Abstract

The Effect of Leadership and Motivation toward Employer Performance through Intervening Variable of Working Spirit at Pundi Bank-Riau Province. The background in this research was focused on the low of employers’ performance at Pundi bank in Riau Province. The purpose in this research were to know the effect of leadership toward working spirit, motivation toward working spirit, leadership toward employers’ performance, motivation toward employers’ performance, working spirit toward employers’ performance at Pundi Bank-Riau Province. This research used survey design, were the research sample was the employers of Indonesia Pundi Bank Tbk Company in Riau Province which located on Pekanbaru, Bengkalis Regency, Kuantan Singingi Regency and Indragiri hulu Regency. There were 149 respondents and the data collected by questionnaire and analyzed by using ….. Analysis. The research findings showed that leadership gave positive influence and significant toward working spirit; motivation gave positive influence toward working spirit; that leadership doesn`t give positive influence and significant toward performance; motivation gave positive influence toward performance; working spirit gave positive influence toward performance. Leadership variable was the best variable which influenced employers’ performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. The sample in this research is all employee at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak which amounts to 45 people. Sampling was conducted using a sample of saturated (Sugiyono, 2010:96) "sampling saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample". While the variables studied in this research is the discipline of work and performance.Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity test, reliability test, normality, t test and R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results obtained value R-square at 0,711 which means that the discipline of work has contributed a donation of 71,1% to performance employees at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Partially acquired discipline of work variable  positive and significant impact on the performance employees at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak with simple linear regression equation in this study :Y = 4,954 + 0,738X significantly 0,000 smaller than alpha of 0.05. The final conclusion of this study that partial hypothesis between variables proven discipline of work to performance employees and can be accepted as true.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was carried out in The Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province. Does Education and training have a positive and significant effect on the competence of instructors in The Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province? The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of education and training on instructor competence in The Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province. The research methods are descriptive and quantitative. The population in this research are Instructors in the Unit Pelaksana Teknis Latihan Kerja (UPT-LK) Region 1 of Riau Province, which amounted to 42 people, while the total sample is the total population, so the number of samples is 42 people. Based on the Simple Linear Regression equations Y = 12,697 + 0,612X. Seen from the Constants of 12,697 means that if the value of independent variable X (education and training) is 0, so the value of dependent variable Y (competence) value is equal to 12,697. T value > t table (4.982 > 2.021) then Ho is rejected, it means there is a significant influence between education and training on competence. So it can be concluded that education and training affect the competence. It can be obtained the number of R Square (R2) of 0.383 or 38.3%. This shows that the percentage contribution, influence of the independent variable (education and training) to the dependent variable (competence) is 38.3%. While the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo Cab. Pekanbaru Pekanbaru Province..Does Organizational Culture Affect Employee Performance At PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo Cab. Pekanbaru.? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo Cab. Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study were employees of PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo Cab. Pekanbaru, which amounted to 41 people, samples were taken from the entire population, so the number of samples was 41 people. Based on the equation of Simple Linear Regression Y = 16.144 + 0.467X. The constant is 16.144, meaning that if the independent value of the X variable (education and training) is 0, then the value of the assessment variable of Y (competence) is the same as 16.144. The value of t count > table (5.784 > 2.022) then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence between education and training on competence. So it can be said that education and training affect competence. The total R Square (R2) is 0.462 or 46.2%. This shows that the proportion of contributions, the influence of independent variables (education and training) on the dependent variable (competence) is 46.2%. While the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the PT. Soraya Bedsheet Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees in the production department at PT Soraya Bedsheet Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 31 people. In this study, the sampling used saturated samples, namely 31 people. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the production department at PT Soraya Bedsheet Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the influence of work discipline on employee performance is 34.5%, while the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

