Abstract

Pada perguruan tinggi, kasus plagiarisme menjadi satu hal yang paling disoroti khususnya pada kasus publikasi karya ilmiah. Di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, pencegahan terhadap kasus plagiarisme sudah dilakukan dengan melampirkan halaman surat pernyataan anti plagiarisme pada laporan karya ilmiah. Namun tindakan ini belum cukup menjamin tingkat originalitas suatu karya. Cara lain untuk mencegah tindakan plagiarisme adalah dengan mendeteksi adanya kemiripan dokumen sebelum dokumen tersebut diakui pihak kedua. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun sistem untuk deteksi kemiripan isi teks dokumen pada jurnal publikasi skripsi karya mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metodeLevenshtein Distance dan Cosine Similarity. Aplikasi ini berbasis website dengan keluaran sistem berupa hasil prosentase kemiripan dokumen yang diunggah, yang mana akan ditampilkan dalam sebuah file lampiran pernyataan. File lampiran ini yang nantinya dapat dicetak dan digunakan sebagai surat jaminan originalitas karya ilmiah menggantikan surat pernyataan anti plagiarisme yang digunakan sebelumnya.

Abstract

The role of higher education to students is not only during the active lectures, but when the students have graduated, one example of the role of higher education that is still needed by students is when they want to do diploma and transcript legalization activities. Using information technology enables humans to obtain information from distant places in a short time and at a low cost. The process of legalizing diplomas at University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur has so far been carried out with a manual process that is if there are alumni who wish to legalize diplomas or transcripts, the alumni must come directly to their faculties or the legalization section by bringing their original diplomas and transcripts. The purpose of this research is how to create an information system that can help alumni to legalize the diploma process online. The method used in completing this research is by observation in the field, interviews and distributing questionnaires. By developing and implementing the SILEGION (sistem informasi legalisir ijazah online) application, it can make it easier for alumni to legalize online, especially those outside the city or outside the island. From the results of testing the average level of usability using four criteria, namely ease of use, ease of learning, usefulness and satisfaction on SILEGION information systems get a value of 80%. It states that the SILEGION (sistem informasi legalisir ijazah online) system that was built has a good level of usability

Abstract

Need the main human beings to include clothing, food, and shelter. In today's era, it is often seen that domestic industries or micro, small and medium enterprises are growing rapidly because in the current era they are supported by technological advances. One of the products is snacks. Most of these products are not included. expired the type of method used in this research is normative juridical. The research specification used by the author in this legal research is descriptive analysis. It is descriptive that this research was conducted by painting the object of research. In the UUPK it appears that good faith is more emphasized on business actors including home industry business actors because it covers all stages in carrying out their business activities so that it can be interpreted that the obligation of business actors to have good intentions starts from the time the goods are designed or produced until the after-sales stage. on the other hand, consumers are only required to have good intentions in making purchases of goods and/or services. This is of course caused by the possibility of harming consumers starting when the goods are designed or produced by producers or business actors, while for consumers the possibility of harming producers begins when they make transactions with producers.

Abstract

The handwriting produced by each person is unique, so each person has a different stroke, even though they write the same letter. Handwritten Javanese is an exciting topic to study, in addition to scientific purposes and preserving Indonesian culture. The Javanese character image dataset is aksara Jawa: aksara Jawa custom dataset from the Kaggle database consists of 2,154 train data and 480 evaluation data. This research proposed to analyze the impact of some preprocessing methods in recognizing handwritten Javanese characters. The preprocessing methods are dilation, skeletonization, and noise reduction. The first process is segmentation for region of interest (ROI) extraction, then various preprocessing is used, and finally, the recognition step neural network (NN) to measure the effectiveness of the preprocessing method. The experiment shows that all preprocessing methods (dilation, skeletonization, and noise reduction) give excellent results, especially on the black background color, reaching 98% accuracy. Other experimental findings show that in any preprocessing combination, the black background accuracy is better than the white one.

Abstract

Generally, someone who feels sick in his body wants to know his actual health condition by visiting a doctor at a hospital or other health service center for a medical examination. The doctor will ask about the symptoms experienced by the patient and sometimes examine several parts of the body to get important information before he diagnoses the patient's health condition. Theoretically, based on research developments in the medical field, changes in conditions (related to color, texture, and shape) on fingernails or toenails indicate changes in the health condition of a person's body. When someone has a health problem, the body's nerves will send signals to the fingernail or toenail area, and then the physical condition of the nail changes color, texture, and shape. These changes occur slowly, according to the condition of a person's body. Each type of health disorder or disease in the body will produce unique nail changes. Visually, the physical changes of the nails are often not very visible, but if you look closely, these changes do occur. Our research proposes an intelligent system (an artificial intelligence-based software application) to automatically diagnose body health conditions using photos of fingernails. The analysis process is carried out on the nail image to find out whether someone has health problems or not. The system for detecting body health conditions automatically using photos of nails produced in our research has a relatively good performance, namely an accuracy of 86.45%, a precision of 0.78, a recall of 1.0, and an f1 score of 0.88.

