Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal dari usaha My Caramel 1994 di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini didesain dengan dua tahap yaitu tahap pertama dilakukan identifikasi dan pemetaan terhadap potensi serta permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh My Caramel 1994 baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Selain itu akan diketahui posisi usaha My Caramel 1994 dengan dilakukan pengujian secara kualitatif. Selanjutnya, tahap kedua akan dilakukan pengujian kuantitatif terhadap isu strategis yang diperoleh akan dikonfirmasi kembali kepada stakeholder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi terus terang, wawancara terstruktur, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 orang yang terdiri dari 2 orang owner, 9 orang karyawan dan 5 orang konsumen dari usaha My Caramel 1994. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis SWOT balance scorecard. Berdasar pada hasil penelitian bahwasannya usaha My Caramel 1994 berada pada kuadran I yang artinya usaha memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yang besar untuk dimanfaatkan, sehingga strategi yang direkomendasikan ialah strategi agresif.  Setelah mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal usaha dari analisis SWOT sebagai strategi pengembangan, maka tahap selanjutnya ialah melakukan identifikasi strategi sasaran diantaranya perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis saat ini telah berpindah dari sistem konvensional ke sistem digital dan penggunaan digital marketing menjadi peluang yang tepat untuk perkembangan zaman sekarang di Indonesia. Namun, pada kondisinya saat ini masih terdapat pelaku usaha yang kurang memahami digital marketing dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat atau pengusaha untuk memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana untuk mengembangkan kegiatannya. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilaksanakannya pelatihan digital marketing. Tujuan diselenggarakannya pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam melakukan pemasaran secara digital dan membantu masyarakat untuk memperoleh sertifikasi kompetensi dalam bidang digital marketing. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah pelatihan yang diberikan materi, praktek, dan juga tes berupa tugas yang berkaitan dengan materi yang sudah diberikan dengan dihadiri sebanyak 22 peserta yang terdiri masyarakat umum dan pelaku UMKM. Untuk hasil yang dicapai sebanyak 82% peserta dinyatakan lulus tes dan mendapatkan sertifikat kompetensi digital marketing dan 18% peserta lainnya dinyatakan tidak lulus tes dan tidak mendapatkan sertifikat kompetensi digital marketing karena peserta tidak mengikuti ujian dan secara garis besar, pelatihan ini terlaksanakan dengan lancar. Kata Kunci: digital marketing; pelatihan; UMKM; Abstract Current business developments have shifted from conventional systems to digital systems and the use of digital marketing is the right opportunity for the times now in Indonesia. However, in its current condition, business actors still need help understanding digital marketing and need more public awareness or entrepreneurs to use digital media to develop their activities. From these problems, digital marketing training was carried out. The purpose of this training is to improve the ability and understanding of the community in doing digital marketing and help the community to obtain competency certification in the field of digital marketing. The method of implementation is training provided with material, practice, and also tests in the form of assignments related to the material that has been given and attended by 22 participants consisting of the general public and MSME actors. For the results achieved, 82% of participants passed the test and received a digital marketing competency certificate and 18% of the other participants did not pass the test and did not get a digital marketing competency certificate because participants did not take the exam and in general, this training was carried out smoothly. Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Tajur Kab. Paser merupakan desa yang masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani perkebunan sawit dan budidaya tambak ikan. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini yaitu menurunnya harga jual sawit yang mengakibatkan masyarakat mengalami penurunan ekonomi. Solusi alternatif yang dapat dilakukan yaitu mengolah hasil tambak yaitu ikan bandeng. Ikan bandeng merupakan salah satu ikan bergizi dan biasa dikonsumsi masyarakat. Namun tidak semua orang memahami pengolahan ikan bandeng menjadi produk yang bernilai lebih. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan program pendampingan industri rumahan melalui pembuatan nugget ikan bandeng dan pengemasan produk. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu membantu menciptakan produk diversifikasi perikanan dan membuat kemasan yang menarik hingga layak dipasarkan dengan mitra anggota PKK. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu dengan pendampingan dan pelatihan secara langsung dengan dihadiri 16 anggota PKK dan 12 orang peserta KKN Paser 11 Universitas Mulawarman Tahun 2022. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu terciptanya produk nugget ikan bandeng dan kemasannya hingga produk siap dipasarkan sebagai usaha rintisan PKK dan didaftarkan ke Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlu adanya pendampingan peningkatan kualitas produk agar lebih tahan lama dan layak menjadi produk nugget ikan beku berkualitas.Abstract: Tajur Village, Kab. Paser is a village where the people work as farmers in oil palm plantations and fish pond cultivation. The problem that occurs at this time is the decline in the selling price of palm oil which causes the community to experience an economic decline. An alternative solution that can be done is to process fish ponds, namely milkfish. Milkfish is one of the nutritious fish and is commonly consumed by the public. However, not everyone understands the processing of milkfish into a more valuable product. Based on these problems, a home industry assistance program is needed for the manufacture of milkfish nuggets and product packaging. The purpose of this activity is to help create diversified fishery products and make attractive packaging so that they are marketable with PKK member partners. The method of implementation is by direct mentoring and training attended by 16 PKK members and 12 participants of KKN Paser 11 Mulawarman University in 2022. The results achieved are the creation of milkfish nugget products and their packaging until the product is ready to be marketed as a PKK pilot business and registered with a Business Entity Village Owned (BUMDES). Based on these results, it is necessary to provide assistance to improve product quality so that it is more durable and worthy of being a quality frozen fish nugget product.