One of the resources that can affect the maximum or not in achieving organizational goals in order to get good work results is the human being or the employee himself, so of course employees who are reliable or have good work abilities are needed. Good ability can be seen from the expertise of each employee, knowledge or insight possessed and attitude or behavior in the daily life of a person carrying out and completing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of job training on employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 39 people. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the overall validity test the statement items of job training and performance variables are stated to be valid because the value of rcount > rtable (0.316) is obtained. The results of a simple linear regression test obtained a value of Y = 12,811 + 0.528X. From the results of the hypothesis testing on the t test results, the tcount value (4.085) is greater than the ttable value (2.02619) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that job training has an effect on performance. And from the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.311 is obtained, meaning that the contribution or magnitude of the influence of job training on performance is 0.311 or 31.1% while the remaining 68.9% is influenced by other variables which are ignored or not examined in this study.

Abstract

Description – The economic concept explains that a person is considered to have perfect information and knowledge before or when consuming a product. However, there is no limit on how much information is known about the product. Purpose – This study identifies individuals before or when making consumption decisions regarding a product. Methodology – Using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling methods, sampling technique with mixed questionnaires (online and offline). Using a sample of 422 respondents spread across several regions and cities in Riau Province, using 44 indicators as a reference for product information answered by respondents. Findings – Individual consumption decisions analyzed with the logit probability of reading, caring and knowing information about instant noodles were 0.7599 or 76 percent. Originality/Novelty – This study shows that the information held by individuals in instant noodle consumption can be identified and its size and quantity. Implications – On the other hand, consumption can occur when individuals do not have any information about a product, due to emergency conditions, individual negligence, or being deceived by producers, so individual caution and the role of the government are needed so that consumers are not harmed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of the Work Environment, Employee Performance, at the Fisheries Processing Unit of Koto Masjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The population in this study was 91 employees and all were sampled. The research method used was the Descriptive method with a Quantitative approach. The average score for the overall Statement about the work environment was 4.08, meaning that the respondent's answer to the statement about the work environment was agree. While the tester's answer to the statement of employee performance was an average of 4.30, which means that they strongly agree. The data analysis used was simple linear regression with the results of the ESETESA diretelch, namely Y = 15.990 + 0.559X which has a positive relationship direction, namely if the work environment variable increases, the employee performance variable will increase. Based on the results of the t-test, it was obtained that the Dibung value was 7.414 > table 1.986 with a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05. This means that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UPT. Fishery Product Processing in Koto Masjid Village, XIII Koto Kampar District. The R Square value of 0.382 or 38.2% means that the environmental variables of Kezia have an influence on employee performance of 38.2%. While the remaining 61.8% is explained by other variables that are not included in the model. Thus it can be seen that there are still many other factors that influence the work environment.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of providing intensive assistance to members of the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) in Muara Jalai Village, North Kampar District, Kampar Regency, related to ecotourism management. This assistance included socialization, training, and evaluation of local resource potential. The methodology applied in this activity was direct socialization to the community. The main target of this community service activity was POKDARWIS members who were actively involved in the management of the tourist village. Group members were provided with training, socialization, assistance, and empowerment programs in order to optimize ecotourism management. The results of the community service show high motivation among members of the tourism awareness group in designing ecotourism management strategies, developing facilities according to needs, maintaining tourism assets, and promoting and empowering the economy of the community around tourist attractions.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan intensif kepada anggota Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) di Desa Muara Jalai, Kecamatan Kampar Utara, Kabupaten Kampar, terkait tata kelola ekowisata. Pendampingan ini mencakup kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta evaluasi potensi sumber daya lokal. Metodologi yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi langsung kepada masyarakat. Sasaran utama kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah anggota POKDARWIS yang secara aktif terlibat dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Anggota kelompok diberikan pembekalan berupa pelatihan, sosialisasi, pendampingan, serta program pemberdayaan dalam rangka optimalisasi pengelolaan ekowisata. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya motivasi yang tinggi dari anggota kelompok sadar wisata dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan ekowisata, pengembangan fasilitas sesuai kebutuhan, pemeliharaan aset wisata, serta promosi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata.
