Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil PISA, pengetahuan dan kemampuan literasi matematika peserta didik masuk dalam kategori rendah. Pada tahun 2018, Indonesia berapa pada peringkat 63 dari 72 negara. Salah satu bentuk upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi matematika peserta didik yaitu dengan menyisipkan computational thinking pada proses pembelajaran. Langkah pertama yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru tentang bagaiman cara desain soal dengan injeksi computational thinking. Hal ini dikarenakan guru mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran dan terlibat langsung interaksi dengan siswa. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini agar setiap guru mempunyai bekal dan gambaran penerapan computational thinking dalam mata pelajaran matematika. Adapun hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah guru mampu desain soal literasi matematika dengan injeksi computational thinking dan dapat diterapkan di kelas sebagai latihan soal sehingga mampu meningkatkan penalaran dan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to model the factors that influence the profitability of commercial banks which are directly supervised by the Financial Services Authority of West Sumatra Province, namely, Capita Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Income Operational Agency (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non Performing Loans (NPL) to Return On Assets (ROA). This study uses secondary data taken based on the time period. The data is taken from the official website of the Financial Services Authority and the Bank Nagari Annual Report. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression using SPSS 16 software. The results of this study indicated that partially CAR, NIM, LDR, and NPL had no significant effect on ROA, while BOPO partially had a significant effect on ROA. The five variables simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. Furthermore, based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the value of Adjusted R square 〖(R〗^2) is 75.4%, this means that the ROA can be influenced by the variables CAR, BOPO, NIM, LDR, and NPL, while the remaining 24.6% is explained by other variables not used in research.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of interest in learning and learning motivation on student achievement in the mathematics study program at the Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample used in this study was 74 students using simple random sampling. This study used instruments on the scale of interest in learning and learning motivation as well as documentation of student achievement in the mathematics study program. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that interest in learning and learning motivation affect student achievement in mathematics study programs in descriptive statistics courses obtained by the multiple linear regression equation The variables of learning motivation and interest in learning have a contribution of 0.485 or around 48.5% while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Red chilies are a type of staple ingredient that is consumed by the wider community every day. Changes in the price of red chilies always occur from time to time. Therefore, it is important to carry out forecasting to consider decisions, both from buyers, traders and investors. The forecasting method that can be applied to this problem is the Fuzzy Time Series method with a classical approach. This method uses a fuzzy set as the basis for the forecasting process. The research results show that the forecast value of retail prices for red chilies follows the data pattern of actual red chili price movements. This is proven by the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) forecasting accuracy value of .

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang variabel yang mempengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di provinsi Sumatera Barat. Regresi logit dan probit menjadi model yang akan diterapkan pada kasus ini. Berdasarkan kedua model diketahui bahwa variabel Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH) adalah variabel yang mempengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) secara signifikan. Model regresi probit menjadi model terbaik melalui pemilihan nilai Akaike’s Information Criterion (AIC) terkecil.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam memberikan layanan dan menyediakan informasi terkait lembaga atau organisasi tertentu. Pelayanan informasi menggunakan website berfungsi untuk menyajikan berbagai informasi, layanan, produk, atau konten lainnya kepada para pengguna internet. Fakta ini juga disadari oleh pemerintah Nagari Sungai Sirah Kuranji Hulu yang terletak di Kecamatan Sungai Geringging, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, bagian dari Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Mereka mengajukan usulan kepada Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, Universitas Islam Negeri Imam Bonjol Padang untuk mendapatkan informasi dan bantuan dalam membuat dan mengelola sebuah website. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan mengenai pembuatan dan pengelolaan website di Nagari Sungai Sirah Kuranji Hulu menjadi penting. Maksud dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menyediakan pendampingan serta pelatihan kepada perangkat nagari untuk membuat dan mengelola website menggunakan Content Management System (CMS) Wordpress. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), demonstrasi, praktek, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi, kegiatan ini mendapatkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, dengan rata-rata nilai kepuasan diatas 86,5%.

Abstract

This research discusses the design of the Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) control method for car suspension systems. The car suspension systems considered are limited to quarter car models. The dynamic equations of the quarter car system are derived by applying Newton's Second Law. Next, a suspension system without control is compared with a suspension system that has been given control. The uncontrolled quarter car suspension system has an eigenvalue of -1.3658 + 0.0000i; 0.9635 + 0.0000i; -0.0488 + 0.3156i and -0.0488 - 0.3156i which means the system is unstable. Meanwhile, the quarter car suspension system that has been given LQR control has an eigenvalue of -111.8113; -74.4464; -36.9243 and -14.0242 which means the system is asymptotically stable. Based on eigenvalue analysis and numerical simulation, LQR control can stabilize the quarter car suspension system.

Abstract

Quantile regression is an extension method of simple linear regression whose work is to separate or divide data into certain quantiles. This method minimizes the asymmetric absolute residual and estimates the conditional quantile function. Parameter estimation in the quantile regression method does not require the parametric assumption of normality. The data in this study are generated from different distributions. The distribution of the independent variables in this study comes from the t distribution, normal and exponential distribution. Meanwhile, the error distribution comes from the chi square distribution. This research produces various models of the selected quantiles. The estimated parameter values at each quantile are almost close to the initial values set. This research found the best model at quantile 0.5 by looking at the smallest MSE value of all quantiles of 1.2662. The best model obtained is .

Abstract

The rain is a natural phenomenon that is still a concern for several parties. Especially the assessment of rainfall in an area. This is important because high rainfall will result in natural disasters and have an impact on people's lives. So it is necessary to predict rainfall, although this is a complex problem. This research aims to optimise the prediction of Padang city rainfall data with monthly data for the period January 2018 to December 2021. The ARIMA model is used to analyse the data provided that the data must be stationary. Data stationarity can be seen from the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test. After the ADF test is performed, the Autocorrelation Function (ACF) and Partial Autocorrelation Function (PACF) plots help in determining the order of the ARIMA model. The ARIMA (0,1,1) model was found to be the best model based on the smallest Akaike's Information Criterion (AIC) value.

Abstract

Data longitudinal adalah data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran sejumlah individu secara berulang dalam beberapa waktu yang berbeda. Data longitudinal menunjukkan bagaimana perubahan nilai pada individu yang diamati relatif terhadap waktu dan beberapa kovariat yang menjadi perhatian. Variabel respon pada data longitudinal dimungkinkan dalam bentuk biner. Data dengan respon biner pada dasarnya bisa dianalisis dengan regresi logistik. Namun, regresi logistik tidak mempertimbangkan korelasi antar pengamatan yang mungkin terjadi pada satu individu. Dalam penelitian ini Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE) digunakan dalam melakukan estimasi parameter pada model data longitudinal. GEE memberi ruang pembahasan pada adanya kemungkinan korelasi antar pengamatan pada satu individu untuk data longitudinal yang memiliki variabel respon biner. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini menganalisis probabilitas terjadinya kondisi suhu di atas normal berdasarkan lamanya penyinaran matahari (X_1). Estimasi parameter yang dilakukan menghasilkan model π_i=1/(1+e^(-(-2.427+0.553x_1i)) ) dengan struktur korelasi exchangeable (α=0,607) yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin lama penyinaran matahari akan semakin memperbesar probabilitas kondisi suhu di atas normal.
