Abstract

This research aims to determine the presence of salted squid sold at the Main Jatibarang market in Indramayu using dragon fruit peel extract, determine the level of formaldehyde in the samples and whether there is a difference when using dragon fruit peel extract and chromatophic acid in detecting formaldehyde in salted squid. The research method used in this research is descriptive comparative, while the qualitative examination method uses dragon fruit peel extract, chromatophic acid and for quantitative examination the chromatophic acid method uses a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Data analysis uses univariate analysis in SPSS and describes the results descriptively. The results of qualitative tests or qualitative detection of formalin using dragon fruit peel extract and chromatogenic acid obtained the same results, namely 5 (five) positive samples in the same sample. Qualitative results show that there is no difference in positive results from two different methods for detecting formalin. Meanwhile, quantitative tests using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer with a wavelength of 570nm resulted in samples D1 having a concentration of 7.22ppm, D2 having a concentration of 7.25ppm, D3 having a concentration of 6.77ppm, D4 having a concentration of 6.76ppm, and D5 having a concentration of 6.72ppm.

Abstract

Verbal bullying is a pervasive issue in educational settings, characterized by insults, harsh language, and derogatory comments that can have severe psychological and emotional impacts on students. This study aimed to develop a culturally relevant intervention model that integrates the values of the Petik Laut tradition with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to reduce verbal bullying at MTS Al Haromain, Mojosari, Puger. The research utilized a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model, which included the identification of bullying prevalence, module development, expert validation, and pilot testing with 53 students (Sa et al., 2020). The findings revealed that the Petik Laut tradition, emphasizing mutual respect, community solidarity, and environmental stewardship, significantly reduced verbal bullying and enhanced students' social resilience, fostering positive behavioral changes. This study contributes to the field of educational psychology by demonstrating the effectiveness of integrating local cultural values into structured educational interventions, offering a novel approach to bullying prevention that aligns with both cultural sustainability and contemporary educational goals. The results underscore the importance of culturally responsive education and highlight the potential for broader application in diverse educational contexts. Future research should explore the long-term impacts of this approach on student outcomes, including academic achievement, social well-being, and community engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Metode Meronce Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak Usia Dini Kelompok B di TK Siwipeni Cilacap. Menurut pemaparan guru kelas motorik halus anak harus dilatih sedini mungkin agar motorik halus anak tidak kaku dan otot tangan serta jari-jari tangan bisa dengan mudah terkoordinasi dalam memegang suatu benda. Kegiatan yang bisa melatih motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun sebagai berikut: anak dapat menggunakan gunting untuk memotong kertas, anak bisa mengambil balok dengan menggunakan 2 jari (ibu jari dan telunjuk), dapat memasang dan membuka kancing baju sendiri, melipat kertas, dan anak dapat melakukan kegiatan meronce dengan memasukan manik-manik kedalam benang. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kegiatan meronce dengan memasukan manik-manik kedalam benang. Peningkatan motorik halus melalui kegiatan meronce dapat dilihat pada hasil penelitian. Pada kondisi awal kriteria sangat kurang berjumlah 0 anak (0%), kurang berjumlah 4 anak (36%), cukup berjumlah 1 anak (9%), dan baik berjumlah 6 anak (55%). Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I hasilnya pada kemampuan motorik halus melalui kegiatan meronce mengalami peningkatan yang dapat diilihat yaitu untuk kriteria sangat kurang berjumlah 0 anak (0%), kurang berjumlah 3 anak (27%), cukup berjumlah 1 anak (9%), dan baik berjumlah 7 anak (64%). Pada siklus II meningkat pada kriteria baik berjumlah 10 anak (91%), cukup berjumlah 1 anak (9%) dan kriteria kurang, sangat kurang berjumlah 0 anak (0%). Penelitian ini dihentikan sampai siklus II karena sudah memenuhi kriteria indikator keberhasilan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui kegiatan meronce dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Siwi Peni Cilacap kelompok B. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis penggunaan media flash card terhadap kemampuan membaca anak tuna rungu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Tahapan dalam melaksanakan penelitian antara lain persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pengolahan data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa anak tuna rungu mampu membaca dengan menggunakan media flash card terlihat dari kegiatan (1) media flash card penting digunakan agar anak tuna rungu mampu membaca, (2) anak usia dini berada di usia emas yang harus distimulasi agar anak tuna rungu mampu membaca, maka proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media flash card sangat penting dan efektif diterapkan, (3) Melalui metode bermain, observasi, pemberian tugas, memberikan pertanyaan kepada anak saat melakukan kegiatan, anak tuna rungu mampu membaca menggunakan media flash card.