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdiri dan berkembangnya layanan perbankan syariah berawal dari tuntutan masyarakat Indonesia yang menginginkan hadirnya suatu sistem perbankan tanpa bunga atau riba yang berdasarkan nilai-nilai syariah dalam suatu bank. Tuntutan ini berawal karena dominasi bank konvensional di negara yang mayoritas muslim khususnya di Indonesia. Namun nasabah pengguna perbankan syariah masih rendah, Adapun tujuan terhadap pengabdian ini yaitu mengenalkan layanan perbankan syariah kepada masyarakat desa dan mengukur tingkat pengetahuan mengenai layanan perbankan syariah. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa sosialisasi dengan cara presentasi dan pembagian brosur kepada ibu-ibu Desa Krayan Bahagia. Kegiatan pengabdian dihadiri sebanyak 20 peserta. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai, 88% para peserta telah memahami dan menambah wawasan yang diukur dari hasil diskusi dan wawancara tentang materi layanan perbankan syariah.Abstract: The establishment and develop of Islamic banking services began with the demands of the Indonesian people who wanted a banking system without interest or usury based on sharia values in a bank. This demand began because of the dominance of conventional banks in Muslim-majority countries, especially in Indonesia. However, customers who use sharia banking are still low. The purpose of this service is to introduce sharia banking services to rural communities and measure the level of knowledge about sharia banking services. The method in implementing the service is in the form of socialization by presenting and distributing brochures to the women of Krayan Bahagia Village. The service activity was attended by 20 participants. Based on the results achieved, 88% of the participants have understood and added insight as measured from the results of discussions and debriefing about Islamic banking services.

Abstract

Toko Ria Rasa Cake & Bake, Toko Nanis Cake & Bakery, and Samabread are the local UMKM located in North Bontang District, Bontang City. The purpose of this research is to find out and determine the appropriate competitive strategy for the three UMKM. This type of research is qualitative. Sources of research data are key informants and supporting informants. Data collection techniques in research are interviews and observations. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis (IFAS, EFAS, SWOT Analysis Diagram, and SWOT Matrix). The result and conclusion from this research is that the target to be achieved is to open branches or shops in other places to expand the market. The products that are sold vary widely, ranging from sweet to salty, and there is bread made from natural ingredients without chemical food ingredients. The price of each bread also varies, which can cover various economic groups. The three UMKM do not mind the existence of competitors with big brand names as long as these brands can compete healthily. Strategies to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic are almost the same as maximizing online sales on social media, carrying out safe packaging by spraying disinfectants, and shipping using your courier or courier from outside. The strategy resulting from mapping the SWOT matrix for the three UMKM is the SO strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence from internal factor variables and external factors on business performance in seaweed cultivation SMEs in Bontang City. This research is quantitative research with data collection using a questionnaire. The number of respondents used was 30 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling with the criteria of being registered at the office of industry, trade, cooperatives, and SMEs in Bontang City. The testing in this study uses the SPSS output and the data analysis technique used is through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that internal factor variables have a positive and significant effect on Udsha performance, external factors have no influence on business performance, and internal factor variables and external factors have a positive effect simultaneously on business performance. The r square value obtained where internal and external factors can explain the performance variable as much as 55.2% while 45.8% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived security, and trust on customer satisfaction using BRI mobile banking in Samarinda. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The number of samples used was 96 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The criteria for respondents in this study were BRI customers who are domiciled in the city of Samarinda and are over 18 years old and have been using BRI mobile banking for the last 6 months. The analysis technique used is data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing which is processed using the SPSS version 22 application. From the test results it is known that perceived security and perceived satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the initial trust of BRI mobile banking users both partially and simultaneously, while perceived ease of us does not have a partial significant effect on the initial trust of BRI mobile banking users. So it can be concluded that perceived security and perceived satisfaction affect the initial trust level of BRI mobile banking customers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Madu kelulut merupakan salah satu komoditas yang berkembang pesat di desa Tajur. Namun, masih belum banyak orang yang memahami manfaat dari mengonsumsi madu kelulut sehingga usaha ini hanya dijadikan sebagai usaha sampingan saja bagi sebagian masyarakat Desa Tajur. Sehingga diperlukan suatu sarana pengenalan madu kelulut secara khusus kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan video profil dan video potensi madu kelulut. Tujuan dari diadakannya kegiatan ini adalah membantu memperkenalkan manfaat serta kegunaan dari madu kelulut kepada masyarakat luas melalui video sekaligus membantu pembudidaya madu kelulut dalam strategi mempromosikan dagangan madu kelulut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu pendampingan kepada anggota Kelompok Tani Hutan secara luring dan bertahap. Jumlah peserta pendampingan dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 23 orang yang merupakan anggota Kelompok Tani Hutan. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu hampir 70% peserta mendapatkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang cara membuat video profil usaha mereka melalui tes praktik yang dilakukan setelah demonstrasi.Abstract: Madu Kelulut is one of the commodities that is growing rapidly in Tajur. However, there are still not many people who understand the benefits of consuming kelulut honey so this business is only used as a side business for some people in Tajur. So that a means of introducing kelulut honey specifically to the community is needed through mentoring activities to make profile videos and videos of the potential of kelulut honey. The purpose of holding this activity is to help introduce the benefits and uses of kelulut honey to the wider community through video as well as helping kelulut honey cultivators in strategies to promote the trade of kelulut honey. The method of implementing activities is assistance to members of the Forest Farmer Group offline and in stages. The number of mentoring participants in this activity was 23 people who were members of the Forest Farmers Group. The result was that almost 70% of participants gained an increased understanding of how to make a video of their business profile through a practical test conducted after the demonstration.