Abstract

Toko Mariah merupakan sebuah toko yang menjual beraneka ragam barang kebutuhan sehari – hari. Pada Toko Mariah masih menggunakan perkiraan dalam menetapkan jumlah persediaan barang yang dibutuhkan untuk bulan selanjutnya, hal ini menyebabkan permasalahan yaitu kekurangan persediaan barang dan penumpukan barang. Selain itu, permasalahan yang muncul di Toko Mariah yaitu permintaan pelanggan yang tidak dapat terpenuhi karena barang yang dibutuhkan belum tersedia yang berdampak pada penurunan keuntungan. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ditemukan, Toko Mariah memerlukan suatu sistem prediksi penjualan dan persediaan barang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Average yang digunakan untuk memprediksi penjualan pada periode mendatang dan Economic Order Quantity yang digunakan untuk menentukan pemesanan barang yang optimal agar dapat meminimalkan biaya serta tidak terjadinya penumpukan dan kekurangan persediaan barang. Pengujian akurasi hasil prediksi pada penelitian ini menggunakan MAPE, MAD dan MSE. Nilai rata – rata hasil uji akurasi prediksi dengan menggunakan MAD, MSE dan MAPE untuk 5 data prediksi penjualan barang adalah 5,16, 39,97 dan 13,45%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan berapa banyak suku cadang yang akan terjual di Bengkel New Perdana di masa depan. Penting untuk memperkirakan penjualan suku cadang karena kekurangan stok dapat membuat pelanggan kecewa dan kelebihan stok dapat menimbulkan biaya dan ruang yang tidak perlu. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memperkirakan stok yang dibutuhkan untuk periode berikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linear untuk memperkirakan penjualan suku cadang di masa depan. Data yang digunakan adalah data penjualan suku cadang dari Januari hingga Desember 2022, dengan total 105 jenis suku cadang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode regresi linear dapat memprediksi penjualan suku cadang dengan eror sekitar 42.2177803% berdasarkan pengujian sMAPE. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Bengkel New Perdana mengelola suku cadang mereka dengan lebih efisien dengan memberikan proyeksi yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly. Many organizations and companies have implemented computerized and structured information systems to support their work. However, there are still business sectors that have not yet implemented a computerized information system, such as the bakery in Tambaksari, namely Box Cakes and Pastry, which still carries out its work manually in recording stock of goods and checking the expiration date on each item displayed. at the shop, The final result of this research is a stock management information system in which stock data recording and checking is no longer done manually but instead uses a computerized system. This system will sort expiration dates automatically by applying the FEFO method, then this system will display notifications / reminders for employees working at Box Cakes and Pastry to make it easier to find out items that are approaching their expiration date.

Abstract

Badung Regency, Bali is one of the famous tourist destinations in Indonesia that offers a variety of attractive tourist attractions. However, the lack of organized information access and the deficiency in selecting travel packages that suit user preferences can be obstacles in maximizing the tourism potential in the region. This research aims to develop a web-based tourism information system with a Decision Support System (DSS) feature using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in Badung Regency, Bali. The system is developed using the SDLC development method with a waterfall approach, which functions to provide information access about tourism objects, including their names, categories, photos, and descriptions. The main feature is the DSS that assists users in selecting travel packages based on their preferences, using five criteria: price, number of attractions, duration, popularity, and rating. The system also supports multi-level access for regular users and admin users responsible for creating posts and travel packages.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah faktor utama pendukung kemajuan dan kualitas suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuan nya. Dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi perusahaan dibutuhkan penilaian prestasi atau evaluasi sistematis terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penilaian kinerja ini dapat meningkatkan produktifitas dan pengembangan karir setiap pegawai sebagai dasar kenaikan jabatan.Melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi pada PT. Supra Visual Mandiri maka perlu dibangun sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam proses penilaian kinerja serta memberikan masukan kepada pemimpin dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat sesuai kriteria dan bobot yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian pegawai ini adalah metode Moora. Metode MOORA merupakan metode multi atribut yang digunakan untuk memilih beberapa alternatif. Setiap alternatif terdiri dari beberapa atribut yang memiliki nilaibobot yang menunujukkan perbandingan antar atribut. Pembobotan dan pemberian peringkat ini digunakan untuk mencari alternatif terbaik, yang dalam hal ini adalah yang berhak mendapat kenaikan jabatan. Dengan metode perangkingan tersebut, diharapkan seleksi penilaian kinerja akan lebih efektif, transparan dan tepat karena berdasarkan nilai kriteria dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan.