Abstract

Di Indonesia kesehatan reproduksi semakin meningkat dan Kasus HIV dan AIDS pada tahun 2021-2022 sebagian besar tetap sama. Di Pulau Jawa,yang paling banyak menderita AIDS adalah kelompok usia 20-29 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran sikap remaja putra putri tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada kelas X di SMK kesehatan yaleka maro Merauke. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan presentase. Hasil penelitian yaitu jenis kelamin wanita sebanyak 25 orang (83,3%), agama prostetan sebanyak 23 orang (76,7%), berasal dari suku asli papua sebanyak 25 orang (83,3%),dan sikap positif tentang kesehatan reproduksi sebanyak 24 orang (80,0%).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role that private tertiary institutions play in the process of achieving sustainability. Private tertiary institutions will need to be able to form relationships with a variety of parties, such as the private sector and the government sector, and formulate sustainability maturity levels in order to determine the extent to which tertiary institutions have reached a certain level of maturity. In this study, a descriptive research method is combined with a quantitative research methodology. According to research, several components of STIE Indonesia, such as Innovation and technology, Collaboration, Process, Purchase, motivation and incentives, health and safety, human resource development, and ethical behavior and human rights, are at the stage where they are gratifying or satisfying. Extraordinary or of a sophisticated nature. On the most fundamental or fundamental level, which involves knowledge management, the absence of conflicting interests, effective governance, and an absence of corruption. However, private universities have a responsibility to place a greater emphasis on sustainability reports, resources set aside for recycling, concerns regarding biodiversity and environmental issues, emission pollution into the air, water, and soil, and the existence of universities that start at the Beginning level.

Abstract

Lack of public knowledge, interest, and motivation regarding the benefits of vegetables as well as the development of vegetable cultivation techniques that are easy to apply on limited land have resulted in low levels of daily vegetable consumption. One effort to overcome the low consumption of vegetables is to increase knowledge about nutrition and nutrition contained in them by using booklet media. This research aims to develop a booklet with an attractive and easy-to-understand design, to increase interest in consuming and motivation to cultivate vegetables. Based on the results of media and material expert feasibility tests, the aquaponics booklet obtained a result of 92% in the very suitable category, while user testing in the development process obtained a result of 94% in the very suitable for use category. Based on the results of the t test, the 2-tailed Sig value was 0.009 <0.05, which means there was a significant increase in knowledge about vegetables after participants took part in aquaponics training. The results of the correlation test show that there is a high and positive relationship between interest in consuming vegetables and motivation to grow vegetables with a correlation of 0.676. Thus, it can be concluded that the vegetable aquaponics booklet has met the feasibility based on user testing and can increase knowledge, consumption interest, and motivation to grow vegetables..

Abstract

Biological literacy is essential for students to understand and apply biological concepts. This study aims to develop an e-book on the ecosystem and examine its effect on the biological literacy of Grade X students at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Jakarta. The research adopted the Hannafin & Peck development model. Based on the needs analysis, students require learning media that is portable and visually engaging. The created e-book has instructional texts that cover four areas of biological literacy: nominal, functional, conceptual, and procedural. It also has AKM-style questions that require reasoning and structured practice exercises. Feasibility testing covered aspects of construction, material, and language, with an average score of 3.4 in the valid category. The effectiveness test showed an increase in students’ biological literacy, with pre-test and post-test average scores of 50.05 and 80.11, respectively. The N-gain score was 0.62 (categorized as medium), and the effect size was 2.98 (categorized as a strong effect). Although effective, the e-book has limitations, such as the inability to complete quizzes directly within the e-book and the requirement of an internet connection to access external practice features. These limitations are recommended to be addressed in future research and development.

