Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakulikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 1 Terbanggi besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui angket tertutup yang terdiri dari 24 pernyataan skala Likert. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta ekstrakulikuler futsal yang berjumlah 40 siswa, dimana seluruhnya dijadikan sampel (total sampling). Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui kategori motivasi siswa berdasarkan nilai minimum, maksimum, rerata, dan standar deviasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal berada pada kategori cukup, dengan nilai minimum 2,292, nilai maksimum 3,875, rerata 3,205, dan standar deviasi 0,402. Distribusi kategori motivasi menunjukkan bahwa 3 siswa (7,50%) berada pada kategori sangat baik, 9 siswa (22,50%) kategori baik, 18 siswa (45%) kategori cukup, 5 siswa (12,50%) kategori kurang dan 5 siswa (12,50%) kategori sangat kurang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa baik motivasi intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik berada pada tingkat sedang, dan keduanya memberikan kontribusi yang relatif seimbang terhadap partisipasi siswa kegiatan futsal. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa motivasi siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui dukungan lingkungan, kualitas pembinaan, serta pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi rujuka bagi sekolah, guru penjas, dan penelitian selanjutnya dalam upaya peningkatan motivasi siswa pada kegiatan ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of visualization and practice training on freestyle swimming speed at CSJ Swimming Club Bandar Lampung. The research method used was a comparative experiment. The sample used in this study was 30 athletes using the Ordinal Pairing technique. The instrument used was a 25m freestyle swimming speed test. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is a significant effect of the visualization and practice training treatment group on freestyle swimming speed, with the results of the t test at a significant level of 5% (0.05) obtained a t count value of 10,259> t table value = 2.160. 2) There is a significant effect of the non-visual group or without treatment on freestyle swimming speed, with the results of the t test at a significant level of 5% (0.05) obtained a t count value of 14,319> table value = 2.160. 3) There is a significant difference in the comparison test between the visualization and practice group and the non-visual group regarding freestyle swimming speed., with a 2-sided test data analysis (significant = 0.05) the calculated t value was 2.781 > t table = 2.048.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of agility and flexibility to the ability of underhand passing in volleyball among eleventh-grade students of MAN 2 Ogan Komering Ilir. The research method used was a correlational method. The research sample consisted of 50 students. The research instruments used were agility, flexibility, and underhand passing tests. The research hypotheses were: (1) there is a contribution of agility to underhand passing ability, (2) there is a contribution of flexibility to underhand passing ability, and (3) there is a contribution of agility and flexibility simultaneously to underhand passing ability. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant relationship between agility and underhand passing ability (r calculated = 0.499 > r table = 0.088), (2) there was a significant relationship between flexibility and underhand passing ability (r calculated = 0.681 > r table = 0.088), and (3) simultaneously, agility and flexibility had a significant relationship with underhand passing ability (r calculated = 0.716 > r table = 0.088) with a contribution of 51.26%.
