationship between Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention. Conclusions: Personal Innovativeness emerged as the strongest predictor of Behavioral Intention, followed by Hedonic Motivation and Effort Expectancy. Behavioral Intention is the most significant factor influencing actual system usage. Limitations: The study is limited by its cross-sectional design and focus on a single organization. Some hypotheses were unsupported, possibly due to limited construct measurement. Contribution: This study extends the UTAUT-2 model with new variables and offers insights into B2B technology adoption within a telecommunications context.

Abstract

Munculnya Covid-19 di Indonesia, yang ditetapkan sebagai pandemi ini mengakibatkan para pengusaha kedai kopiberusaha untuk mempertahankan bisnisnya atau mencari solusi baru dalam usaha mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk melihat dan menganalisis strategi bersaing di tengah pandemi Covid – 19 dari kedai kopi Bruder CoffeeRoasters. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan. Sumber data adalah data primer yangdilakukan dengan wawancara Internal. data sekunder studi pustaka. Strategi digunakan analisis SWOT dan QSPMoleh analisis matriks IFE dan matriks EFE. Kondisi Covid-19 dipertimbangkan khusus untuk melihat dampaknyapada analisis SWOT. Kesimpulan Faktor lingkungan internal yang mempengaruhi Strategi bisnis Bruder CoffeeRoasters. Faktor kekuatan adalah lokasi, Harga dan kuliatas terbaik, pelayanan yang ramah. Dan faktor kelemahandiataranya tenaga yang terbatas, posisi kedai ini kurang strategis, parkirannya kurang besar, cita rasa yang berubah.Strategi bisnis Bruder Coffee Roasters terdiri dari faktor peluang dan ancaman. Faktor peluangnya karena pelanggantetap, rutin promosi, dan nyaman sebagai tempat nongkrong. Faktor ancamannya adalah bertambahnya pesaing barudisekitar. Saran Bruder Coffee Roasters harus terus meningkatkan kualitas dan mempertahankan kualitas, karenakualitas cita rasa makanan akan berdampak ke jangka panjang yang disediakan Bruder Coffee Roasters, dan semakinrutin melakukan promosi untuk menarik pembeli.Kata Kunci-kondisi pandemi Covid-19, strategi bersaing, Bruder Coffee Roaster.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat memberikan bukti tentang hubungan antara inovasi produk dengankeunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan, mengkaji hubungan antara inovasi produk dengan penggerak pasar, mengkajihubungan penggerak pasar dengan keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan, dan mengkaji penggerak pasarmemediasi hubungan antara inovasi produk dan keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan. Populasi dalam penelitianini yaitu setiap gerai UKM Hisana fried chicken di Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 55 gerai. Teknik pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Uji validitas dan reabilitas pada penelitian inimenggunakan SPSS dan untuk analisis penelitian menggunakan konsep structural equation model (SEM) denganprogram partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh product innovation terhadapsustainable competitive advantage adalah positif signifikan, pengaruh product innovation terhadap market drivingadalah positif signifikan, pengaruh market driving pada sustainable competitive advantage adalah positif signifikan,dan market driving memediasi, hubungan antara product innovation dan sustainable competitive advantage adalahpositif signifikan. Maka penelitian ini disarankan bahwa untuk Hisana fried chicken dapat alangkah lebih baik jikasetiap gerai diberikan otoritas untuk dapat mengembangkan produk yang sudah ada sebelumnya ataupun membuatproduk yang baru.Kata Kunci-keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan, inovasi produk, dan penggerak pasar

Abstract

Inkubator bisnis merupakan salah satu wadah atau model dalam menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan suatu unitusaha baru. Bandung Techno Park (BTP) merupakan Sains Techno Park (STP) Indonesia yang berlokasi di areakampus Telkom University yang memiliki visi menjadi pusat inovasi serta kewirausahaan di bidang ICT,engineering dan energi untuk menumbuhkan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan mengenaifaktor-faktor apa saja yang akan berpengaruh dalam masa inkubasi dan mengetahui strategi BTP untukmeningkatkan keberhasilan proses inkubasi bagi para tenant. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif danpenyajian data dengan teks naratif.Penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif.Data primer yang didapatkan berasaldari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Analisis menggunakan teks naratif dan analisis SWOT dari faktor faktor yangberpengaruh untuk menghasilkan strategi untuk meningkatkan proses inkubasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukanbahwa faktor kesuksesan inkubator bisnis universitas (BTP) antara lain : Access to fund, Economy Enchacement,Engaged Alumni, Entry Criteria, Incubator Experience, Shared Service dan Talent Retention. Abstract

Evolusi teknologi dan perjalanan waktu menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup masyarakat telah berevolusi dari tradisional ke modern. Uang elektronik menjadi solusi dengan menggunakan chip dan kartu yang terhubung pada server ang dikenal dengan e-wallet atau dompet digital di Indonesia menmberikan keuntungan sesuai dengan kebutuan di zaman modern. DANA merupakan sala satu e-wallet paling popular di Indonesia. Meskipun Belakangan banyak kasus kebocoran data pribadi yang terjadi di Indonesia. Untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan data pribadi, masyarakat umum harus diberi tahu tentang bagaimana lembaga atau produk keuangan digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keamanan serta kemudaan transaksaksi melalui dompet digital DANA terhadap minat beli mahasiwa yang ada di Bandung. Metode penelitian memfungsikan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan dengan populasi dan sampel diukur dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran Likert, adapun data didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner google formulir, serta pengujian asusmsi klasik meliputi, normalitas, heterodasidisitas, multikolinearitas, hingga uji hipótesis untuk mengetahui asumsi penelitian. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan jika keamanan dan kemudaan transaksi memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pengguna e-wallet DANA mahasiswa Bandung. Berdarsarkan hasil jawaban responden sebaiknya perusahaan DANA untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih mudah dimengerti agar pengguna e-wallet DANA merasa lebih aman dalam menggunakan fintech DANA Kata Kunci-keamanan data, kemudahan bertransaksi, minat beli, dompet digital, DANA
