Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panam in Pekanbaru. Based on the research background mentioned above, the writer can formulate the problem in this research is Bagaiamanakah pengaru h Loyalty Customer Relationship Marketing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panam in Pekanbaru .. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Loyalty Customer Relationship Marketing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Panam in Pekanbaru. The data analysis in this research by using descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods descriptive analysis of data by the decomposition of the theories contained in the bibliography, and are associated with the data obtained from the research that will be collected, classified and tabulated then be concluded. And quantitative methods with simple linear regression techniques.Samples taken in this study was of 100 people, the research results are seen from the calculation that the value t count was 11 526 and for t_tabel value can be determined by the following formula: t_tabel (? / 2; n-2). Then it can be determined the value t_tabel (0.05 / 2) (100-2). Retrieved t_tabel value of 1.9844 based on the value t_tabel, it can be concluded that the value t count> t table (11 526> 1.9844) H0 is rejected it means a significant difference between Relationship Marketing on customer loyalty, and R Square obtained figures for 0575 show that 57.5% influence of independent variables (Relationship Marketing) on the dependent variable (customer loyalty) while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

This research was conducted at PT. Vision Solusindo Pratama with the aim to mengatahui influence job satisfaction on employee performance PT. Vision Solusindo Pratama. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Vision Solusindo Pratama totaling 48 people. Abstract

This research was conducted on At PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Sian Api. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Branch Sian Api. The population in this study amounted to 33 people. In this study, sampling using samples saturated or census, which is as many as 33 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that the motivation of work affect the performance of employees. The amount of influence of organizational culture on employee performance is 60.1% while the rest of 39.1% describe other independent variables that are not observed in this study.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT Agrita Sari Prima In District Langgam Pelalawan. Based on the research background mentioned above, the writer can formulate the problem in this study is whether the factors that influence employee motivation at PT Agrita Sari Prima In District Langgam Pelalawan. The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that influence employee motivation in     PT Agrita Sari Prima.The data analysis in this research by using descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods descriptive analysis of data by the decomposition of the theories contained in the bibliography, and are associated with the data obtained from the research that will be collected, classified and tabulated then be concluded. And quantitative methods with multiple linear regression techniques. Samples taken in this study is numbered 75 (people) of the respondents, the research results are seen from the calculation F_hitung obtained a value of 84 809 and F_tabel at 2:35. with significance of 0.000 <0.05. With significant value below 0.05 indicates that in together variable Compensation, Employment Security, Choice, Working Conditions, and the leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee motivation and the coefficient of determination  (Adjusted R2) obtained at 0.850. This means that 85% of work motivation is influenced by the Compensation, Employment Security, Choice, conditions of work, and leadership, while the remaining 15% work motivation is influenced by  other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Meridan Sejati Surya Plantation di Sei Pingai. Berdasar latar belakang penelitian yang dikemukakan di atas, maka penulis dapat merumuskan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Meridan Sejati Surya Plantation di Sei Pingai. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawa pada PT. Meridan Sejati Surya Plantation di Sei Pingai. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif  dan kuantitatif . Metoda deskriptif yaitu analisis data dengan cara penguraian teori-teori yang terdapat di dalam daftar pustaka serta dihubungkan dengan data yang didapat dari hasil penelitian yang nantinya dikumpulkan, dikelompokkan dan ditabulasikan kemudian diambil kesimpulan. Dan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 98 orang (responden), hasil penelitiannya adalah diperoleh nilai F_hitung sebesar 33.735 sehingga F_hitung lebih besar daripada F_tabel (33.735>3,09). Probabilitas juga menunjukkan lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,000. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel keamampuan dan motivasi kerja secaara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah sebagai berikut : Y = 4.616+ 0.314X1 + 0.518X2  nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0.403 artinya 40.3% kontribusi yang diberikan kemampuan dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59.7 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain

