Abstract

This research aims to analyze the moral values contained in the film Bila Esok Ibu Tiada. This film raises the theme of family conflict, responsibility, and the value of sacrifice in caring for parents. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through direct observation of films and analysis of dialogues and scenes. The results of the study show that this film contains various moral values, such as children's responsibilities to parents, the importance of communication in the family, gender equality, and the consequences of neglect of parents. The director conveys a moral message through storylines, characterizations, and the use of cinematic elements such as lighting, shooting, and background music. Analysis based on Bertens' moral theory shows that moral values in this film are related to responsibility, conscience, absolute obligation, and formal nature.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital sangat penting untuk menjangkau lebih banyak wisatawan, terutama untuk desa wisata seperti Desa Wisata Tambong, Banyuwangi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola desa wisata dalam memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai sarana promosi desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi dan pendampingan pembuatan akun google my business. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang cara mengidentifikasi potensi wisata, cara membuat paket wisata serta cara memasarkan secara digital. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi pengelola wisata untuk melakukan pemasaran digital sehingga dapat memperkuat citra destinasi, menarik lebih banyak wisatawan, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan perekonomian lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance the digital marketing skills of homestay operators in Tambong Village to support the development of the tourism village. Through training and mentoring, participants were introduced to the use of social media, OTA (Online Travel Agent) platforms, and Google My Business. The activity involved local tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis), village-owned enterprises (BUMDes), and village officials. The results showed improved digital literacy, increased homestay visibility, and enhanced competitiveness of the destination on online platforms. This strategy proved effective in expanding market reach, encouraging community participation, and strengthening the local economy through sustainable tourism. Digital transformation is a crucial step toward building an independent and competitive tourism village.

Abstract

The Community Service (PKM) activity with the theme "Improving Self-Potential to Become an Inspiring Young Leader" is one of the implementations of the Tridharma of Higher Education program implemented by STIE Ekadharma Indonesia. The main objective of this activity is to provide a real contribution to the community, especially students, in efforts to develop self-potential and leadership from an early age. This activity targets grade XII IPS 4 students at SMA Negeri 1 Cabangbungin with a total of 33 participants. In this activity, participants are given a deep understanding of the importance of recognizing and developing their potential, including abilities, talents, interests, creativity, and superior character that can be the foundation for becoming an inspiring and competitive young leader. The material presented in the seminar is designed to equip participants with applicable strategies and insights, such as how to recognize their strengths, build self-confidence, and improve communication and leadership skills. The material delivery process is carried out interactively to encourage active student participation and create a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. This activity also reflects the spirit of collaboration between higher education institutions and schools in preparing young people who are ready to face future challenges. Evaluation results indicate that this activity was highly effective, demonstrated by the high level of participant enthusiasm, a strong understanding of the material presented, and a positive response to the speakers. This activity is expected to inspire and motivate young people to continue developing themselves and making positive contributions, both within the school environment, on campus, and in the wider community.

Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan suatu proses program pendidikan yang berisikan berbagai bahan ajar yang direncanakan dan dirancang secarah sistimatis atas dasar norma-norma yang berlaku dam kemudian dijadikan pedoman dalam proses Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dan menentukan dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan pendidikan.Era reformasi telah memberikan ruang yang cukup besar bagi perumusan kebijakan-kebijakan pendidikan baru yang bersifat reformatif dan revolusioner. Bentuk kurikulum menjadi berbasis kompetesi begitu pula bentuk pelaksanaan pendidikan berubah dari sentralistik (orde lama menjadi desentralistik).Pendidikan memiliki peran penting sebagai agen perubahan sosial (social agent of change). Oleh karena itu, pendidikan selalu diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan secara nasional. Abstract

The annual agenda is an integral part of a district's development strategy to attract tourists to visit. Banyuwangi is one of the districts that has a lot of natural, cultural, and man-made potential that can attract tourists to visit. The Banyuwangi Regency Government took advantage of the opportunity by holding an annual agenda to develop tourism, economy, social, and culture, namely by organizing the International Tour de Banyuwangi Ijen (ITdBI). ITdBI is an international competition that is the pride of Banyuwangi residents and is the only road race bicycle race in Indonesia that has been on the official agenda of the World Cycling Federation, UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) since 2012. Participants in the ITdBI event involved hundreds of athletes, coaches and officials from various countries. The international bicycle racing event "International Tour de Banyuwangi Ijen" (ITdBI) is one of the strategic efforts to promote leading tourist destinations such as Ijen Crater in Banyuwangi. This event not only attracts the attention of bicycle racing fans from home and abroad, but also attracts tourists who want to witness the natural scenery and challenge themselves with extreme racing tracks. In the last five years, this event has shown a positive impact on the increase in the number of tourist visits. Therefore, it is important to examine the public's response to the ITdBI event and the impact of ITdBI on the people of Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

