Indonesia's population reaches 273,879,750 people, and it is known that every year it is increasing, so that population movements begin to occur from island to island. The population movement is carried out by everyone with the aim of getting a job to fulfill the necessities of life. However, not all of them can be fulfilled, even though there are still people who fall into the poor category, one of which is part of the population in the village of Bapinang Hulu. In the Bapinang Hulu village there is a Non-Cash Food Aid which is used to help the poor. The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program for the poor should be carried out with the right target. To overcome this, it is necessary to analyze population data. The analysis was carried out using the Nave Bayes Algorithm by dividing the dataset into training data and testing data. Testing the data 9 times to determine the accuracy of the results of research analysis in the search for the Accuracy performance vector value. The results showed that the accuracy performance vector value reached 90.00%. So it is known that the Naive Bayes algorithm is able to analyze population data for determining Non-Cash Food Aid in the upstream bapinang village.

Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a program from the Indonesian government in the form of providing conditional social assistance to families or poor people who are registered in the integrated data for the poor handling program. As for recipients of assistance can be assessed from several criteria including building area, type of floor, type of wall, defecation facility, source of drinking water, source of lighting, type of fuel for cooking, frequency of buying meat and chicken in a week, frequency of eating in a day , The number of sets of new clothes purchased in a year, access to health centers, access to employment, the latest education of household heads and ownership of several assets. In this study will build a decision support system with calculations using the Technique For Orders Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution Method (TOPSIS) and Weighted Product Method (WP). The system implemented at Sudarsono Base means one of the LPG Gas bases located in the city of Sampit. Therefore, create a system to manage LPG gas to simplify the order process and deliver a service and various solutions for its customers. As a result, it is hoped that this information system can be useful for the company and structured in a structured manner, especially for the management of the gas order process. As a result, various service tactics can be used by deciding on a service using one of the concepts of correlation management between customers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) so that they can produce what will occur in the desired business. LPG Gas Management information system is very important for the base. Where the base is difficult to manage data and process orders. Because data writing is still done manually. That is using handwritten one by one which is very prone to errors in entering sales data in reports and also searching for data errors takes a long time. Therefore, an information system is needed to manage customer data, and process orders. in the development of this web-based application program, using VS Code software, various programming languages such as PHP, javascript, and MySQL database.

Abstrak Pada proses penelitian ini data bantuan tunai langsung (BLT) yang berhubungan pada penerima manfaat bantuan yang sudah dilaksanakan pada Desember 2021. Tetapi bantuan tersebut ada juga yang tidak sesuai harapan masyarakat karena disebabkan status rakyat miskin yang tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bantuan tunai langsung (BLT) pada desa PELANGSIAN disalurkan melalui kelurahan desa agar masyarakat yang tidak mampu mendapatkan bantuan, dan membantu rakyat miskin menanggulangi ketidak seimbangan atara desa kedesa. Dalam mengklasifikasi penerima bantuan ini maka penulis menggunakan metode naive bayes untuk menganalisis probabilitas dalam suatu objek yang termasuk dalam atribut kelas di dalam algoritma tersebut maka penelitian ini menggunakan software rapidminer untuk menghitung tingkat accuracy data. Dan hasil analisis menggunakan software rapidminer dengan metode naive bayes tingkat akurasi yang di dapat 83.67%. Pada prediksi terdaftar sekitar 26 data orang yang “terdaftar”, true tidak terdaftar prediksinya 7 data orang yang “tidak terdaftar” dan jumlah class precision terdaftar adalah 78.79% serta jumlah class recall nya 74.29%, dan pada perdiksi tidak terdaftar true terdaftarnya 9 orang yang “terdaftar” dan 56 data orang” tidak terdaftar” pada prediksi tidak terdaftar, jumlah class precision 86.16%. Serta jumlah class recall nya 88.88%. Dan nilai yang didapatkan pada accuracy 83.67%, precision 78.79% dan recall 74.29%. Selain di uji dengan software rapidminer. Dan itulah hasil yang penulis dapatkan pada saat menganalisis probabilitas angka yang didapatkan pada saat mencari tingkat akurasi data serta proses di dalam menggunakan metode naive bayes. Taman Kanak-kanak Islam Terpadu “NH” setiap satu tahun sekali rutin melakukan penilaian kinerja guru oleh orangtua/wali siswa dan rekan sejawat. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai kombinasi dua buah algoritma, yaitu Weighted Product dan Simple Additive Weighting, dengan tujuan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan dalam membuat simpulan hasil penilaian kinerja guru. Peneliti juga membandingkan hasil perhitungan dari analisis ketercapaian skore dengan hasil perhitungan dengan kombinasi metode-metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang sudah dituliskan di atas, untuk menunjukkan bahwa bobot tiap-tiap kriteria pada permasalahan penilaian kinerja guru ini sangat mempengaruhi nilai akhir maupun predikat dari nilai akhir itu. Hasil dari pemrosesan dua buah algoritma itu dan predikat kinerja yang diperoleh alternatif yang sedang dinilai kinerjanya dalam satu tahun pelajaran. Hasil pemrosesan ini kemudian dapat diajukan kepada Kepala Sekolah sebagai rekomendasi untuk menindaklanjuti melakukan improvisasi kinerja para guru di Taman Kanak-kanan Islam Terpadu "NH".

