Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work experience and job training on employee productivity with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION in the driver and co-driver section, totaling 54 employees. The sampling technique used the total sampling method (saturated sampling). The sample in this study were 54 employees at PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from PT. PRATAMA PUTRA TRANSPORTATION. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.8 Software. The results obtained from the path analysis showed that work experience had a significant effect on employee productivity, job training had a significant effect on employee productivity, work experience had a significant effect on motivation, job training had a significant effect on motivation, motivation had a significant effect on employee productivity, work experience had a significant effect on motivation. significant effect on employee productivity through motivation as an intervening variable, and job training has a significant effect on employee productivity through motivation as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, work environment, and compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 70 employees at PT. Loyal Friends Group. The data used in this study is questionnaire data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using software smartPLS 3.2.8. The results obtained from the path analysis showed that job stress had no significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a significant effect on motivation, work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had no significant effect on motivation, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant effect on motivation, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as an intervening variable, the work environment does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as an intervening variable, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction through motivation variable as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, work environment and compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mago Pasific Abadi totaling 150 employees. The retrieval technique uses the accidental technique method. The sample in this study were 60 employees at PT. Mago Pasific Abadi. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from PT Mago Pasific Abadi. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis using SPSS Statistics Software version 23.0 The results obtained from the path analysis showed that job stress had significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress does have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as the intervening variable, the work environment does have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the motivation variable as the intervening variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, financial compensation, and organizational culture on employee retention at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk. The research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 145 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that job satisfaction, financial compensation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee retention, both partially and simultaneously. Financial compensation is the most dominant variable in influencing employee retention, followed by job satisfaction and organizational culture. Simultaneously, the three variables explain 90.7% of the variation in employee retention, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai PT PLN UPT Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 80 pegawai, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel secara empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, diikuti oleh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi, yang masing-masing juga memberikan kontribusi signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, disiplin kerja yang konsisten, serta budaya organisasi yang kuat mampu meningkatkan keterikatan dan loyalitas pegawai terhadap organisasi. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya manajemen PT PLN UPT Surabaya merancang strategi pengelolaan SDM yang terintegrasi, fokus pada pengembangan kepemimpinan, penguatan disiplin, dan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan strategis. Penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi organisasi lain yang ingin meningkatkan komitmen pegawai melalui kombinasi kepemimpinan transformasional, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi yang efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Golden Step Indonesia, Teknik Sampel purposive sampling digunakan bersamaan dengan metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 75 responden. Pengumpulan data penelitian, responden diberikan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Selain itu, prosedur analitis menggunakan perangkat lunak yang disebut SPSS V26. Analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian asumsi umum merupakan dua metode analisis data. Uji t, Uji F dan uji R2 digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial dan Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh motivasi, kedisiplinan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Shopee Express Beji Pasuruan HUB. Dalam organisasi, kinerja karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas serta efektivitas kerja. Motivasi kerja yang tinggi mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja lebih keras, kedisiplinan kerja memastikan bahwa tugas-tugas dilaksanakan dengan tepat waktu dan sesuai prosedur, serta kepuasan kerja yang baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung karyawan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 100 karyawan di Shopee Express Beji Pasuruan HUB. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur variabel motivasi, kedisiplinan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kedisiplinan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara khusus, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan dengan kedisiplinan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen Shopee Express Beji Pasuruan HUB untuk meningkatkan faktor-faktor tersebut guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

General Background Human resource management emphasizes employee performance as a central driver of organizational productivity. Specific Background Performance issues were observed at the Surabaya branch where internal evaluations showed declining scores, highlighting the relevance of interpersonal communication, professionalism, and job satisfaction as workplace determinants. Knowledge Gap Prior studies often examined these factors separately, while integrated empirical evidence within one organizational setting remained limited. Aims This study examines the relationships of interpersonal communication, professionalism, and job satisfaction with employee performance. Results Using a quantitative explanatory design with 109 randomly selected employees, questionnaire data analyzed through multiple linear regression indicate that each variable shows significant partial associations and jointly contributes to performance, with professionalism displaying the strongest coefficient. Novelty The study offers a simultaneous model combining three behavioral and managerial constructs within a single public utility organization. Implications Findings provide managerial guidance for strengthening internal communication practices, reinforcing professional conduct, and maintaining employee satisfaction to support consistent work outcomes and organizational productivity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Locus of Control Terhadap Turnover Intention Melalui Komitmen Organisasi pada Mazda Adityawarman Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dealer Mazda Adityawarman Surabaya. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan karyawan dari Mazda Adityawarman yang berjumlah 100. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling (sampel penuh), yang berarti jumlah sampel yang diambil setara dengan jumlah populasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partical Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Work-Life BalanceĀ  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi,(2) Work-Life Balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (3) Locus Of ControlĀ  tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (4) Locus Of Control berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (5) Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (6) Komitmen Organisasi tidak memediasi hubungan Locus of Control terhadap Turnover Intention, (7) Komitmen Organisasi tidak memediasi hubungan Work-Life Balance terhadap Turnover Intention.
