Abstract

The Statista.com site predicts that in 2024 the volume of data and information will continue to increase, increasing 75 times compared to data 2010. PT AXA Financial Indonesia is one of the life insurance industries that continues to grow rapidly with an increase in data per day, even though the world is currently experiencing a viral pandemic. Therefore, data storage and documents need to be managed properly. Electronic Document System (e-docs) is a solution for storing data and documents electronically and efficiently. Therefore, it is important to measure the implementation of the Electronic Document System (e-docs). This study aims to determine the effect of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Net Benefits at PT AXA Financial Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 20. The results of this study indicate that the variables of System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on user satisfaction as well as user satisfaction. partially to the net benefits. Meanwhile, System Quality, Information Quality and User Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on net benefits but do not have a positive effect on Service Quality.

Abstract

The current digital marketing system continues to advance, along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology with the presence of the internet. Digital Marketing is the process of marketing a product or service through digital media or the internet that can reach wider consumers. This design creation service will be marketed via the internet or digital marketing so that its scope is even wider. And in a pandemic like this time it makes it easier to market without having direct contact with customers. Through digital marketing, it is hoped that it can make it easier for everyone who wants to buy video, animation and image design services without having to come far, even if there is an order from outside the city or even from abroad. Therefore the solution given is to build a Digital Marketing Information System for Making Video, Animation and Image Design Services. The method used in the design and software is the Waterfall method which uses several stages, namely planning, modeling, development and deployment. The web development framework uses the Codeigniter Formwork. It is hoped that the results of making digital web marketing can increase sales and make it easier for customers to find information

Abstract

Waste bank in principle operates like a bank in general, in the process customers come saving garbage and at a predetermined time can withdraw money from the waste that has been saved by the customer. Waste is waste material produced from household waste, offices and others. Then it needs to be handled in addressing problems caused by garbage, one of which is with the existence of waste banks. Processed waste in the form of organic waste such as, plastic waste, paper, metal and others. The waste is processed into various handicrafts or sold to other parties to be used as raw materials. In the processing of data in the waste bank is still done by manual that is written on the general ledger or agenda book. The officer must record every time a transaction occurs. Therefore we are interested to create a waste bank distribution information system with oil counter that can help officers in the transaction process and customers check the balance independently

Abstract

The best selection is made to give an award to employees who have worked well and are exemplary. This is done as a form of gratitude for what has been given to the company. However, in selecting the best employees there are several criteria for consideration, namely discipline, attendance, communication, cooperation and responsibility. Due to the large number of employee data, causing the decision-making process time. So, the author uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method where the decision-making process is carried out by evaluating alternatives based on predetermined criteria to help speed up decision making in selecting the best employees. The alternative matrix calculation yields a value of 0.333 or 33,3% for employee 4 on behalf of Apri Yuliani. And those employees are recommended as the best employees

Abstract

AbstrakPada masa saat ini perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin berkembang sehingga memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi. Dalam dunia promosi maupun bisnis sangat dibutuhkan sebuah media promosi sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan perusahaan dan mempromosikan suatu usaha. Layanan informasi dan promosi di setiap perusahaan menjadi peranan yang penting untuk menarik minat konsumen terhadap usaha tersebut.Dengan menjadikan iklan sebagai media promosi, suatu usaha dan bisnis dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Teknik Motion Tracking yang diterapkan dalam pembuatan iklan adalah salah satu contohnya.Media promosi ini berisikan video tentang berbagai menu makanan di di sebuah usaha dalam hal ini Kedai Ayam Heppi dengan harapan media ini dapat memberikan informasi mengenai berbagai menu makanan di Kedai Ayam Heppi. Abstract

Yayasan Al-Muhajairin yang berlokasi di kota Bogor merupakan sebuah yayasan pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan setingkat sekolah pertama , dimasa pandemi seperti ini pemanfaatan teknologi sangat diperlukan dalam proses belajar mengajar , salah satunya adalah pemanfaatan teknologi software google form . Permasalahan timbul terkait keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi google form untuk proses pengajaran kususunya pembuatan soal ujian pada yayasan tersebut menjadi alasan, oleh karena itu Universitas Nusa Mandiri membuat solusi dengan melaksanakan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Google Form Untuk Pembuatan Soal di Yayasan Al-Muhajirin Kota Bogor. Dengan harapan pelatihan tersebut dapat membantu para pendidik untuk bisa mengimplementasikan pemanfaatan teknologi Google Form pada yayasan tersebut.

