Abstract

Keluarga berencana adalah salah satu layanan kesehatan paling mendasar dan utama bagi wanita. Dalam memutuskan suatu metode kontrasepsi harus mempertimbangkan penggunaan kontrasepsi yang rasional, efektif dan efisien. Pengetahuan ibu memengaruhi sikap dan tindakan dalam memilih alat kontrasepsi. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai berdasarkan rumusan masalah di atas adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap akseptor KB dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi di desa Jejangkit Pasar, Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan total sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 155 pasangan usia subur yang berpartisipasi dalam akseptor keluarga berencana, dengan analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hubungan pengetahuan dengan pemilihan alat kontrasepsi diperoleh signifikansi 0,009

Abstract

Latar belakang: Berdasarkan survei pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sei Bejangkar Kabupaten Batubara selama 6 hari didapatkan jumlah ibu hamil sebanyak 25 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui H ubungan Karakteristik Ibu Dengan Kejadian Anemia Pada Ibu  Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sei Bejangkar Kabupaten  Batubara Tahun 2020. Metode: Jenis penelitian merupakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian ibu hamil yang datang berkunjung untuk memeriksakan kehamilannya ke Puskesmas Sei Bejangkar Kabupaten Batubara Tahun 2020 yaiyu sebanyak 56 orang. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan Chi-square. Hasil: Hasip penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur, paritas dan status gizi dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sei Bejangkar Kabupaten Batubara. Tidak da hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan dan pekerjaan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sei Bejangkar Kabupaten Batubara. Kesimpulan: umur yang berisiko, paritas terlalu banyak  menjadi faktor yang berhubungan dengan Dengan Kejadian Anemia Pada Ibu   Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sei Bejangkar Kabupaten   Batubara Tahun 2020. Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan Kepada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sei Bejangkar Kabupaten Batubara perlu memperbaiki status gizi untuk mencegah kejadian anemia pada kehamilan serta perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan tindakan tentang pencegahan anemia, dengan mengikuti penyuluhan yang diadakan petugas kesehatan dan mencari informasi tentang anemia pada kehamilan.Kata kunci : anemia, ibu hamil,  umur, paritas

Abstract

PT Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk is a state-owned enterprise that operates in mining industry, particularly coal mining that has 4 main mining location. One of them is an east pit 3 of Banko Barat mining managed by PT SumberMitra Jaya. Mining process is exploited by using open pit methode which excavate overburden material using load-haulage equipment and transport system. Load-haulage equipments are used excavate, and to load overburden material, and transport system are used to carry overburden in disposal. This whole processes known as mechanical mining system. However, the actual condition of load-haulage productivity was only 84.56 % compared to determined target that caused overburden remova volume not to be achieved in amount of 15.44 %. Otherwise, evaluation of factors that affected performance of load-haulage equipment and transport system need to be conducted. Evaluation was conducted by calculating productivity, work efficiency, match factor of equipment, and load–haulage geometry. The data collected was cycle time, effective utilization, kind of material overburden and load-haulage geometry to get the value. Then, the collected data processed by using formula of mechanical soil movement and analysed based on literatures that related to the problem. The causing factors of load-haulage productivity in not achievement of determined target after evaluation conducted was low of work efficiency, amount of delay time in the amount of 1.19 minute caused by narrow transport roads, and low of match factor of equitment in the amount of 0.92. The alternatives that can be carried out to increase load-haulage productivity is increasing effective work time and widing transport road. Effective work time of transport system should be leveled up from 15.237 hour to 15.682 hour in fleet I and fleet II, and in fleet III should be leveled up from 14.122 hour to 14.567 hour. Thus, the total of transport system productivity will increase to 576,503.83 bcm/month from 486,247.59 bcm/month.