Abstract

Abstrak:Coaching Clinic merupakan layanan konsultasi dan pendampingan yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami lebih lanjut tentang skripsi, mengonsultasikan judul skripsi, serta memahami beberapa proses dan kendala dalam pembuatan skripsi. Sebagai syarat kelulusan kuliah yang dikerjakan berdasarkan penelitian, skripsi menjadi sebuah tantangan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi Coaching Clinic yang diadakan oleh Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Mulawarman, mahasiswa dapat memperoleh pandangan kedepan dalam penyusunan skripsi. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diadakan dalam dua sesi pada tanggal 25 Februari 2023 dan 26 Februari 2023 di gedung Serbaguna FISIP Universitas Mulawarman. Dengan demikian, kegiatan Coaching Clinic menjadi sangat penting bagi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir mereka dengan baik dan memperoleh gelar sarjana yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam penelitian. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengasah keterampilan diskusi, dan kemampuan berbicara di depan umum. Dalam hal ini, yang menjadi mitra dari kegiatan yaitu seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Mulawarman dari angkatan 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 dan 2021, dengan total keseluruhan peserta yang hadir yakni 177 mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis. Metode pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan cara penyampaian materi dan sharing mengenai skripsi dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan berdiskusi secara berkelompok. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan sebesar 84,2% pemahaman dan pandangan dalam pembuatan skripsi pada mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis. Kegiatan ini juga mampu mendorong motivasi mahasiswa dalam pembuatan skripsi.Abstract: The Coaching Clinic is an important consultation and mentoring service for students to gain a better understanding of their thesis, consult on their thesis title, and understand the processes and challenges of thesis writing. As a requirement for graduation based on research, the thesis presents a unique challenge for students. Therefore, with the socialization activities of the Coaching Clinic held by the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University, students can gain a future perspective in the preparation of their thesis. This socialization activity was held in two sessions on February 25th and 26th, 2023, at the FISIP Mulawarman University Multipurpose Building. Thus, the Coaching Clinic becomes very important for students to complete their final assignments well and obtain the desired bachelor's degree. The aim of this activity is to improve understanding and experience in research. In addition, this activity also aims to provide opportunities for students to hone their discussion skills and public speaking abilities. In this case, the partner of the activity is all Business Administration students of Mulawarman University from the classes of 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, with a total of 177 attending students. The method of implementing this socialization was done by delivering material and sharing about the thesis using lecture and group discussion methods. This activity was able to increase the understanding and perspective in thesis writing among Business Administration students by 84.2%. This activity also helps to boost students' motivation in completing their thesis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand ambassadors, and this advertisement both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions on MS Glow products with research locations in Samarinda City. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and the sample in this study was 41 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with the total population used as a sample with the criteria of being domiciled in the city of Samarinda and having purchased MS Glow products. The results of this study partially indicate that the product quality variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions on MS Glow products. The brand ambassador variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. Advertising variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. Simultaneously product quality, brand ambassadors, and advertising have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. The test results for the coefficient of determination with a value of 22.9% where the ability of the independent variables in this study, namely product quality, brand ambassadors, and advertisements together can influence the purchasing decision of MS Glow products and the remaining 77.1% can be influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
