Abstract

Taha Abdurrahman, a contemporary maqasid figure, has different concepts and ideas from the Shatibi maqasid concept. The concept of maqasid Taha Abdurrahman also has a paradigm and classification of values that are different from the concept of maqasid Shatibi. This study aims to describe the paradigm of reform of maqasid values according to Taha Abdurrahman. In addition, this study also describes the classification of new maqasid values according to Taha Abdurrahman. This research uses a qualitative approach that explains and analyzes the concepts and ideas of maqasid al-shari'ah reform according to Taha Abdurrahman. This research uses a library method with the main data source of Taha Abdurrahman's work entitled Tajdid al-Manhaj fi Taqwim al-Turath, and Su’al al-Manhaj fi Ufuqi al-Ta’sisi Liunmudhaji Fikri Jadidi. The results of this study show that the paradigm of reform of maqasid values according to Taha Abdurrahman is based on the hadith of the Prophet “Innama Buitstu Liutamimma Makaarimal Akhlak” which is holistic in nature encompassing all levels of needs that are an integral part of Islamic law. The classification of new maqasid values according to Taha Abdurrahman is contained in the concept of “al-qiyam al-akhlaqiyyah” Include al-masalih al-hayawiyyah, al-masalih al-‘aqliyyah, and al-masalih al-ruhiyyah namely maqasid values with dimensions of materialism, rationalism, and spiritualism. Taha Abdurrahman's classification of maqasid al-shari'ah revises the conception of the Shatibi maqasid.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of logotherapy techniques on the resilience of Muslim families, with family status and the number of dependents serving as demographic variables. The study sample consisted of 30 Muslim families in Banten province, Indonesia involving a total of 89 individuals. The sampling using the purposive sampling method consisted of 30 men (father or husband), 30 women (mother or wife), and 29 sons and/or daughters in terms of family status. The study employs a quantitative approach using inferential parametric statistics by using ANOVA. The results obtained indicate logotherapy counseling techniques, such as paradoxical intention, dereflection, and Socratic dialogue, have significantly increased the resilience of Muslim families in Banten. The Paradoxical Intention technique is significant for improving the legal basis dimension and the Dereflection technique is significant for improving the Psychosocial Resilience dimension. The combined technique of Paradoxical Intention and Socratic Dialogue is significant in improving the other three dimensions of Physical Resilience, Economic Resilience, and Family Social Resilience. More specifically, enhancing physical and economic resilience is best achieved using the paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue, socio-family resilience with Socratic dialogue-dereflection, legality resilience with paradoxical intention, and socio-psychological resilience with dereflection. In the context of enhancing family resilience, husbands are best served using paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue, wives by dereflection-Socratic dialogue, and children by paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue. For families with only child dependents, the most suitable technique is paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue, while for those with dependents that include children, parents, and/or other close family members, dereflection proves more appropriate.

Abstract

SMP Karya Pertiwi is one of the educational institutions that has a hidden Islamic curriculum. In practice, these management principles need systematic application.The principles in Islamic education management include faith and morals, deliberation, justice and equality, division of work and tasks, guided by management functions, cooperation and sincerity The aim of this research is to analyze the process of implementing the principles of Islamic education management from a hadith perspective at SMP Karya Pertiwi. This method used in this research is qualitative with a case study method. To find out the extent of the process of implementing the principles of educational management. Meanwhile for data collection, the process of interview observation and documentation was used. The result of this research are not yet fully effective in implementing educational management principles in the form of justice and solidarity. So, further follow-up is needed to ensure the continuity of education management in SMP Karya Pertiwi

Abstract

Dalam manajemen pendidikan salah satu prinsip yang penting adalah prinsip tanggung jawab. Prinsip ini menekankan pentingnya setiap individu dalam organisasi pendidikan agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan sebaik-baiknya. Dalam Hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW juga terdapat banyak pesan mengenai pentingnya tanggung jawab pada seorang individu. Hadis-hadis tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber rujukan dalam mengembangkan prinsip tanggung jawab dalam manajemen pendidikan. Tujuan Penelitian ini berusaha mengkaji universalisasi prinsip manajemen tanggung jawab hadis Nabi dalam manajemen pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prinsip tanggung jawab hadis Nabi dapat diuniversalisasi dalam manajemen pendidikan. Prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek manajemen pendidikan, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Penerapan prinsip tanggung jawab hadist Nabi dalam manajemen pendidikan dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, antara lain: Meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penyelenggaraan Pendidikan, Menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, Meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan, Meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan prinsip tanggung jawab hadis Nabi dalam manajemen pendidikan perlu didorong dan dikembangkan dalam kehidupan terutama dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberadaan berbagi hadis nabi yang menjelaskan tentang kepepmimpinan Pendidikan. Berbagaihadis tersebut belum mendapatkan penejlasan secara kontekstual. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisi bentuk kontekstualisasi manajmen kepemimpinan Pendidikan dalam berbagai hadis nabi. Berisi metode penelitian; penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujaun mendeskripsikan bentuk kontekstualisasi manajemen kepemimpinan Pendidikan dalm berbagai hadis nabi. Sumber data utama berbagai hadis tentang manajemen kepemimpinan dan sumber lainnya dr buku, jurnal terkait. Pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan teori kontekstual oleh J. R. Firth, yang pada tahun 1930. Berisi hasil penelitian; peelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontekstualisasi manajmen kepemimpinan Pendidikan dalam berbagai hadis nabi dapat dipahami dalam bentuk pemanfaatan semua sumber daya yang dimiliki (ummat Islam, lembaga pendidikan atau lainnya) baik perangkat keras maupun lunak. Pemanfaatan tersebut dilakukan melalui kerjasama dengan orang lain secara efektif, efisien, dan produktif untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan baik di dunia maupun di akhirat. Banyak sekali para ulama di bidang manajemen yang menyebutkan tentang fungsi-fungsi manajemen mengatakan bahwa fungsi manajemen itu di antaranya adalah fungsi perencanaan pendidikan islam, pengorganisasian pendidikan islam, pengarahan pendidikan islam, dan pengawasan pendidikan islam