Abstract

Mining activities in TB 2.2 TempilangSite was conducted by Bahtera Sarindo Utama as a partner of PT Timah (Persero) Tbk.The method and technology used in mining site was Mechanical Mine as an alternative of conventional open pit mining which had been applied to overcome a great lack of hydraulic mining. There were several problems occurred in tin mining activities of TB 2.2 Tempilang included less of cycle time of gravel pump per day due to several problems that appeared in mine site such as gravel pump were often broken, Front Work landslides, so the production activity was inefficient. Mine planning of Mining mechanical methods plan Mechanics in TB 2.2 TempilangSite had production target of 320 m3 / h or 5,760 m3 / day. Therefore it was necessary to optimize the mining design to make it more efficient. The study included the election needs of load haulage equipment and conveyance based fleet to achieve production targets.Based on the results obtained, the need of equipment in hydraulic mine method for IDH work Front 1 to achieve production target was4 units of hydraulic pump, 4 units of gravel pump, 3 units of Excavators and 4 units of Articular Dump Truck with the total production of 5,976 m3 / day, and if using mechanical mine methodthe needs of load haulage equipment and conveyance for IDH removal was 1 fleet, 2 units of CAT 320D2 Excavator and 6 units of CAT 740B ADT with a total production of 6588.00 m3 / day with the production rate at 9.20 % greater than hydraulic mine and fleet 2 such us 1 unit of 345D CAT Excavator and 6 units of CAT 740B ADT 6 with the total production of 6468.12 m3/ day with the production rate at 7.60% greater than hydraulic mine.Based on the results obtained, mine lifetime of TB 2.2 TempilanFront 1 was 6,13 years using hydraulic mine method, 5,57 years for Mechanical mine of fleet 1 and 5.67 years for fleet 2. From these results suggested, that would better to use mechanical mine method in the removal of IDH in TB 2.2 Tempilang. With the availability of load haulage equipments and conveyance would counduct with fleet 1.

Abstract

This study originated from the reality in schools where no maximum learning outcomes of students, because teachers teach science is a way of speaking, students do not perform learning activities often disturb her. The purpose of this study was to describe the promotion of science learning outcomes using a constructivist approach. The experiment was conducted in two cycles. The subjects were fourth grade students from elementary schools. The results of the research cycle I average 68.5. In the second cycle an increase in the average value of 79.5. Observations visible improvement in student learning outcomes in the learning process. Abstract

Education is one area that has a strong influence on internet technology, especially in teaching and learning activities. Technological development is inseparable from the utilization of Human Resources (HR) in supporting learning and being a solution in a lack of learning media on Indonesian historical heritage material in the SDS Cerdas Bangsa Namorambe Case study, especially in class IV SD students. Therefore the authors conducted research on interactive multimedia learning media. This learning media was made due to the lack of learning media so that the lack of design in learning made students less interested in the teaching and learning process so that it was made using web based learning methods. Web Based Learning (WBL) is a technology-based learning system that is used as the utilization of web technology in learning by delivering access to material through web pages. In developing the system used system analysis use case diagrams and activity diagrams with the type of research using the Research and Development (R & D) method. Keywords:Learning Media, Interactive Multimedia, Web Based Learning.

