Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership on work discipline for employees at the Mining District Office of Kampar Regency. The population of this study were all 33 employees of the Sub-district Mining Office of Kampar Regency and the research sample used the census method (33 people). The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods and then analyzed using a simple linear regression method. The results of the recapitulation of the average value of the Supervision variable are 3.82, meaning that the respondents' answers to all statements of the Employee leadership variable are Agree (good). Based on the results of the t-test, it was found that the value of t_count > t_table (6.545 >2.039) and a significance <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). This means that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The R square value of 0, 580 or 58.0% means that leadership has an influence on work discipline for employees at the Mining District Office of Kampar Regency by 58.0% and the rest (100-58, 0) 42.0% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal. Based on the background of the research stated above, Data analysis in this study was carried out using method descriptive   and quantitative . Method descriptive that is data analysis with way decomposition theories contained in list library and connected with data obtained from results research that will collected, grouped and tabulated then taken conclusion . And method quantitative with technique multiple linear regression . Samples taken in research this is amounting to 98 people ( respondents ), the results of the research were obtained obtained results from uji_F from table above to show Sig value. As much as 0,000 more small from 0.05%. Or value F_count as big as 21,847 Meanwhile value F table could obtained namely N1 = k-1 (7-1 = 6) and N2 = nk (60-7 = 53) then obtained value F table   at N1 = 6 and N2 = 53 so obtained value F table amounting to 2.28 then could concluded that in a manner together (wage adequate, fair treatment, tranquility work , feeling recognized , award on results work , distributor feeling ) has a significant effect to Satisfaction Work society at PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal SSMM in Kandis Subdistrict , and value Adjusted R_ Square of 0679 means magnitude influence / contribution or contributions made variable free that is adequate wages, fair treatment, tranquility work , feeling recognized , award on results work , distributor feeling to satisfaction consumer as big as 67.9 percent while the rest amounted to 32.1 percent influenced by other factors that don't enter in research.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hotel XYZ which is located at Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 12-A. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance at Hotel XYZ. In analyzing the data obtained, the research object used descriptive and quantitative analysis. The number of samples taken by researchers was 30 respondents, to obtain maximum processed data, research data were processed using the SPSS 23. 0 program. Based on the discussion with simple linear regression, the resulting regression equation is: Y = 6. 553 + 0.859 X, constant (a) of = 6.553 and the value of the regression coefficient (b) = 0.859 stating that the work stress variable (X) is considered constant, then performance employee (Y) is 0.859, meaning that if work stress increases by 1 unit, then performance will increase by 0.859, if the value of work stress increases, the value of performance increases. The value of tcount (15.953) is greater than the value of ttable (2,000324) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel XYZ. The R2 value is 82.0% while the remaining 19.0% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kosiok Island in Muara Jalai Village has unique potential as a conservation-based tourism destination that requires professional management to achieve superior and sustainable services. This research and community service activity aims to improve the quality of tourism services through intensive training and mentoring for local managers. The methods used included needs analysis, theoretical and practical training, and direct field mentoring. The training covered key topics such as conservation and ecotourism principles, tourist service standards, operational management, and digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant increase in managers' understanding of the concept of conservation integrated with tourism, improvements in service operational standards, and enhanced communication and tour guiding skills based on local and environmental knowledge. Ongoing mentoring ensured the implementation of best practices that focus on an educational tourist experience and minimize negative impacts on the environment. In conclusion, structured training and mentoring empower local managers, which in turn will drive improvements in the quality of tourism services, maintain the sustainability of the Kosiok Island ecosystem, and sustainably improve the well-being of the Muara Jalai Village community.ABSTRAKPulau Kosiok di Desa Muara Jalai memiliki potensi unik sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis konservasi yang membutuhkan pengelolaan profesional untuk mencapai layanan yang unggul dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian dan kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki mutu layanan wisata melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif bagi para pengelola lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan teoritis dan praktis, serta pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Pelatihan mencakup materi penting seperti prinsip-prinsip konservasi dan ekowisata, standar pelayanan wisatawan, manajemen operasional, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Temuan kegiatan ini memperlihatkan lonjakan yang nyata pada pemahaman pengelola mengenai konsep konservasi yang terintegrasi dengan pariwisata, perbaikan dalam standar operasional layanan, dan peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi serta pemanduan wisata yang berbasis pengetahuan lokal dan lingkungan. Pendampingan berkelanjutan memastikan penerapan praktik terbaik yang berfokus pada pengalaman wisatawan yang mendidik dan meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terstruktur mampu memberdayakan pengelola lokal, yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong peningkatan mutu layanan wisata, menjaga kelestarian ekosistem Pulau Kosiok, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Muara Jalai secara berkelanjutan.
