Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai analisis perhitungan Break Even Point (BEP) dengan tepat. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul digunakan metode analisis deskriptif.Hasil dari penelitian ini perusahaan hanya menggunakan analisa BEP sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk bertindak lebih hati-hati dalam pengambilan keputusan, pengelompokan biaya secara khusus kedalam biaya tetap dan biaya variabel dan berdasarkan perhitungan BEP perusahaan telah melakukan penjualan yang melebihi tingkat BEP yaitu untuk tahun 2005 penjualanya lebih dari Rp.63.855.072.056 dan untuk tahun 2006 penjualan lebih dari Rp.70.009.701.911.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di PT. JNE Medan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Harga terhadap Kepuasan konsumen Besarnya pengaruh Harga terhadap Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 68,4%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen. Besarnya pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 12,1%. Harga dan Kualitas pelayanan secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen di JNE  Medan, dengan tingkat kemampuan Harga dan Kualitas pelayanan untuk menjelaskan Kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 86,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan

Abstract

The company was running a business, either directly or indirectly affects the viability of the company. From the ANOVA or F test , obtained F count of 49.839 with a significance level of 0.000 . So F count > F table (49.839 >3,09) or sig F < 5% (0,000 <0,05). It means that the variable quality of products and brand  significantly the simultaneous influence towards the  customer loyalty (y).  By this it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study can be proven .R-square for y ( customer loyalty ) is 0.526. This means that 52.6% of variation in customer loyalty (y) is influenced by the variable x1 ( product quality ) and variable x2 ( brand ) or influence product quality (x1) and brand (x2 ) collectively or synchronously to the variable y ( customer loyalty  ) amounted to 52.6 % and the balance of 47.4 % is determined by other variables .Due to the quality of products significantly affect the increase of customer loyalty , then the quality of the resulting  product is maintained and if necessary enhanced  through increasingly sophisticated technology so the results more satisfying consumer.  Keywords : Product Quality,Brand,Customer Loyality

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the correlation between motivation  and compensation  to employee satisfaction. Simultaneously motivation  and compensation had positive influence on employee satisfaction.  Partially, motivation had positive influence to satisfaction, but compensation had no influence to satisfaction. That means that company have to increase employee satisfaction that can be increasing employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Kebijakan Jangka Pendek dan Panjang Terhadap Profitabilitas Dan Kebijakan Dividen Pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar di BEI .Penelitian dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari: website.www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 Kabupaten/Kota, dengan Jumlah sampel yang diteliti 15 Kabupaten/Kota yang terdiri dari 11 Kabupaten dan 4 Kota. Tahun amatan APBD yang dipakai yaitu 7 tahun (tahun 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 dan 2016. Rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efektivitas dan rasio efisiensi pajak daerah secara simultan berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap efisiensi belanja daerah pada pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota Di Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence Promotion, Price and Quality Service to Customer Satisfaction at PT. Maxim Housewares Indonesia Medan. The result of this research is there is significant influence of Promotion to Consumer Satisfaction, The amount of influence of Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction is 20,9% There is significant influence of Price to Customer Satisfaction, the amount of influence Price to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 16,2% There is significant influence Quality service to consumer satisfaction, the amount of influence Quality of service to Customer Satisfaction is equal to 63.6% Promotion, Price and Quality of service together significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at PT. Maxim Houseware Indonesia Medan, with the capability of Promotion, Price, and Quality of service to explain customer satisfaction is equal to 82,5% while the rest equal to 17,5% explained by another variable not included in this research model.

Abstract

This research is motivated by knowledge management that is notoptimal for each individual or organization, namely on employee performancewhere there are some employees who have not implemented knowledge management at PTPN III Medan, such as a lack of knowledge to manage information in the organization, so that employees in sharing knowledge between employees is not optimal. This study aims to determine whether knowledge management has an effect on competitive advantage. To find out whether knowledge management and competitive advantage partially affect employee performance, to find out whether knowledge management affects employee performance through competitive advantage. The total population in this study was 685 people and 103 were sampled by taking 15% of the total population. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that knowledge management had an effect on competitive advantage, knowledge management had a significant effect on employee performance, competitive advantage had no effect on employee performance, knowledge management had no effect on employee performance through competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai belanja hedonis, gaya hidup belanja secara parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif, untuk mengetahui apakah emosi positif memoderasi pengaruh nilai belanja hedonis, gaya hidup belanja secara parsial terhadap pembelian impulsif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah residual MRA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai belanja hedonis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Chatime Juanda Medan. Gaya hidup berbelanja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif pada Chatime Juanda Medan. Emosi positif memperlemah hubungan antara nilai belanja hedonis dan pembelian impulsif di Chatime Juanda Medan. Emosi positif memperlemah hubungan antara shopping lifestyle dan impulse buying di Chatime Juanda Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of suitability of work placement and compensation on work performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. To find out whether the level of education moderates the effect of suitability of work placement and competence on work performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The population in this study was 175 people, and using slovin obtained a sample of 121 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and MRA. The results showed that the suitability of work placement had a significant effect on job performance in the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. Competence does not affect work performance at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. The conclusion that can be obtained from the above results is that the moderator is proven to be significant in influencing the suitability of work placement for work performance. The conclusion that can be obtained from the above results is that the moderator is proven to be significant in influencing competence on work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of punishment on work discipline, the effect of supervision on work discipline, length of work on work discipline. The population in this study were 163 non-permanent teachers and permanent teachers at the Medan Raksana Education Foundation, and the sample taken was 116 using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that punishment does not have a significant effect on work discipline, supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, length of work as a control variable has a significant effect on the punishment variable and supervision on work discipline.