Abstract

PT Putra Perkasa Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa kontraktor pertambanganbatubara. Salah satu site operasi yang sedang dikerjakan perusahaan ini ialah site PT Borneo Indobara. Standar radiusaman kegiatan peledakan yang selama ini diterapkan pada PT Putra Perkasa Abadi adalah 300 m untuk alat dan 500m untuk manusia. Standar radius aman ini ditetapkan sesuai Keputusan Menteri ESDM No. 1827 Tahun 2018 TentangPedoman Pelaksanaan Kaidah Teknik Pertambangan Yang Baik. PT Putra Perkasa Abadi akan melakukan reduksijarak aman alat dari 300 m menjadi 150 m. Akan tetapi, jarak maksimum flyrock yang diukur di lapangan memilikijarak 176 m atau masih >150 m. Oleh karena itu jika pada kondisi saat ini akan dilakukan penurunan radius aman alat,maka diperlukan analisis terhadap flyrock sehingga dapat mengontrol flyrock dengan benar dan dapat mengurangiradius aman alat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur jarak lemparan maksimum flyrock secara aktual di lapangandan menghitung lemparan maksimum flyrock secara teoritis. Analisis jarak flyrock dengan melakukan perhitunganjarak lemparan flyrock maksimum menggunakan Teori Richard dan Moore (cratering), Teori Ebrahim Ghaseminonlinier dan linier. Penentuan keakuratan metode prediksi flyrock ditunjukan dengan perbandingan Root SquareError (RMSE) dan Mean Absolute Error (MAPE). Didapatkan bahwa Teori Richard & Moore memiliki keakuratanpaling tinggi dengan hasil berturut-turut RMSE = 9,82 m dan MAPE = 14,3% dan dipakai untuk prediksi jaraklemparan flyrock pada percobaan peledakan. Kajian untuk pengurangan radius aman alat dari 300 m menjadi 150 m,dilakukan trial dengan menetapkan faktor koreksi 1,02 dan safety factor 1,67 dengan jarak flyrock prediksi maksimalyaitu 90 m. Maka didapatkan tinggi stemming minimum yaitu 2,3 m. Didapatkan serta jarak lemparan flyrockmaksimum aktual tidak ada yang lebih dari 150 m, maka disimpulkan bahwa radius aman alat pada peledakan PTPutra Perkasa Abadi dapat dikurangi dari 300 m menjadi 150 m.

Abstract

The service was carried out in Jada Bahrain Village, Merawang District using the wenner configuration geoelectric method based on the resistivity value (Ohm meter). This service is an initial service in analyzing the pattern of Res2DInv software results in the form of a resistivity cross section of the soil layer which is indicated to have groundwater.Measurements were carried out based on a survey design (trajectory) of 4 tracks with the length of each measurement track of 160 meters and a spacing between electrodes of 10 meters. The results of the service show that the soil layer on the measurement track obtained the groundwater distribution pattern in the service area has a relatively small resistivity. The soil layer in the form of sand containing groundwater is found at a depth above about 18.5 meters with a resistivity value ranging from 5.27-247 Ohm meters.

Abstract

The potential of Tukak Sadai Sub-district has not been maximized and there is no potential mapping program in Tukak Sadai Sub-district. The location of Tukak Sadai Sub-district is in South Bangka Regency and is the smallest sub-district in size. This potential mapping is carried out by plotting the position of the location geographically using survey methods and interviews with local communities, then the results are outlined in the form of thematic maps. The results of surveys and interviews conducted obtained data in the form of information on the potential wealth of natural resources, among others: The potential of tin and its associated mineral content, agricultural and plantation potential, namely pepper, rubber and palm oil and medicinal plants, fishery potential such as kurisi fish, mackerel, shrimp, crabs and squid, tourism potential such as educational tourism about mining, underwater tourism and beach tourism.

Abstract

Banjir dan genangan air merupakan salah satu permasalahan lingkungan di perkotaan terutama kota Pangkalpinang. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar untuk mengajak masyarakat melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dalam merevitalisasi saluran drainase dan pengolahan sampah dengan prinsip 4R. Harapan yang ingin dicapai dari adanya KKNTematik ini dapat menumbuhkan kembali kesadaran masyarakat akan menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya dan memanfaatkan sampah menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai ekonomis. Dari hasil KKN yang telah dilaksanakan, diperoleh beberapa program kerja yang dapat menjaga dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan kebersihan lingkungan yaitu, pembuatan lubang biopori, penanaman bibit pohon, revitaslisasi drainase, pembuatan tong sampah, pemanfaatan limbah sampah dengan prinsip 4R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, dan Replace), pembuatan tagline mengenai bahaya sampah dan lain sebagainya. Melalui hasil pengabdian KKN ini, masyarakat terutama di wilayah kelurahan Parit Lalang dan Asam mengalami perubahan terutama dalam kebiasaan untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan disekitarnya agar tetap bersih, hijau dan sehat.
