Abstract

PT XYZ faces challenges in managing risks that affect the company's operations, growth and finances. These risks must be better managed through the implementation of appropriate and efficient mitigation strategies to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the company's business. Therefore, this research aims to design software using an expert system with the forward chaining method to manage risks. This research uses an expert system with the forward chaining method that has been successfully applied in agriculture and animal husbandry. Parameters considered include probability of occurrence, financial and operational impact, vulnerability, severity, existing controls, regulatory compliance, and reputational impact. Test results show the software is effective and provides appropriate risk management recommendations with an accuracy rate of 100%. The system functions well and has the potential to be applied more widely to improve risk management and operational efficiency.Kata kunci: Risk Management; Forward Chaining; Expert System AbstrakPT XYZ menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan risiko yang mempengaruhi operasional, pertumbuhan, dan keuangan perusahaan. Risiko ini harus dikelola dengan lebih baik melalui implementasi strategi mitigasi yang tepat dan efisien untuk memastikan efektivitas dan keberlangsungan bisnis perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan merancang perangkat lunak menggunakan sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining untuk mengelola risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pakar dengan metode forward chaining yang telah berhasil diterapkan di bidang pertanian dan peternakan. Parameter yang dipertimbangkan meliputi probabilitas kejadian, dampak finansial dan operasional, kerentanan, keparahan, kontrol yang ada, kepatuhan regulasi, dan dampak reputasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan perangkat lunak ini efektif dan memberikan rekomendasi manajemen risiko yang tepat dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 100%. Sistem ini berfungsi dengan baik dan berpotensi diterapkan lebih luas untuk meningkatkan manajemen risiko dan efisiensi operasional perusahaan.

Abstract

The Department of Industry and Trade of Sidoarjo Regency oversees several work units, namely one UPTD and nineteen market units with far locations. To support public service operations, the work unit has large number of inventory items of types and quantities. Manual inventory management is an obstacle in the process of collecting and recording the maintenance of goods so that the maintenance of inventory items is not routine. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a local asset maintenance information system that can provide accurate maintenance data. This design application is designed using the waterfall method and is developed with web-based PHP sotfware, a MySQL database, and AdminLTE as its template. Testing this system uses the blackbox method so that the features in the application can be tested according to their functions. With the construction of this system, maintenance submissions can be done online and goods management is easy to control the goods maintained and recording maintenance shopping transactions is also more accountable.Keywords: Maintenance Information System; Website; AdminLTE; Waterfall AbstrakDinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo membawahi beberapa unit kerja yaitu satu UPTD dan sembilan belas unit pasar dengan jarak lokasi yang berjauhan. Untuk menunjang operasional pelayanan publik, unit kerja tersebut mempunyai barang inventaris yang jenis dan jumlahnya sangat banyak dan beragam. Pengelolaan inventaris yang masih manual menjadi kendala dalam proses pendataan dan pencatatan pemeliharaan barang sehingga perawatan barang inventaris tidak rutin. Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat memberikan informasi data pemeliharaan barang milik daerah yang akurat. Metode waterfall digunakan untuk perancangan dan dikembangkan berbasis web dengan software PHP, database MySQL serta AdminLTE sebagai template aplikasinya. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan metode blackbox agar fitur pada aplikasi dapat teruji sesuai dengan fungsinya. Dengan dibangunnya sistem ini pengajuan pemeliharaan dapat dilakukan secara online dan pengurus barang mudah dalam melakukan kontrol terhadap barang yang dipelihara dan pencatatan transaksi belanja pemeliharaan juga lebih akuntabel.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce an innovative method for religious learning among early childhood in Indonesia by leveraging augmented reality (AR) technology. The research utilizes marker-based tracking, which does not require high-performance Android devices, to create a seamless interaction between virtual religious objects and the real world. The multimedia development lifecycle method is employed in application development, successfully operating on Android devices with versions 7.0 and above. The results demonstrate relatively good marker quality even when printed at A4 and F4 sizes. This research underscores the potential of AR technology as a powerful tool for instilling religious knowledge and habits in young children, offering a promising avenue for future educational interventions. Highlights: AR Enhances Early Religious Education: Augmented reality technology offers an engaging and effective platform for imparting religious knowledge to young children. Marker-Based Simplicity: The use of marker-based tracking simplifies AR implementation, making it accessible even on lower-end Android devices. Abstract