Abstract

Ketersedian data dan informasi menjadi hal yang penting dalam proses pengambilan keputusan sebagai bahan analisa perkembangan UMKM atau organisasi, kebutuhan data dan informasi yang lengkap benar dan tepat juga menjadi kebutuhan bagi kelangsungan perkembangan UMKM ke depan. Sistem penunjang keputusan menggunakan business intelligence ini menggunakan tool pengolahan dari microsoft yaitu sql server integration services (SSIS) dan sql server reporting services (SSRS). Business Intelligenci juga dapat membantu sebuah UMKM atau organisasi untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan yang jelas mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi sehingga dapat membantu organisasi dalam pengambilan keputusan serta sekaligus meningkatkan keunggulannya (competitive advantage). Business Intelligenci juga dapat membantu suatu organisasi dalam menganalisis perubahan tren yang terjadi sehingga akan membantu organisasi menentukan strategi yang diperlukan dalam mengantisipasi perubahan tren tersebut. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan hasil dashboard atau report yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai bahan pengambilan keputusan. penelitian ini dilakukan pada UMKM di Gunung Putri Kab. Bogor. sumber data diperoleh dari sistem lama atau dari user kemudian diolah dengan sistem baru. hasil antara report sistem baru dan sistem lama kemudian dibandingkan menggunakan software spss untuk melihat presentase perbedaan nilainya.

Abstract

Currently in the business world, companies have the challenge to survive and even thrive in the face of business changes that are so fast and flexible both in terms of markets, consumers, products to competitors. Companies are required to be able to take quick and appropriate decisions in the face of all these business changes. Implementation of Business Intelligence in a company becomes a real solution in facing all those challenges. Where by using Business Intelligence, management within a company can make appropriate decisions based on valid data that has been processed into knowledge and presented from various perspectives needed. This research developed an integrated system in the form of an OLAP-based dashboard to present data reports, especially in the Human Resources Division. Various data in the excel file upload are automatically generated by ETL to the database using SSIS and consolidated into a data warehouse. Processing using SSAS, which is displayed in the form of a dashboard using Reporting Services with a more interesting summary form. With the development of the HR Learning and Development dashboard, top-level management companies get reports for quick, precise and accurate decision making.

Abstract

Each ministry always has a budget for official travel, especially for the daily money given to personnel who travel in exchange for daily expenses. With the current pendemi need to be held an application system that can reduce contact when handling official travel files. The design of this application will use the implementation of Deterministic Finite Automata (DFA) as an abstract machine to determine the state or stages to determine the transition between these stages to determine the daily money calculation of official travel. From the calculation of daily money will be made recapitulation to be verified and if it is considered appropriate and correct will be transferred to the account that travels to the office. This is the role in making abstract machines for the calculation of daily money using Deterministic Finite Automata (DFA) because each stage is right to one stage next until the last stage that prints proof of transfer.

Abstract

The obligations to each university as described in the Tridharma of Higher Education are education, research, and community service. One form of this obligation at the Nusa Mandiri School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) is to carry out community service. This is carried out in relation to the concern of every institution or institution engaged in education by following technological developments and advances. This time, community service was carried out at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia or JPI is a company that was founded with a spirit of togetherness, seeing opportunities for the development of its property and human resources, so the company is currently focusing on the business area carried out by PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia is a Property Developer, Property Agency (JPI Propertindo). Limited understanding of the Microsoft Excel program for office inventory, therefore the Nusa Mandiri College of Information and Computer Management conducted Community Service in the form of Excel Training Workshop Training for Inventory kator at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia (PT. JPI) in East Jakarta. With this training, it can help management in managing inventory activities at PT. Jaya Persada Indonesia (PT. JPI).
