Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan perdagangan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan teh dalam kemasan yang berada di Kota Padang Sumatera Barat. Saat ini, dalam mengelola proses bisnis penjualan produk yang sedang berjalan pada PT.XYZ masih dilakukan secara semi terstruktur, dimana untuk koordinasi antar divisi belum terlaksana dengan baik dan terkadang cenderung dilakukan secara konvensional. Hal ini tentunya dapat menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan antara lain, permasalahan pada divisi produksi, dikarenakan koordinasi serta manajemen produksi yang belum terotomatisasi sehingga menyebabkan banyak terjadi kesalahan dalam proses produksi. Kemudian masalah logistik yang meliputi distribusi, pengiriman, serta manajemen gudang yang kurang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan belum terintegrasinya semua divisi kedalam satu sistem. Maka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dapat diberikan salah satu solusi yaitu melakukan implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di PT.XYZ terutama pada sistem penjualan produk. Tahapan implementasi ERP ini diawali melalui studi pendahuluan. Kegiatannya meliputi analisis proses bisnis perusahaan melalui wawancara dan observasi, serta melakukan identifikasi terhadap proses bisnis penjualan produk yang sedang berjalan, kemudian dari hasil analisis ini direkomendasikan usulan sistem secara komputerisasinya, yang digambarkan dengan menggunakan notasi pemodelan proses bisnis (BPMN). Tahapan berikutnya adalah melakukan studi literatur dari berbagai jenis buku dan jurnal agar didapatkan landasan teori dan penelitian terkait. Setelah itu barulah dilakukan pemilihan Aplikasi ERP dan pengaturan dari berbagai modul yang ada pada Aplikasi. Berdasarkan proses tersebut terpilih ERP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk permasalahan yang ada yaitu Aplikasi BlueSeer ERP. Dari testing dan implementasi yang telah dilakukan terlihat bahwa Aplikasi BlueSeer ERP dapat mengintegrasikan berbagai proses bisnis yang ada pada masing-masing divisi diperusahaan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan koordinasi antar divisi menjadi lebih baik dari pada sebelum menerapkan ERP. Dengan begitu, penerapan BlueSeer ERP pada PT.XYZ terbukti efektif dapat mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

Orang tunarungu berkomunikasi dengan cara menggunakan bahasa isyarat. Sulitnya orang tunarungu berkomunikasi dengan orang normal menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang cukup serius, karena apabila orang normal tidak mengerti bahasa isyarat maka ketika berkomunikasi dengan orang tunarungu akan ada kesalahan komunikasi, sehingga keinginan orang tunarungu tidak akan tersampaikan dengan baik. Salah satu cara memecahkan masalah dalam hal ini yaitu orang normal berlajar bahasa isyarat, untuk membuat orang normal lebih tertarik belajar bahasa isyarat yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi salah satunya penerapan teknologi Augmented Reality yang pada saat ini sedang banyak di bicarakan dalam perkembangan teknologi multimedia. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada maka di buat sebuah aplikasi dengan menerapan teknologi Augmented Realitytersebutpada aplikasi yang dibuat yaitu aplikasi konversi bahasa isyarat abjad dan angkadengan menggunakan teknik 3D Object Tracking yaitu salah satu fitur terbaru dalam metode markerless, pada teknik ini marker tidak lagi menyerupai kertas melainkan objek 3 dimensi seperti asbak, mainan mobil –mobilan, dan lain sebagainya. Marker yang di gunakan dalam aplikasi konversi bahasa isyarat yaitu abjad dan angka dalam bentuk kayu dengan ukuran 10x8 cm, pada kayu tersebut di terapkan warna –warna yang terang. Melakukan scanningmarker dilakukan di tempat yang terang karena pada pembuatan marker 3D Object Tracking intensitas cahaya menjadi salah satu keberhasilan terdeteksinya marker.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to create, design, and implement a web-based outpatient registration application at Batusangkar Regional Hospital. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research, which involves a series of activities or processes that reveal system processes. This study's system development employs the waterfall method, as well as data collection techniques such as data documentation, interviews, and observation. This registration application was designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model, which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Designing database logic with MySQL. The system was designed and implemented using XAMPP as a web server, PHP MySQL as a database, Visual Studio as a web design editor, and Android Studio as an Android design editor. It is hoped that this application will allow patients to easily register from anywhere and access the most up-to-date information and practice schedules for polyclinic doctors at Batusangkar Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Seleksi calon perwakilan atlet tingkat nasional dilakukan oleh Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) masing-masing provinsi. Pada Provinsi Sumatera Barat, KONI memiliki peran krusial dalam membina dan mengembangkan atlet daerah agar dapat berkompetisi di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Salah satu cara penyeleksian atlet adalah dengan diadakannya event olahraga tahunan seperti Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) yang merupakan ajang kompetisi atlet nasional dari seluruh perwakilan atlet di Indonesia. Selama ini proses dalam menentukan perwakilan atlet tiap-tiap daerah dilakukan dengan cara yang konvensional dan manual yaitu dengan melakukan beberapa rangkaian tes kepada calon atlet, kemudian hasilnya dikumpulkan dan dihitung menggunakan MS Excel. Dengan banyaknya cabang olahraga dan data tes yang harus dikumpulkan, tentunya hal ini akan memakan waktu lama dalam melakukan seleksi tersebut. Selain itu dibutuhkan perhitungan yang matang dan dokumentasi hasil tes yang transaparan dalam perhitungannya. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah diuraikan, salah satu solusi yang dapat diterapkan adalah membangun Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK). Sistem ini dirancang untuk membantu KONI dalam menyeleksi calon atlet terbaik sebagai perwakilan, dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Adapun kriteria utama seleksi atlet yang dilakukan oleh KONI selama ini untuk penyeleksian atlet mereka adalah indeks prestasi dan penglaman atlet berupa prestasi internasional, prestasi nasional, prestasi wilayah, kemampuan teknis, dan fisik atlet yang dilakukan masing masing cabang olahraga. Aplikasi SPK ini menggabungkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan VIKOR, di mana AHP digunakan untuk mengotomatisasi proses pembobotan kriteria, sementara metode VIKOR diterapkan dalam proses perangkingan alternatif guna menentukan calon atlet terbaik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya model dan aplikasi SPK  yang dapat membantu KONI dalam melakukan perangkingan untuk seleksi atlet tingkat nasional.

