Abstract

Analysys of Income and Added-Value of Chicken Chips Agroindustry in Kesiman Petilan Village, East Denpasar. Covid-19 Pandemic has many impacts on all business actors, either large-scale, small-scale, or medium-scale. The business actors of chicken chips agroindustry are also impacted by the pandemic in terms of production processes and income. This study aims to: (1) Analyze the income of the business actors involved in the chicken chips agroindustry in Kesiman Petilan Village, East Denpasar, (2) Analyze the added-value of the chicken chips products in the agroindustry in Kesiman Petilan Village, East Denpasar, and (3) Identify the problems that have been experienced by the business actors in the chicken chips agroindustry during Covid-19 Pandemic. The analysis technique used was income analysis, added-value analysis, and qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that: (1) The amount of income in chicken chips agroindustry in Kesiman Petilan Village before Pandemic was IDR 2,785,853.90 while during the Pandemic was IDR 2,066,123.90, (2) The added-value of chicken chips before Pandemic was IDR 10,369.40 while during the Pandemic was IDR 10,114.85, and (3) The agroindustry have faced several problems, including the difficulties to obtain raw materials, the increase of raw materials prices, declining sales, and marketing.

Abstract

Comparison of Production and Profits of Organic and Inorganic Rice Farmers (Case Study of Subak Wongaya Betan, Mangesta Village, Tabanan Regency). The sustainability of agricultural production depends on intensive and sustainable fertilization. Currently, Indonesian families have begun to realize the importance of health and switch to healthier foods. One of the changes in rice farming is the use of organic fertilizers instead of inorganic fertilizers. The transformation of agriculture into organic farming has the potential to increase production and profits for farmers. This study aims to analyze the comparison of production and profit of organic rice farming and inorganic rice farming. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 43 farmers applying organic fertilizers and 23 farmers applying inorganic fertilizers. Secondary data were obtained from various literatures. The results show that the average organic rice production is 6.82 tons/ha and the average profit earned is Rp. 14,169,203 per hectare in one growing season. The average inorganic rice production is 6.20 tons/ha with an average profit of Rp 7,148,203 per hectare in one growing season. The results of the t-test of production and profit, show a statistically significant difference between organic rice and inorganic rice. Farmers should consider using organic fertilizer to increase production and income which is also more environmentally friendly.

Abstract

The Performance of Tunjung Mekar Farmer Group in Rural Agribusiness Development in Macang Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency. Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) is a medium-term government program that focuses on rural agricultural development. One of the farmer group associations that implement this program is Gapoktan Tunjung Mekar in Macang Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency. This study involves 16 participants who are the heads and secretaries of each farmer group. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study shows that the performance of Gapoktan Tunjung Mekar in developing PUAP can be categorized as a beginner with a score of <250. There is only one subak, namely Subak Macang which is included in the intermediate category with a score of 433. PUAP has an impact in the form of additional capital for each farmer group by an average of 48.25%, so that the final capital obtained is IDR 148,250,000 from the initial capital. IDR 100,000,000.

Abstract

Effect of Service Quality on Village Credit Institution (LPD) Customer Satisfaction in the District of South Denpasar. Customer satisfaction is very important for institutions that engage in financial services because good service plays a major role in providing customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the characteristics of customers, the level of customer satisfaction on services and the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction in three Village Credit Institutions (LPD) in South Denpasar District. The sampling technique used in this study is proportional random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction in the LPDs in the South Denpasar District. Customers are mostly females between 41 - 50 years old with an education level of high school (SMA) / equivalent, and work as private employees. The level of customer satisfaction on the services of the LPDs in the District of South Denpasar is in the very satisfied category. Service quality, namely; tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on the LPDs in the District of South Denpasar, The LPDs should pay more attention, appropriately solve problems and quickly respond to customers to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The Influence of Trust, Torporate Image, and Sales Promotion on Customers’ Satisfaction on the Pakraman Guwang Village Credit Institution in Gianyar Regency. This study aims to identify the influence of trust, corporate image, and sales promation on customers’ satisfaction on the Pakraman Guwang Village Credit institution in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Primary data were obtained through intervews and observation. Using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM), which includes validity, reliability, multicollinearity, simultaneous and hypothesis testing, this study show that trust, company image, and sales promation have a significant and simultaneuos effect on satisfactoion. In addition, there is a partial significant influence betwen trust, company image, and sales promation on satisfaction. Pakraman Guwang Village Credit institution needs to carry out more attractive promotions to increase customer satisfaction. In addition, increasing trust can be done by guaranteeing the confidentiality and safety of customers’ money/assets or during transaction. Future research may consider adding variables to better understand customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Ecotourism Development in Nyambu Village, Kediri Sub-district, Tabanan Regency. Nyambu Village is an agricultural area located at the southern tip of Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. The sustainability of the agricultural system in Bali is very dependent on the subak irrigation system. Subak Mundeh, which is located in Nyambu Village, is very suitable to be developed as an object of ecotourism. The development of agriculture-based ecotourism is a tourism development model that has the potential to develop the agricultural and tourism sectors. Many factors influence the success of an ecotourism, so it is important to know the role of the Nyambu Village community and Subak Mundeh farmers in the development of Nyambu Village Ecotourism. This study used a descriptive analysis method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 70 people, who were selected by accidental sampling technique. This research shows that Subak Mundeh farmers and the people of Nyambu Village work together in developing Nyambu Village Ecotourism, namely by preserving traditional arts and culture, subak regulations, historical monuments, and maintaining the sustainability of the environment. The Government should provide more support so that the development of Nyambu Village Ecotourism could be better.