Epilepsi adalah penyakit otak yang tidak menular dan memengaruhi sekitar 50 juta orang di dunia. Sinyal electroencephalogram (EEG) memberikan informasi penting tentang aktivitas listrik otak. Epilepsi bisa terdeteksi melalui analisis sinyal EEG, tetapi prosesnya rumit, membutuhkan keterampilan manusia, dan memakan waktu. Deteksi prakejang pada pasien epilepsi merupakan tantangan dalam bidang neurologi. Dalam penelitian ini, kami memfokuskan pada pengembangan metode deteksi prakejang menggunakan sinyal EEG dan menggunakan pendekatan metode Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Dalam analisisnya. Sinyal EEG direkam dari pasien epilepsi selama periode tertentu, dan kemudian dilakukan pemrosesan dan analisis menggunakan metode LSTM. LSTM adalah jenis jaringan saraf rekuren (RNN) yang terkenal karena kemampuannya dalam memodelkan dan mempelajari urutan data. Pendekatan LSTM memungkinkan pemodelan yang lebih baik terhadap karakteristik dinamis sinyal EEG, termasuk pola sebelum terjadinya prakejang. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menggunakan dataset sinyal EEG yang terdiri dari pasien epilepsi dengan prakejang dan tanpa prakejang. Data tersebut dibagi menjadi set pelatihan dan set pengujian untuk melatih dan menguji model LSTM. Proses pelatihan model dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan parameter dan menyesuaikan bobot jaringan LSTM berdasarkan data pelatihan. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa metode LSTM mampu mendeteksi prakejang pada pasien epilepsi dengan tingkat akurasi 98.44% dengan menggunakan optimizer RMSprop. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknik deteksi prakejang pada pasien epilepsi menggunakan sinyal EEG dan metode LSTM. Hasil-hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan sistem deteksi prakejang yang lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Work efficiency is now a top priority in every company. One form to support efficiency is by changing the old way of working to become more modern. To apply this, a program was created that could help speed up work and also minimize data errors and decision making. The system used is through a web-based program that can be accessed by all parts quickly because it is connected to the network. From the results of research conducted, it is known that using this program is able to accelerate the process of submitting goods requests. And also can quickly find out the arrival date of the goods and the budget used.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and analyse the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of Integrated Online Course Learning (IOCL) application in improving students' digital literacy skills. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method using the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, document checklists and tests in the form of descriptive quantitative data. The analysis technique used in this research is mixed data analysis technique.  Based on the results of media expert validation, a value of 3.68 (92.18%) was obtained, which means very feasible, for the results of material expert validation obtained a value of 3.83 (95.71%) with a very feasible category, while the results of linguist validation obtained a value of 3.80 (95.00%) with a very feasible category. The practicality test of this product obtained a score of 94.64%, including in the category of very effective and practical to use. The results of the t-test showed a significant increase in students' digital literacy skills after receiving different treatments, namely using the IOCL Application. Based on the results of the t-test analysis of the average value of the control class 70.25 and the research class 87.50. Based on the data sig value. (2-tailed) or t-test p-value of 0.00 which means <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows: 1) This IOCL application has a positive influence on students' digital literacy skills, and 2) IOCL application has practicality, and effectiveness to be used as a learning model to improve students' digital literacy skills.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is a system that supports the real world with virtual (computer-generated) objects that appear together in the same space/place as the real world. One of the uses of Augmented Reality is as a promotional medium. The application of Augmented Reality (AR) in promotional media aims to increase the interest of consumers who are not satisfied with conventional promotional media. With conventional media, the attractiveness of an item is still not maximized. Based on the results of the research and the application made, it can be concluded that the "AR Laptop Catalog" application can help increase consumer interest by knowing the real form of the product and can help determine the desired laptop. The "AR Laptop Catalog" application was created with the aim of introducing Augmented Reality as a new promotional media, with the existence of AR-based promotional media it is hoped that it can be a reference for the development of further promotional media