Abstract

Sustainable Midwifery Care (Continuity of Care) involves providing midwifery care from pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and newborn care to the selection of contraceptive methods. The benefits of continuity of care include improving maternal and infant health through continuous monitoring. Midwives can detect and treat complications such as preeclampsia, bleeding, and infections early, thereby helping to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. Continuous care also improves service quality and builds maternal trust because it is handled by the same healthcare professional from pregnancy through postpartum. Furthermore, continuity of care enables midwives to provide holistic, personalized, and mother-centered care, while facilitating coordination between healthcare services thanks to integrated medical records This study was conducted from April to October 2025. The instruments used were anamnesis and examination results. Midwifery care for pregnant women was provided to Mrs. N 4 times, providing advice and counseling according to the mother's needs, and ways to reduce discomfort in pregnant women (back pain with complementary therapy, namely effluent massage). Labor care for Mrs. N was conducted on August 5, 2025, with spontaneous vaginal delivery and no complications during the process. Newborn care was provided for a healthy baby girl who cried vigorously and showed active movements, with a birth weight of 3000 grams and a body length of 50 cm. Neonatal visits were conducted on days 1, 7, and 14, with care provided according to the baby’s needs during each visit. Postpartum care was conducted 4 times on days 1, 6, 14, and 42, with the postpartum period proceeding normally and no maternal health issues observed. Family planning care was provided on day 42 postpartum, including information on various contraceptive methods, side effects, advantages and disadvantages of each method, and follow-up schedules. Initially, the mother wished to use an IUD, but due to fever and current health condition, she decided to use condoms as her contraceptive method at this time.   Abstrak Asuhan Kebidanan berkelanjutan ( continuity of care ) yaitu memberikan asuhan kebidanan mulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan BBL, neonatus sampai pemilihan alat kontrasepsi yang akan digunakan. Manfaat dari continuity of care yakni untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi melalui pemantauan yang berkesinambungan, bidan dapat mendeteksi dan menangani komplikasi seperti preeklamsia, perdarahan, dan infeksi sejak dini, sehingga turut menurunkan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan bayi (AKB). Asuhan yang diberikan secara berkelanjutan juga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta membangun kepercayaan ibu karena ditangani oleh tenaga kesehatan yang sama dari masa kehamilan hingga nifas. Selain itu, continuity of care memungkinkan bidan memberikan pelayanan yang holistik, personal, dan berpusat pada kebutuhan ibu, sekaligus mempermudah koordinasi antar layanan kesehatan berkat catatan medis yang terintegrasi Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan April s.d Oktober 2025. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah anamnesa, hasil pemeriksaan. Asuhan kebidanan ibu hamil pada Ny.N  sebanyak 4 kali dengan memberikan anjuran dan konseling sesuai kebutuhan ibu, cara mengurangi ketidaknyamanan ibu hamil ( nyeri punggung dengan terapi komplementer yaitu pijat efflurage. Asuhan Persalinan pada Ny. N pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2025 dengan persalinan spontan pervaginan dan tidak ada penyulit selama proses persalinan. Asuhan Bayi Baru Lahir dalam keadaan normal dan sehat, bayi lahir menangis kuat dan pergerakan aktif, jenis kelamin bayi perempuan, berat badan bayi  3000 gram, panjang badan bayi 50 cm.Kunjungan Neonatal dilakukan pada hari ke 1, 7 dan 14. Dalam setiap kunjungan diberikan asuhan sesuai kebutuhan bayi. Asuhan Nifas dilaksanakan 4 kali yaitu hari ke 1, 6, 14, 42. Masa nifas berlangsung normal, tridak ada permasalahan kesehatan ibu. Asuhan Keluarga Berencana dilakukan pada 42 hari pasca salin. Asuhan yang diberikan berupa macam-macam KB, efek samping, kelebihan dan kekurangan alat kontrasepsi, waktu kunjungan ulang. Kondisi ibu mengalami demam sehingga keputusan ibu berubah, di awal ibu menghendaki KB IUD tetapi kondisi ibu yang belum memungkinkan ibu untuk dilakukan pemasangan IUD sehingga ibu memutuskan untuk menggunakan kondom sebagai alat kontrasepsi saat ini.

Abstract

It is love that motivates someone to do something to achieve their dreams. Feelings of love must be translated into real actions as the fruit of faith in the heart. Allah is the one who planted it, but Rasulullah saw it. who look after and care for him so that love grows and develops. All of us, Alhamdulillah, have heard and understood a lot about the birth of Rasulullah SAW, his holy sir, his noble character and his great state, where Allah swt destined him to be the opener of the door of intimacy for everyone and the key to wushul (achievement) for experts in perfection, so that no servant who can enter into the presence of Allah SWT. except by the way. And no one achieves His virtue, grace and perfection except through the Messenger of Allah. Not only that, Allah S.W.T. does not allow the servant to reach and approach Him except in the manner indicated by His beloved, Rasulullah SAW. This study examines how a person achieves love for Rasulullah SAW by understanding the meaning, purpose and wisdom of Rasulullah's love.