Abstract

Different interpretations of the meaning of the word 'nikah' in the Qur'an and Hadith have implications for the law of marriage for women with the father of their adulterous partner. This study aims to determine the different interpretations of the meaning of marriage in the Qur'an and Hadith and its legal implications according to the schools of jurisprudence. This research method uses a normative juridical approach by examining the books of jurisprudence as the main legal material. With the literature study method, the primary data source of this research is in the form of documents of jurisprudence books related to the topic of discussion and secondary data sources in the form of research results, journals and other documents related to the research topic. The results of this study stated that there are three different interpretations of the jurisprudence Madzhab on the meaning of marriage in the Quran and Hadith. This difference in interpretation of the meaning of the word marriage has implications for the marriage law for women with the father of their adulterous partner. Mahdab Hanafi is of the view that a woman who commits adultery with someone has legal implications that she is haram to marry her father or the son of her adulterous partner. This view is different from the Shafi'i Madzhab which states otherwise.

Abstract

The escalating prevalence of unregistered marriages in Indonesia has prompted this research, highlighting its ramifications across diverse facets of family objectives. This study seeks to dissect the repercussions of unregistered marriages on family goals, employing the theoretical lens of Maqasid al-Usrah by Jamaluddin 'Athiyah. Employing a normative juridical approach, the research scrutinizes Indonesian marriage law and jurisprudential literature as primary legal sources. The literature study method is utilized, with primary data derived from jurisprudence books and Islamic law documents pertinent to the research theme, while secondary data encompasses research findings, journals, and related documents. The findings underscore that unregistered marriages pose formidable challenges to legal certainty guarantees concerning various dimensions of family goals, encapsulating seven key aspects. The study's implications stress the imperative of reinforcing regulations mandating marriage registration as a means to protect and ensure the realization of family goals. This research contributes valuable insights to the ongoing discourse on the legal and societal consequences of unregistered marriages, paving the way for informed policy recommendations and potential amendments to existing legal frameworks.

Abstract

Divorce affects the economic resilience of families, especially for single mothers. Single mothers have to play a dual role as breadwinners and take care of their children without the help of their ex-husband. This research aims to analyze the effect of divorce on economic resilience and efforts to maintain the economic resilience of single mother families after divorce. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review based on big data of 600 research articles published between 2019-2024 via publish or perish Crossref, Google Scholar and OpenAlex with VOSviewer visualization. The articles used to analyze the problems in this research were 13 articles based on keyword criteria that represented the research problem. From the thirteen articles used in the systematic literature review, it was found that divorce had a negative effect on the financial condition of single mothers who had limited resources, did not have a permanent job or during their household ties depended on the results of their husband's work. Single mothers face many difficulties because they have to do everything alone at home, including meeting the daily needs of themselves and their children. Single mothers make various efforts to maintain the family's economic resilience through economic activities in the form of selling goods or services, working as company employees, laborers, household assistants and even becoming migrant workers

Abstract

Arabic language learning in Indonesia faces various challenges, including low student interest and ineffective learning methods and tools used. One of the discoveries that can increase the effectiveness of learning is the use of comic media. Comics offer interesting visual and narrative elements, so they can increase interest in learning, facilitate understanding of the material, and develop language skills such as reading, writing, and expanding vocabulary. This study examines the effectiveness of comic media in Arabic language learning through a systematic literature review. The results of the analysis show that comics, both in print and digital formats, significantly increase students' learning motivation and help achieve better learning outcomes. Thus, comic media becomes a relevant and innovative learning alternative to be applied at various levels of education in Indonesia.Keywords: Comic Media, Arabic Language Learning, Utilization of Comic Media.