Abstract

The research was conducted at Department of Industry and Trade of Riau Province. Based on the background of the research mentioned above, the authors can formulate the problem in this study is whether the Supervision significantly influence the Performance of Employees at the Office of Industry and Trade of Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on the performance of employees of the Office of Industry and Trade of Riau Province ..Data analysis in this research is done by using descriptive and quantitative method. Descriptive method of data analysis by decomposition of theories contained in the bibliography and associated with the data obtained from the results of research that will be collected, grouped and tabulated then taken conclusions. And the quantitative method with linear regression technique sedrhana .. The sample taken in this research is amounted to 69 people, Based on the above output obtained t-count value of 9.626 while for the value t_tabel obtained the value of t_hitung (9,626)> from t_tabel (1.99601), so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of supervision on employee performance, obtained the value of R_square or coefficient of determination of 0.580, which has the meaning of the influence of supervisory variables against the kiner ja of 58.0% while the rest of 42.0% describe other independent variables that are not observed in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to knowing influence discipline to performance employees   on PT. Grace Niaga Jaya Branch Pekanbaru .Data analysis in this research is done by using method descriptive   and quantitative .Method descriptive that is data analysis with way decomposition theories contained in list library and connected with the data obtained from results research that will be collected , grouped and tabulated then taken conclusion . And methods quantitative with technique simple linear regression . Samples taken in research this is numbered 44 people, h a sil research is seen from calculation could obtained equation regression simple linear as the following : Y = 15.324 + 0.659X that there is a significant influence variable discipline to performance that is could seen value t_hitung (5471)> t_tabel (2.0180), the value coefficient determination ( R Square) of 0.416 ie that magnitude influence variable free to variable bound by 41.6 percent sedangka the rest by 58.4 percent affected by variable others

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Anugrah Niaga Jaya Cabang Pekanbaru. Berdasar latar belakang penelitian yang dikemukakan di atas, maka penulis dapat merumuskan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada  PT. Anugrah Niaga Jaya Cabang Pekanbaru. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan  pada PT. Anugrah Niaga Jaya Cabang Pekanbaru. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif  dan kuantitatif . Metoda deskriptif yaitu analisis data dengan cara penguraian teori-teori yang terdapat di dalam daftar pustaka serta dihubungkan dengan data yang didapat dari hasil penelitian yang nantinya dikumpulkan, dikelompokkan dan ditabulasikan kemudian diambil kesimpulan. Dan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier sederhan.  Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 44 orang, hasil penelitiannya adalah dilihat dari perhitungan dapat diperoleh persamaan  regresi linier sederhan sebagai berikut : Y =15.324+ 0.659X  bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan variabel disiplin terhadap kinerja yaitu dapat dilihat nilai t_hitung (5.471) > t_tabel (2.0180), , nilai koefesien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0.416 yaitu bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 41.6 persen sedangka sisanya sebesar 58.4 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Lilyana Sejahtera Jaya in Pekanbaru. Based on the research background mentioned above, the writer can formulate the problem in this research is How organosasi cultural influence on the performance of employees at PT. Lilyana Sejahtera Jaya. PT. Lilyana Sejahtera Jaya in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of culture on employee performance organisasiterhadap employees at PT. SEJAHTERA LILYANA .The data analysis in this research by using descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods descriptive analysis of data by the decomposition of the theories contained in the bibliography, and are associated with the data obtained from the research that will be collected, classified and tabulated then be concluded. And quantitative methods with simple linear regression techniques.Samples taken in this study is numbered 52 people, the results obtained by simple linear regression equation is as follows: Y = 15 733 + 0.827X. It was therefore concluded simple regression results above, it can be concluded that the direction of the relationship shared by all the independent variables on the dependent variable has a positive relationship direction, that is, if the independent variable increases one-unit then the dependent variable will increase by units of coefficient of determination R_ Square obtained for 0512. This means that 51.2% of variable performance of employees affected by organizational culture variable, while the remaining 48.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The study was conducted on a CV.  Riau Palet Pekanbaru. Based on the research background mentioned above, the writer can formulate the problem in this research is how the effect of workload on employee productivity in the CV.  Riau Palet Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of workload on employee productivity in the CV.  Riau Palet Pekanbaru. The data analysis in this research by using descriptive and quantitative methods. Methods descriptive analysis of data by the decomposition of the theories contained in the bibliography, and are associated with the data obtained from the research that will be collected, classified and tabulated then be concluded. And quantitative methods with simpler linear regression techniques. Samples taken in this study was about 40 people, the research results are seen from the calculation can be obtained by simple linear regression equation is as follows: Y = 66.129-0.700Xhasil simple linear regression has a negative direction of the relationship, the meaning is if the independent variable increases, then the variable is bound to decline. Similarly, the results obtained by the workload has a negative direction of the relationship, ie increasing the workload received by the employee will lower the productivity of the employee. This test is used to see whether the independent variables (Workloads have a significant influence on the dependent variable (labor productivity), with 0.05 then t_tabel values obtained for 2024, ie by the formula t_tabel 1/2 α; n-2 = 0.025; 38). Based on the results of simple linear regression equation equation yields had a negative direction of the relationship, then to use t_tabelnya value becomes -2024, it is because it has a negative direction of the relationship. the value of coefficient of determination of 0.503, or 50.3%, which means that the influence of independent variables (workload) on the dependent variable (labor productivity) is equal to 50.3% while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by a miscellany
