Abstract

A holistic approach to education emphasizes the integration of various aspects of student development, including intellectual, emotional, social, and physical. This case study highlights collaboration in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, an initiative in Indonesia that aims to provide schools with greater freedom in designing curricula according to student needs and potential. In a holistic approach, education does not only focus on academic achievement but also on building character and life skills. The Merdeka Curriculum enables teaching that is more contextual and relevant to students' daily lives, encourages project-based learning, and active participation from various stakeholders including teachers, students, parents, and the community. This case study shows that effective collaboration between teachers and school officials with parents and the community can enrich students' learning experiences. Additionally, flexibility in the curriculum allows for adapting teaching and assessment methods that are more responsive to individual student needs. As a result, students showed an increase in learning motivation, creativity, and critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The study also identified challenges in implementing a holistic approach, including the need for ongoing training for teachers and adapting a more comprehensive evaluation system. Thus, collaboration in the Merdeka Curriculum shows great potential in supporting students' holistic development and creating a more inclusive and sustainable learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep perkalian, melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran “komuka” (Kantong Mudah Perkalian). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 3 di SDN 1 Bae yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Pada setiap siklus dilakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitataif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran “komuka” (Kantong Mudah Perkalian) dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa secara aktif yang dibuktikan adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa yang sudah mencapai target. Pada siklus pertama tingkat ketuntasan siswa mencapai 60% dan siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 85%. Kriteria Ketuntasan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan penggunaan media “komuka” (Kantong Mudah Perkalian) dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep perkalian siswa kelas 3 di SDN 1 Bae.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the IPAS subject by integrating religious values in Class V at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Nurul Huda Jepara. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with teachers and students of Class V at MI Nurul Huda Jepara as subjects. Data collection techniques in this research used observation sheets for teachers and students, as well as interviews. Qualitative data analysis focused on an in-depth understanding through data from interviews, observations, and literature, with research steps including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this research show that the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the form of Canva-based animated videos in IPAS subject by integrating religious values can provide optimal understanding related to the learning material "Technology for Life" and understanding related to religious values such as aqidah education values, akhlak education values, and ibadah education values, which obtained an average score of 93.3%. This is also proven through teacher observation sheets and student observation sheets, which respectively obtained average scores of 96.25% and 95%. Thus, animated videos are very effective when used as learning support rather than just using lecture and storytelling methods.

Abstract

This study is to determine the education system in SIKL schools from the teacher's perspective, to determine the differences in the education system in SIKL and in Indonesia, to determine the barriers to education in SIKL, and to determine the role of teachers in the education system in SIKL. SIKL is an Indonesian school located in Kuala Lumpur. The uniqueness of SIKL is in feedback, progress, blue print and online. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The difference in the education system in SIKL and in Indonesia is one of them in the level of education. Barriers to education in SIKL are infrastructure, adsminitrative and documentary facilities. How to become a teacher or school principal in SIKL in a way. Must have extra patience. Due to limited infrastructure, excess working hours, the social environment is different from Indonesia, these are challenges that must be resolved by the teachers in SIKL. Obstacles in SIKL can be minimized by maximizing human resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes through the application of snowball throwing learning model assisted by audio-visual media in grade V Indonesian language subjects at MI NU Tholibin This research uses Classroom Action Research method with descriptive qualitative method. The existence of changes in the learning model gives students increased enthusiasm for learning and student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the data obtained by students in cycle I, namely the completeness of student learning outcomes in the low category with an average of 75 with a percentage of 60% because students are not used to using this learning model. In cycle II based on the data, student learning outcomes increased with an average of 85 and a percentage of 86%. This is because students are getting used to using the snowball throwing model assisted by audio visual media. So it can be concluded that through the application of the snowball throwing learning model assisted by audio-visual media can improve student learning outcomes in Class V Indonesian language subjects at MI NU Tholibin.

Abstract

Students' lack of understanding of local wisdom is a significant problem in elementary schools. Especially in Kudus, batik art which contains cultural and scientific values ​​has not been utilized optimally in learning at school. This research aims to describe integrated ethnoscience learning with the local wisdom of Batik Kudus for elementary school students. This type of research is field research. Meanwhile, this research approach is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The location of this research is MI NU Miftahul Ulum Kudus. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data display, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research are that the use of local wisdom of Batik Kudus in ethnoscience learning can be a learning approach that can activate students. Integration of Local Wisdom of Batik Kudus in Ethnoscience Learning for Grade B Elementary School Phase B students in learning using ecoprint activities. This activity provides students with skills in studying local culture, especially related to batik Kudus, which will be integrated into learning. The integration of local wisdom of Batik Kudus in learning is able to develop critical and creative thinking skills and foster a sense of love and pride in local culture.

Abstract

This training is a Community Service with the aim of providing understanding and skills to educators in creating learning videos that are not only effective in terms of technology and pedagogy, but are also able to convey Islamic values. This training method is carried out by delivering material in the form of seminars and practices. The Community Service was carried out at MI 1 Matholibul Ulum. MI 1 Matholibul Ulum is located in Lebak Village, Pakis Aji District, Jepara Regency. The subjects in this research were MI 1 Matholibul Ulum teachers. The results of this service show that training in making learning videos based on Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) can increase teacher skills. It is hoped that this training can be a way out to support the process of increasing teacher competency, in this case technological capabilities in learning.

Abstract

Literasi yang rendah membawa manusia terjerumus ke dalam sikap yang mengabaikan kelestarian lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh project based learning terhadap literasi lingkungan peserta didik tingkat sekolah dasar yang diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one-group pre-test post-test design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 21 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh project based learning terhadap literasi lingkungan. Hasil tersebut berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test yang menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh project based learning terhadap literasi lingkungan pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial peserta didik kelas V MIN 4 Demak. Respons peserta didik terhadap PjBL secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar 83% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya literasi budaya siswa sekolah dasar akibat belum optimalnya integrasi kearifan lokal dan potensi lingkungan sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran STEM berbasis local wisdom terhadap peningkatan literasi budaya siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Ternadi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest dan subjek penelitian berjumlah 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes literasi budaya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji N-Gain, dan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan literasi budaya siswa setelah penerapan pembelajaran STEM berbasis local wisdom dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,811 yang diklasifikasikan dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran STEM berbasis local wisdom berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi budaya siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of character education in growing the religious character of students at MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Jepara. This research is a field research with a qualitative method approach. The object of this research is MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Demangan, Tahunan, Jepara. This research data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation, technical data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and classification and validity test using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study include; 1) the character education management model implanted at MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Jepara includes the process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating it, religious character, honesty, intelligence, and caring for others. Teachers have strategies to support the achievement of the concept of character education management. 2) Strategies in implementing character education in fostering the religious attitude of students through example, learning, empowerment and civilizing, strengthening, and assessment.