Abstract

The Community Service Activities were carried out at the Koperasi Tenun Pandai Sikek located in Nagari Pandai Sikek Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Koperasi Tenun Pandai Sikek is a cooperative with weavers originating from Nagari Pandai Sikek. The products marketed by the cooperative are in the form of Pandai Sikek woven cloth and several West Sumatran handicrafts. The marketing model used today is still conventional, where potential buyers who want to buy products must come directly to the cooperative which makes access to product marketing limited. The development of information technology now allows product marketing to be done through online marketing media to increase sales. This service activity aims to provide training and assistance to members of the Koperasi Tenun Pandai Sikek in optimizing online marketing media as one of the product marketing strategies so that Pandai Sikek woven fabric and handicrafts typical of West Sumatra can be introduced and marketed not only in the area of origin but also in scale national and international. The method of implementing the activity was carried out in three stages, namely the initial survey, training on online marketing media and the assistance of cooperative members in the use of online marketing media. Abstract

Officially the World Health Organization (WHO) has determined that COVID-19 is a pandemic, and the Indonesian government has also declared the Corona outbreak a national disaster. To be able activities during a pandemic, we must carry out Communication, Information, and Education (IEC) to the public regarding COVID-19. IEC can be done by using posters as a communication medium. Socialization of education media is aim at high school students in the city of Padang. The purpose of this activity is to provide training to high school students in the city of Padang so that the knowledge provided can be used by making educational posters and share information related to COVID-19 to the public through social media as of concern for students to reduce the spread Coronavirus. This activity involved students from four schools in Padang, namely SMAN 7, SMAN 11, SMA Pertiwi 2, and SMA Don Bosco Padang. The method of implementing activities consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. During the activity, participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity until the final stage. This activity's target achievement was 90% seen from the participants who collected educational posters during the training. Meanwhile, the participants' visual literacy ability was 85%, assessed from participants' understanding in conveying visual messages into educational posters. To motivate participants to stay enthusiastic study during pandemics, the best posters were selected from the activity participants.