Abstract

The coffee shop businesses in Bali especially in the Denpasar area are growing rapidly, making competition fierce between coffee shops in this area. Therefore, every company has to be able to maximize its competitive advantage and choose the right marketing strategy. One of the coffee shops in the Denpasar area is Rumah Kopi Renon which is a coffee shop from the coffee brand Bali Coffee Banyuatis which has been established since the 1960s so that it has a broad image. In building and maintaining a positive image, Bali Coffee Banyuatis has used the services of a brand ambassador as a marketing communication strategy. This study aims to: 1) Identify the characteristics of visitors, 2) Analyze the value of each variable 3) Analyze the influence of brand ambassadors, brand image, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions. The data analysis method in this study used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that the characteristics of the majority of visitors to Rumah Kopi Renon were aged 21-25 years old, the gender was male, were student, and had incomes ranging from less than 3 million rupiahs per month. It was found that the brand ambassador, brand image, product quality, and price had a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the acquisition of the value of each variable 2,115; 2,164; 2,699 and 2.115 on purchasing decisions at Rumah Kopi Renon.Keywords: coffee shop, brand ambassador, SEM-PLS

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, semakin tingginya perkembangan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia dan bertambahnya komplain masyarakat membuat harapan masyarakat terhadap rumah sakit yang berkualitas dan terjangkau. Pada dasarnya kepuasan pasien adalah suatu hal yang hasilnya sangat bervariasi, dikarenakan terkait dengan harapan/persepsi masing-masing dari personal. Tingkat kepuasan sendiri akan masuk kategori terpenuhi jika pelayanan yang diberikan sudah sesuai atau sudah masuk kategori dengan yang diharapkan oleh pasien. Teori yang biasa digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pasien adalah teori Servqual dengan melihat kualitas pelayanan dari 5 dimensi yaitu bukti fisik (tangible), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy). Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) terhadap kepuasan pasien di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Pencarian sumber referensi atau literatur berupa artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan berdasarkan Science Direct, Proquest dan Portal Garuda. Kriteria inklusi dari studi ini adalah konten artikel menjelaskan terkait hubungan Servqual terhadap kepuasan pasien, termasuk original artikel, tempat organisasi pelayanan kesehatan, fulltext dapat diakses baik dikarenakan artikel merupakan open access. Hasil dan Pembahasan Dari 10 artikel yang terseleksi terdapat 8 artikel yang menyatakan ada hubungan dimensi assurance terhadap kepuasan pasien, selanjutnya 7 artikel yang menyatakan ada hubungan dimensi responsiveness terhadap kepuasan pasien, 5 artikel yang menyatakan ada hubungan dengan dimensi reliability sedangkan pada dimensi empathy dan tangible terdapat 4 artikel yang menyatakan ada pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Dengan hal ini mayoritas seluruh artikel ini menyebutkan dimensi Servqual ini berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kesimpulan Penerapan teori Servqual menggunakan lima dimensi dapat dilakukan sebagai suatu strategi peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Saran yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hasil literature review yang terkait dengan pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan responsiveness, reliability, tangible, assurance, dan emphaty terhadap kepuasan pasien sebagai berikut: Sebaiknya petugas rumah sakit lebih memahami dan menerapkan aspek responsiveness dan assurance dimana yang paling berpengaruh dan menunjang kepada pasien. Pihak rumah sakit melakukan training dan seminar kepada petugas terutama yang berhubungan langsung dengan pasien. Pihak rumah sakit sebaiknya melakukan evaluasi dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan dimensi kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Sehingga keputusan untuk melakukan rebranding perlu didukung teori dan penelitian yang kuat.         Artikel ini merupakan literature review yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi rebranding pada rumah sakit di Indonesia. Pencarian melalui database ProQuest, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Garuda, dan Google Scholar. Artikel ini menggunakan PICO sebagai framework, dengan kata kunci “rebranding”, “rumah sakit”, “strategi”, dan “Indonesia”. Artikel ini memiliki kriteria inkluasi berupa artikel yang terbit dalam 5 tahun terakhir (2017-2022), menggunakan Bahasa Inggris ataupun Bahasa Indonesia, merupakan artikel dengan topik strategi rebranding di rumah sakit. Sedangkan kriteria eksklusinya adalah artikel yang tidak full teks, rumah sakit di luar Indonesia, dan artikel yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian.        Pada tahap pencarian awal didapatkan 286 artikel, setelah dilakukan penyaringan sesuai dengan kriteria, didapatkan 2 artikel yang sesuai. Artikel tersebut dianalisis kesesuaian topik, latar belakang, tujuan, metode penelitian hingga hasil dan pembahasan dari setiap artikel. Pada hasil didapatkan bahwa strategi yang dinilai paling efektif ialah publikasi yang menggunakan media promosi seperti media cetak dan media digital.
