Abstract

Every company must have a desire to be successful in marketing all products, both goods and services. This success can be achieved by setting the cost price correctly. Product is one element of the marketing mix in addition to the other three elements (price, distribution, and promotion). Marketing information system is a set of information elements that have been prepared, arranged systematically to become a complete data in order to fulfill / support the activities of the organization and managers in general. From the description above, the authors formulate the problem: "The influence of product quality and marketing information systems on increasing demand at PT Wahana Trans Lestari Medan". Based on the value of the F test, it is obtained that Fcount (Fh) = 16.945 this value is then consulted with Ftable, based on the dk of the numerator = k and dk of the denominator = (n-k-1). Then obtained F table = 3.30. These results indicate that the calculated F is greater than the F table, which is 16.945 3.30, so the multiple correlation coefficient tested is significant. It can be seen that the percentage of influence between the independent variable (x1) is product quality and the independent variable (x2) is the marketing information system with the dependent variable (y) on the increase in demand at PT. Wahana Trans Lestari Medan is 51.4% while 48.6% is influenced by other factors. It takes a certain section that specifically manages everything regarding information to serve the information needs of operating activities so that a truly effective specialization of the information section will be created. Plans for the development of an integrated marketing information system in the future need to be realized immediately and the existing computer capacity fully utilized, this can be beneficial for increasing market demand.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership dan employee empowerment terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatera UPT Medan. Desain penelitian path analysis digunakan sebagai alat analisis untuk menentukan arah variabel yang diteliti serta menjustifikasi seberapa signifikan pengaruh variabel independen dengan dependen baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui variabel mediasi. Dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi yang menjadi sampel, yaitu 130 orang pegawai pada PT. PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatera UPT Medan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel servant leadership berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Employee empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Employee empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh employee empowerment terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of product quality, ease of transaction, and product price on repurchase intention with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The total population in this study was 764 people with a specified sample of 100 people, because not all of them used the online marketplace using the Convience Sampling technique. The analytical method used is path analysis of hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (t test), Sobel test with data processing using SPSS 25. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the data collection technique used is primary data, namely data collection techniques through questionnaires addressed to respondents, namely University of Harapan Medan students located on Jl. Imam Bonjol No. 35, J A T I, Kec. Medan City. The results show that product quality has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Ease of Transaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Product price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Ease of Transactions has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Product price has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Customer satisfaction is not able to mediate product quality on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the ease of transactions on the intention to repurchase. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate product price on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and communication climate on knowledge sharing partially. To determine the effect of organizational culture, communication climate and knowledge sharing on employee performance partially. To determine the influence of organizational culture and communication climate on employee performance through knowledge sharing at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The total population in this study amounted to 249 people and 153 people were used as samples using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that organizational culture has no effect on employee performance, communication climate has no effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, communication climate has no effect on knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing mediates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and knowledge sharing does not mediate the effect of communication climate on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya gap research pada dampak budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja, bahkan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderating memperlemah budaya organisasi dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja, namun penelitian lain menyatakan sebaliknya. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan yang dimoderasi komitmen organisasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di hotel berbintang di Kota Medan. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada responden, yang kembali hanya 140, dan dijadikan sebagai sampel seluruhnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja, namun komitmen organisasi tidak signifikan sebagai variabel moderating. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jika budaya organisasi yang diciptakan oleh manajemen baik, akan mendorong produktivitas kerja karyawan semakin baik, dan komitmen organisasi wajib ditumbuh kembangkan oleh manajemen agar ada dorong tanggungjawab pada diri karyawan untuk menjadi karyawan yang produktif bagi perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, penting bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk membentuk budaya organisasi yang baik dengan cara membuat peraturan organisasi yang baik dan dijalankan secara konsisten dan berkesinambungan. Namun manajemen perusahaan tetap meminta komitmen karyawan tidak hanya secara lisan tetapi juga tertulis untuk menuntut komitmen mereka bagi perkembangan perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational trust and the role of supervisors on turnover intention at PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan. The population in this study amounted to 285 people, with a total sample size of 74 advisors on turnover intention at PT. Graha Mandiri Barata Medan. The population in this study amounted to 285 people, with a total sample size of 74. The sampling method is random sampling. The data obtained was then processed using SPSS Statistics version 22. Data analysis techniques in this study included reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity tests, normality tests, and heteroscedasticity tests), statistical tests (coefficient of determination test (R2)), individual parameter significance tests (t tests), and simultaneous significance tests (f tests). The results showed that organizational trust has a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions. The supervisor's role has a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions. Organizational trust and the supervisor's role influence each other significantly in turnover intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, organizational climate and work environment simultaneously on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. The total population in this study was 102 people, and by using the saturated sampling technique, a sample of 102 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. Organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan. Compensation, organizational climate and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work training and work experience on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at PT. North Sumatra Bank Medan Head Office. This type of research uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 219 employees, the data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 219 employees, and the statistical analysis technique used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using Smartpls 4. From the research results This shows that job training on employee performance has a significant positive influence, work experience on employee performance has a significant positive influence, the work environment on employee performance has a significant positive influence, the work environment as a moderating variable on the influence of job training on employee performance is insignificantly negative and the environment work as a moderating variable on the influence of work experience on employee performance is positive and significant.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust on eWOM referrals through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were 100 respondents from Safa Salon Hair Style and Body Spa in Medan City. The analytical technique used is path analysis. The results showed that brand trust had a positive and significant effect on eWOM referrals mediated by purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Trust, Purchase Decision, and Ewom referral ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand trust terhadap ewom refferal melalui purchase decision. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dari Safa Salon Hair Style and Body Spa di Kota Medan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis path. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ewom refferal yang dimediasi oleh purchase decision. Kata Kunci: Brand Trust, Purchase Decision, Ewom referral PENDAHULUAN Perkembangan ekonomi, teknologi, budaya, dan gaya hidup di era globalisasi yang semakin pesat seiring berjalannya waktu menimbulkan persaingan dalam berbagai bidang, terlebih dalam perekonomian yang tumbuh dengan sangat pesat. Tuntutan untuk bisa memberikan penampilan terbaik membuat masyarakat semakin peduli dengan masalah ini terutama bagi kaum wanita. Secara lahiriah, wanita selalu ingin tampil cantik. Beragam cara yang akan dilakukan untuk tetap tampil cantik salah satunya dengan melakukan perawatan kecantikan. Kebutuhan wanita terhadap fasilitas kecantikan sekarang ini terus meningkat, karena wanita sudah menyadari begitu pentingnya kesehatan tubuh dan merawatnya agar terlihat cantik dan sehat. Banyak tempat yang menawarkan perawatan kecantikan, mulai dari salon-salon kecil hingga klinik-klinik kecantikan mewah. Semuanya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Konsumen juga menjadi semakin selektif dalam memilih tempat perawatan kecantikan mana yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Hal inilah yang membuat bisnis ini menjadi semakin kompetitif (Apriliani dan Edwar, 2015).

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden dan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Responden berasal dari Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Medan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Besarnya kontribusi disiplin kerja dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 0,427. Artinya bahwa disiplin kerja sangat penting karena akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 42,70%. Leader member exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Besarnya kontribusi leader member exchange dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 0,151. Artinya bahwa leader member exchange sangat penting karena akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 15,10%. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Besarnya kontribusi motivasi kerja dalam mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah sebesar 0,333. Artinya bahwa motivasi kerja sangat penting karena akan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 33,30%.