Batuah Village, Seranau District, Kotawaringin Timur Regency is a village with a difficult economy. The population is increasing, the problems of life are also getting more diverse. Every citizen needs a decent life, so the government held a social assistance program for the residents of Batuah village. This program is expected to help underprivileged families as one of the government's efforts to overcome poverty. Food assistance must be given to people who are entitled to receive it. But sometimes there is still social jealousy caused by the closeness of neighbors and other factors. Other problems that occur include registered residents who have died still receiving assistance, residents who had problems last year still received assistance, and there were residents who received double social assistance. The purpose of this research is to build a simpler role or decision tree to determine the recipients of social assistance. In addition, this study also aims to determine the values of precision, recall, and accuracy. The algorithm used to build the decision tree is Algorithm C4.5. The results of the study using 100 data samples showed that the algorithm's performance reached an accuracy value of 93.00%, a precision value of 100.00%, and a recall value of 65.00%. The performance of the algorithm produced in this study is included in the very good category so that the decision tree resulting from this study can be used as a recommendation to determine social recipients in Batuah village.

Teknologi informasi dan pendidikan sangat berhubungan erat antar satu sama lainnya. Dibidang pendidikan teknologi informasi juga memiliki manfaat bukan hanya sebagai sarana belajar mengajar tetapi juga dapat digunakan untuk sistem informasi administrasi dan komite sekolah. Salah satu sekolah yang belum menerapkan teknologi pada administrasi dan komite sekolah nya yaitu MTs PPKP. Pada tahun 2021, MTs PPKP memiliki siswa sebanyak 465 orang. Siswa baru tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 diterima sebanyak 158 siswa. Untuk siswa sebanyak itu diperlukan adanya penunjang yang dapat membantu menangani dalam administrasi siswa baru bahkan untuk pembayaran komite baik untuk siswa lama maupun yang baru. Pada penelitian ini, modul ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) menjadi salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, modul ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) yang digunakan yaitu Inventory Management dan Sales and Distribution. Dimana modul Inventory Management yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu berfokus pada pengelolaan data atribut sekolah untuk siswa baru. Sedangkan modul Sales and Distributionnya yaitu berfokus pada pengelolaan data siswa serta pembayaran administrasi dan komite sekolahInformation technology and education are very closely related to one another. In the field of education, information technology also has benefits not only as a teaching and learning tool but can also be used for administrative information systems and school committees. One of the schools that has not yet implemented technology in its administration and school committees is MTs PPKP. In 2021, MTs PPKP has 465 students. 158 new students for the 2021-2022 academic year. For that many students, it is necessary to have support who can help handle the administration of new students and even for committee payments for both old and new students. In this study, the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) module is an alternative that can be used to solve this problem. In this study, the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) module used is Inventory Management and Sales and Distribution. Where the Inventory Management module used in this study focuses on managing school attribute data for new students. Meanwhile, the Sales and Distribution module focuses on managing student data as well as administrative and school committee payments. Based on the research that has been done, the method used can be used to support administration and school committees. Toko Azkajaya Komputer merupakan toko yang bergerak dibidang penjualan aksesoris dan jasa reparasi barang-barang elektronik seperti komputer, laptop, handphone dan printer. Dalam menjalankan usahanya toko Azkajaya komputer masih menggunakan metode manual. Dengan melibatkan banyak pelanggan, akan menyulitkan pemilik toko untuk memberikan respon yang baik kepada pelanggan. Sehingga akan dapat mengurangi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh toko kepada pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai perancangan design interface website toko online yang akan menjadi gambaran dari website toko online yang akan membantu pemilik toko dalam melayani pelanggannya menjadi lebih baik. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode user centered design (UCD) yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian melalui kuesioner dan diperoleh hasil dari nilai rata-rata dari poin penilaian Sangat Setuju senilali 40.04% dan penilaian Setuju sebanyak 58.67%. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat diambil simpulan bahwa design interface yang dibuat telah cukup sesuai dengan kosep UCD dan keinginan pengguna.

College is one of the most influental education aspect for a nation’s improvement. The quality of a college is important to support and explore student potential. The quality of a college helps student to prepare theirselves in working world. One of the qualities of a college can be seen from the punctuality of graduating time for students. It is become important for a college to find out the factors that influence the punctuality of graduating time for students. Darwan Ali University is one of university located in Sampit, Central Kalimantan. Based on their Information System Management, in 2011, there are 707 new students. In 2015 only 290 students passed. It shows that only 41% of students graduate on time. The source of this research data comes from Management Information System of Darwan Ali University. The purpose of this research is to find the rules which affects the accuracy of student graduation. The data used in this study include departement of study programs, the GPA from first to fourth semester, and gender of students. This study uses two algorithms, namely the C4.5 and PART algorithms. The researcher also found that the C4.5 algorithm has better accuracy than PART, with an accuracy level of 83.004 %. Keywords: Classification, data mining, C4.5, PART

Education is a basic need for every human being who plays an important role in the future of the nation, because a nation that is said to be advanced can be seen from its good learning system. Successful education is measured by the average number of graduates at various levels of education in various regions. But not all regions are good in the quality of education. One of them is the area in Indonesia, such as the Kapuas district, Central Kalimantan. It is known that in previous years this area lacked improvement in education, causing several areas where people did not go to school or dropped out of school. Many of the problems are caused by economic factors, laziness, lack of motivation about the importance of education, and so on. The previous Covid-19 pandemic was also the reason for the increase in the number of children dropping out of school due to a declining family economy. The number of areas in Kapuas district requires grouping the number of existing villages. The grouping aims to make it easier for the government to pay special attention to areas where education is considered lacking and other purposes are to find out which villages have low levels of education. In grouping, the system applied is data mining using the K-Means Algorithm Clustering method which is processed using rapidminer software. The groupings formed on the education level data of 229 records are 8 clusters where the lowest education villages are stated in (C1) with a total of 33 villages.