Abstract

Senior High School 1 Batusangkar is a public school that has utilized technology in the implementation of school activities, starting from the presence of a website as an information room, using computers and the internet at school. In addition, this school is also equipped with four computer laboratories which are used for teaching rooms for students. However, in daily activities, the data generated by the school has not been integrated into an information system properly. This has become a momentum for the Department of Information Systems, UNAND in assisting schools in implementing, socializing and educating the school information system JIBAS (Inter-School Information Network) at Senior High School 1 Batusangkar as a tangible form of carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely community service. JIBAS is a school management information system that helps school operations ranging from academics, finance, libraries, reporting and teacher-student interactions. It is hoped that this system can help schools organize, manage and tidy up their data. Thus, this data becomes information that flows and is useful for various interested parties. The implementation method for this activity consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. After this community service activity was carried out, the school felt that this system was very good to be developed and used further for school activities as a whole. However, with the various other features that exist in JIBAS besides the Academic features, the school needs to study other features so that the effectiveness and efficiency presented by this system can be felt by the school..

Abstract

This Community Service activity is carried out at the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative located in Nagari Pandai Sikek, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency. This activity aims to provide assistance in managing digital marketing and product branding at the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative to members of the cooperative who are weavers from Nagari Pandai Sikek. Products are marketed in the form of woven cloth typical of Pandai Sikek and some handicrafts typical of West Sumatra. The Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative currently does not have a name and logo for the product being marketed, so the product does not have an identity that can be recognized by the public. The method used in this activity is brainstorming with activity partners to obtain the same thoughts about product names and logos. In addition, the implementation method is also in the form of training and assistance in managing digital marketing as one of the product marketing strategies. In this activity, product branding has been produced with the name "Songket Weaving Pandai Sikek." With this name and logo, it is hoped that the products of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative can be immediately recognized by consumers, who will impact increasing product sales. In addition, this Community Service activity also provides assistance to partners in digital marketing management to market products both in marketplaces such as Tokopedia and on social media such as Instagram and Facebook. With this digital marketing, the products of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative have been marketed more widely, not only in the area of origin and surrounding areas but also to reach consumers from other regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The goal of this activityis to create an information system for incoming and outgoing letters that will help the school manage letters administration. So far, the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters at SMA Negeri 1 Sungayang, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra, is still done conventionally and manually, where the process of making incoming and outgoing letters uses MS. Office (Word Processing), which, of course, is not stored in a database archive, and the school will find it difficult later to find a letter file that has been made and is very vulnerable to being damaged by viruses or the like. Meanwhile, for the process of recording and managing each incoming letter, use a ledger made in a specific format to record numbers or other information from the letters. This is also inefficient because it requires a large amount of paper, which is prone to damage or loss of archives. To accomplish this, we require an information system capable of automatically creating and managing incoming and outgoing mail and storing it in a database. The method used in building this application is the waterfall system development method. One of the applications of the incoming and outgoing mail information system is training, which is held at SMA Negeri 1 Sungayang with the participants being operators and administrative staff. The outcomes of this training activity are expected to be that the operators and administrative staff who manage incoming and outgoing letters at SMA Negeri 1 Sungayang understand how to operate the application, allowing the application for incoming and outgoing letters to be well operationalized at SMA Negeri 1 Sungayang later, that way the school can create and manage incoming and outgoing letters to be more effective, efficient and automated.

Abstract

West Sumatra Province, with a high disaster risk level, requires a more efficient reporting system to support disaster management. Currently, the West Sumatra Provincial Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) relies on WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel, which are considered ineffective. The goal of this activity is to implement the mobile application E-Disaster on the Android platform to enhance disaster reporting efficiency at the BPBD of West Sumatra Province. The activity method consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. In the preparation stage, needs analysis is conducted through visits to the BPBD of West Sumatra Province to gather necessary information for application development. Implementation involves developing the application based on the gathered requirements and conducting demonstrations and handing over the application to the BPBD of West Sumatra Province. The reporting stage involves presenting the activity results and evaluating the application usage. The outcomes show that the E-Disaster application has been successfully implemented and well-received by the BPBD of West Sumatra Province. This application facilitates BPBD officers in promptly responding to disaster reports and enhances coordination and response in the field. The conclusion drawn from this activity is that the E-Disaster application can improve the response and efficiency of the BPBD of West Sumatra Province in monitoring and responding to disasters in the region. Thus, it is expected that this application will significantly contribute to disaster management in West Sumatra Province and serve as a model for developing similar systems in other high-risk disaster areas.