The normative approach is to understand religion using the framework of God's knowledge, the view of the main and original teachings from God in which there is no human reasoning. The purpose of this study was to see the morals of students towards teachers according to the Qur'an and Hadith. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The method in this study is a library method, the data collected are books and previous studies that are relevant for this research. In the data source section, there are verses from the Qur'an and hadith that contain students' morals towards teachers, reading books that refer to research theory, and several related previous studies. Data collection techniques used reading and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is content analysis using a normative approach to the text in the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith and in the form of articles from the journal Sinta 2-5 as many as 4 articles containing moral habits based on a normative approach. Normative matters regarding student morals in the school community and family environment do need to be emphasized according to the verses of the Qur'an and hadith, this is able to form noble character in children from an early age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya Penerapan Pembelajaran Pai Berbasis Masalah Di Sdit Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong.  Pada penerapannya  tentu dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat hal hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis hal yang berkaitan dengan Penerapan Pembelajaran Pai Berbasis Masalah dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam terutama di Sdit Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif yakni Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif yakni penelitian lapangan yang menuntut secara langsung peneliti ke tempat yang diteliti untuk mendapatkan informasi secara langsung dari informan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field reaseach), yakni penelitian yang dilakukan secara langsung terjun ke lapangan untuk mendapatkan serta mengumpulkan informasi dari responden dan informan serta objek yang diamati melalui instrument pengumpulan data. Jenis penelitian adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penggunaan metode analisis dengan menggunakan model yang dikemukakan oleh huberman dan miles yang meliputi: Reduksi data, Display data, Pengambilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Kemudian, keabsahan data menggunakan sistem triangulasi yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Penerapan Pembelajaran Pai Berbasis Masalah Di Sdit Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) diterapkan secara sistematis mulai dari penyajian masalah autentik, diskusi kelompok, pencarian solusi berdasar nilai-nilai Islam, hingga refleksi perilaku. Model ini terbukti meningkatkan keaktifan, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan sikap religius siswa, meskipun masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan terkait waktu dan kesiapan guru. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran PAI berbasis masalah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menciptakan proses belajar yang kontekstual dan bermakna. Hambatannya yakni berkaitan dengan watu dan latar belakang peserta didik yang  berbeda yang masing masing tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis kurang, akan tetapi solusi yang dilakukan dengan membuat perencanaan manajemen waktu dan penyederhanaan materi belajar PAI.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis hal yang berkaitan dengan penerapan media berbasis visual audio dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya Rejang Lebong. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis visual audio diterapkan secara sistematis mulai dari Guru menyesuaikan media dengan kebutuhan siswa, merencanakan pembelajaran, mendampingi fokus belajar, mengaktifkan metode pembelajaran, dan mengevaluasi media untuk perbaikan. Hambatannya yakni berkaitan dengan perbedaan tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of local governments in overcoming extreme poverty in Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency, which is one of the areas with the highest extreme poverty rate in Banten Province. The focus of the research is directed at local governments' efforts to overcome the socio-economic problems of the extreme poor, including the identification of supporting factors, inhibitions, and the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategies implemented. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, through in-depth interviews with local government officials, sub-district officials, and program beneficiaries. The data was also strengthened by documentation studies and field observations. The results of the study show that local government strategies in combating extreme poverty are carried out through three main approaches, namely reducing the burden of expenditure on the poor, increasing income, and reducing pockets of poverty. Supporting factors for this strategy include policy support, collaboration between agencies, and active community participation. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as budget limitations, low human resource capacity, and regional geographical challenges. This study recommends the need to strengthen cross-sector coordination, increase the capacity of the apparatus, and optimize the budget so that extreme poverty reduction programs can be more effective and sustainable.