Abstract

This research aims to predict election participation in places of worship through statistical data analysis methods and predictive algorithms. Election participation, as a complex phenomenon, is influenced by various factors, with religion often being a crucial element that motivates or inhibits voter turnout. This study uses variables from Central Statistics Agency (BPS) data and recapitulation of previous general elections, based on historical patterns. Using a statistical approach, the relationship between religious variables and the level of voter participation in places of worship is identified. The linear regression method is used to predict the influence of religion on election participation. In this research, a series of scenarios were carried out, and the research results showed different variations in R-squared (R-Square) and Mean Squared Error (MSE) results. The best scenario, namely the R-squared scenario with a value of around 0.00012 and an MSE of 0.09934, highlights the potential relationship between religion and voter participation. These findings suggest the need for further considerations in this context, as well as demonstrating the need for model adjustments to improve the accuracy of future election predictions.

Abstract

The term Indonesia as a democratic country is legitimately echoed because Indonesia has used elections as a means to change leaders. Elections or general elections are a democratic party held in the process of realizing Indonesian sovereignty. The main factor considered to be successful in an election is participation. Participation is a measure of the success of an election. Why is it said like that? Because the extent to which the number of voters participate in elections or general elections, the more citizens exercise their right to vote, the greater the level of participation that is considered successful. This research aims to predict election participation in the demographics of Pasuruan Regency. The process of predicting or classifying uses the K - Means algorithm plus the Inertia and Silhouette evaluation models. The results of this research have been carried out in predicting election participation in the demographics of the Pasuruan Regency area which was carried out using the K-Means Algorithm with 4 variables, namely 64% election participation with 3 clusters as a comparison and research adventures with 4 clusters with 68% community participation in the election.Keywords: Data Mining; K-Means; Participation; Elections; Predictions. AbstrakSebutan Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi secara sah digaungkan sebab indonesia telah mendayagunakan pemilu sebagai sarana untuk melakukan pergantian pemimpin. Pemilu atau pemilihan umum adalah sebuah pesta demokrasi yang dilakukan dalam proses perwujudan kedaulatan Indonesia. Faktor utama dianggap berhasilnya sebuah pemilu adalah partisipasi. Partisipasi menjadi tolak ukur berhasilnya sebuah pemilu. Mengapa dikatakan seperti itu, Karena sejauh mana jumlah pemilih berpartisipasi dalam pemilu atau pemilihan umum semakin banyak warga yang menggunakan hak pilihannya, semakin besar tingkat partisipasi yang dianggap berhasil. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi Partisipasi Pemilu pada Demografi Wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Proses dalam memprediksi atau mengklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritma K-Means ditambah model evaluasi Inertia dan Silhouette. Hasil penelitian ini yang sudah dilakukan dalam memprediksi partisipasi pemilu dalam demografi wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Algoritma K-Means dengan 4 Variabel yaitu sebanyak 64 % partisipasi pemilu dengan 3 cluster sebagai perbandingan dan petualangan penelitian dengan 4 cluster sebanyak 68 % partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilu.

Abstract

Background: Electoral participation reflects the quality of democracy, particularly in rural communities with diverse socioeconomic structures. Specific Background: In Sidoarjo Regency, disparities in participation levels among villages suggest that local development factors play a crucial role. Knowledge Gap: Previous models only used demographic attributes without integrating the multidimensional Village Development Index (IDM) indicators. Aims: This study aims to construct a predictive model of voter participation using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm based on IDM data. Results: By applying preprocessing, feature selection, and probabilistic classification to 48 attributes of IDM, the model achieved 78.65% accuracy, 79% precision, 76% recall, and 77% F1-score, revealing that education, health, and accessibility variables are key predictors. Novelty: Unlike prior research, this work combines social, economic, and ecological IDM dimensions with an open-source Python-based approach for transparent model validation. Implications: The findings demonstrate the feasibility of data-driven governance tools for mapping electoral participation and can support strategic planning to improve civic engagement in rural Indonesia.Highlights:• Uses IDM indicators to predict election participation• Naïve Bayes model achieves 78.65% accuracy• Supports data-driven democratic planning
