Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on the Productivity of Factory Employees at PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki. The population in this study were all employees at PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki, totaling 90 people and taking samples using census sampling. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that occupational safety and health had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki. We hope that PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki can continue to evaluate and improve occupational safety and health for employees through providing sufficient and proper work facilities and equipment and keeping employees safe. so that employees can increase work productivity that is satisfactory for PT Mitra Aneka Rezeki.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of health workers at Multiwahana Palembang Public Health Center. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative method. The population in this study were all health workers at the Multiwahana Palembang Public Health Center totaling 36 people, used as research samples determined using the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and distributing questionnaires containing questions about work stress, work motivation and performance. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 29 for windows program. The results of data analysis show that: (1) work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the effect of competence and training on employees performance at PT. Sago Nauli Group Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. The sample taken with slovin formula which are 71 employees from every division. The data obtained by distruiting questionnaires to respondents. The method used is data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, training has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, and competence and training together have a positive and significant effect on employees performance.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the effect of workload and burn out on employee work stress of Polypropylene Refinery Pertamina RU III Plaju. The population in this study were all employees at Polypropylene Refinery Pertamina RU III Plaju which consists 54 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research shows that Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress, Burn Out has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress and Workload and Burn Out has a positive and significant effect on Employees Work Stress at Polypropylene Refinery Pertamina RU III Plaju.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work engagement on the performance of PT Al Quratu Rizky Pratama's outsourced employees. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique used the total sampling technique. The samples studied in this study were 80 respondents who were outsourced employees of PT Al Quratu Rizky Pratama. Based on the statistical t test conducted, it can be concluded that the motivation variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <alpha 0.05. Based on the statistical t test conducted, it can be concluded that the work engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.002 <alpha 0.005. Based on the simultaneous f test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <alpha 0.005, it can be concluded that motivation and work engagement as a whole have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 83.7%, the remaining 16.3% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model. Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of training, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance at Radio Republik Indonesia Palembang. This research used quantitative data analysis to measure whether there was a correlation between the variables. The data collection included primary and secondary data, with questionnaire being the primary data as a tool to record the respondents’ view on the variables. The research population included all 86 employees of Radio Republik Indonesia Palembang, using a saturated sampling technique. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that training was significantly affecting employee performance. This finding implies that training can have an impact on employee performance if there is participation, repetition, relevance, transference, and feedback. On the contrary, work experience has an insignificant effect on employee performance, indicating that long periods of employment do not determine an employee's work experience. Lastly, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This finding suggests that employees that have motivation in the form of need for achievement, need for power, and need for affiliate as their driving force could maintain the intensity, direction, and persistency in achieving the designated performance. The company needs to review employees with long periods of service to determine whether the length of time they have spent in their jobs is in line with the skills and competencies they should have gained from their work experience.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the analysis of the Influence of Job Stress, Non-Physical Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Function General Services Division Zone 4 Prabumulih. The research collection technique was with a questionnaire. The data collection technique used in the study was qualitative analysis in the form of questionnaire statements that were quantified using a Likert scale. The research population was 150 people. The sampling technique for this study used the saturated sample technique method. Data analysis techniques with Data collection using questionnaires as a research tool must meet two criteria, namely validity and reliability. Then with the classical assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Then the correlation coefficient (r) and determination coefficient (R2) test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that job stress had a significant negative effect, while the non-physical work environment and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang efektif, cepat, dan memuaskan maka perangkat desa perlu menyelenggarakan sistem administrasi yang baik dan didukung dengan kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang memadai. Namun, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan perangkat Desa Ulak Kembahang II Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, yang masih terbatas saat ini menyebabkan penyelenggaraan tertib administrasi pemerintahan desa belum optimal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ii adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan perangkat desa tentang penataan arsip, pengelolaan surat-menyurat; serta penggunaan aplikasi komputer untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pekerjaan dalam rangka pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan adalah perangkat desa, pengurus Badan Perwakilan Desa, anggota BUMDes, serta wakil masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi, dilaksanakan secara luring dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Materi yang diberikan adalah penataan arsip, pengurusan surat-menyurat, serta penggunaan aplikasi komputer untuk pembuatan surat dan buku administrasi umum desa. Pelaksanaan pendampingan selama tiga hari dengan total durasi 540 menit. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan secara sort period dengan memberikan form evaluasi kepada para peserta yang diisi secara online. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menyimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penataan arsip, pengurusan surat-menyurat, dan pembuatan buku administrasi desa meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan dan pelatihan. Peserta menyatakan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan mereka untuk mendukung pekerjaan sehari-hari. Abstract

Islam merupakan fondasi utama bagi ideologi pesantren. Penanaman nilai-nilai Islam kepada santri menjadi aspek penting karena berfungsi sebagai modal dasar ketika mereka berhadapan dengan realitas sosial di masyarakat. Tulisan ini mendiskusikan ideologi pesantren dengan menggunakan pendekatan strukturalisme, yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pelaksanaan ideologi pendidikan dalam membentuk perilaku dan cara pandang santri. Pendekatan ini menempatkan pesantren sebagai sebuah sistem yang di dalamnya terdapat struktur, peran, dan relasi sosial yang saling menopang. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penyebaran ideologi pendidikan Islam di pesantren sangat ditentukan oleh kepiawaian kiai sebagai figur sentral yang memiliki otoritas keilmuan dan moral di tengah masyarakat. Kemapanan ilmu dan keteladanan kiai memperkuat legitimasi ideologi yang diajarkan. Selain itu, jaringan alumni dan relasi pesantren dengan masyarakat berperan penting dalam memperluas penerapan nilai-nilai ideologis tersebut. Dominasi peran kiai sebagai pemimpin menjadikan proses transformasi ideologi terinternalisasi dalam seluruh aktivitas keseharian santri.

Abstract

Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) learning at the Junior High School (SMP) level plays a strategic role in shaping students' understanding and practice of Islamic teachings, particularly on the topic of purification as a foundation of worship. However, the teaching materials used are often conventional and lack contextualization, thus not fully attracting students' interest in learning. This community service activity aims to describe the implementation of creative mentoring in designing Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) teaching materials for purification at SMP Abdi Negara Sedayulawas. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through classroom observation, discussion, practice of preparing teaching materials, and reflection with teachers during the mentoring activities. Mentoring is carried out using a theory-to-practice approach to bridge theoretical understanding and application of learning in the classroom. The results of the activity show an increase in teacher competence in developing more varied, contextual, and interactive teaching materials through the use of visualizations, simple learning media, and case studies based on everyday life. In addition, learning becomes more interesting and encourages active student involvement in understanding the concept of purification. Thus, this creative mentoring contributes to improving the quality of Fiqh learning planning and strengthening students' understanding of the importance of cleanliness and purity in everyday life.
