Abstract

PKK in Kelurahan Kebon Bawang is a community organization that functions as a facilitator, planner, implementer, controller and activator at each level for the implementation of the PKK program. The relationship between the mobilizing teams is consultative and coordinative by still paying attention to the hierarchy of functions of the PKK movement in DKI Jakarta Province. The relationship between the Kebon Bawang Urban Village PKK Driving Team and the Kelurahan PKK Driving Team chaired by the Kebon Bawang Urban Village is consultative and coordinative. Limitations in using the animaker program as a supporting tool in making teaching materials / material that can be conveyed online, therefore the Nusa Mandiri College of Information and Computer Management carries out Community Service in the form of IT Workshop Training for Online Learning Methods with Animakers at PKK in Kebon Village Onions in North Jakarta. With this training, it can help individuals in PKK in Kebon Bawang Village in making tools as a means of making materials for online learning during the pandemic.

Abstract

Single Tuition Fee (UKT) is a tuition payment rule that funds each student according to his economy, especially at PTN whose tuition fees are also determined from the student's economy. Students pay for the semester which is decided according to the single tuition fee minus the costs borne by the government, in other words each student only pays one component. At Budi Darma University, the payment of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) has been determined by the campus by being able to pay in 6 installments per year in order to ease the payment of tuition fees to students. However, the number of students who meet the requirements in applying for UKT assistance makes it difficult for the campus in the selection process. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to solve a problem by applying the comparison of the Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) by including weighting with the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method to get accurate and effective results. From the test results, getting the best alternative that is considered worthy of single tuition assistance is in the same alternative, namely A7 on behalf of Zaza Mutiara Arini. Calculations using the MOORA method get the best preference value of 0.7391 while calculations using the SAW method get the best preference value of 0.8976.

Abstract

The development of software today in large and small organizations encourages every organization to develop and control in terms of development. Every organization in software development must grow and be able to improve itself, one of which is by handling advancement, if the company cannot do this. Therefore, the company will never be able to learn to take advantage of previous experience, so it will not be able to improve the quality of the existing process. Computer program Prepare Advancement can be done by referring to the CMMI (Capability Development Demonstrate Integration) made by SEI (Computer Program Designing Founded). SEI is a research center in the field of program designing, especially those related to procurement, engineering item lines, and prepare change. CMMI itself defines several levels of development, in order to go up to a higher level a number of processes must be carried out.

Abstract

Cloud computing or what is commonly called cloud computing is being widely discussed in this digital era, the ease of procuring servers is very helpful in the system design process within an organization or company in implementing it, PT Arcelon uses this technology in building a procurement information system to speed up the development stage, procurement of goods and management of goods in and out of goods is currently still in a manual process so a goods procurement information system is needed in the form of a web that can be accessed from the internet network to be able to process and make reporting in every transaction in and out of goods, PT Arcelon has a problem in build a system into a server, by buying a very expensive server, long installation and procurement time, and maintenance that is done often causes a problem, such as an electric short circuit when carrying out maintenance, hindering ongoing business processes in carrying out system deployments that are being carried out because it requires a Cloud Computing technology to bridge this where the system development model that will be used is the waterfall SDLC model (waterfall) by utilizing cloud technology which can guarantee very high server availability. high and can serve many requests from many users under certain conditions. The results of the study show that the system built makes it easier for companies to carry out transactions both procurement, checking, and entering and leaving goods.

Abstract

A mobile-based attendance application is needed in a company so that attendance data continues to run every day in real time so that the attendance data report can be used by management in making various decision-making. It is necessary to develop an application system with features provided to support user satisfaction on all types of mobile phones. In this study using the Webqual 4.0 method which has three dimensions, namely the dimensions of information quality, interaction quality dimensions, and usability quality dimensions. The results of this research found in the t test of the three variables found that the variable quality of service interaction was 2.255 which had a significant effect on user satisfaction and the f-count test was 56.904 with a significance value of 0 less than 0.05 (0<0, 05). The quality of services interactions has a major influence on user satisfaction in an application quality followed by usability quality which is also a trigger for user satisfaction.Keywords: Mobile-based attendance; Webqual; Quality; User satisfaction AbstrakAplikasi absensi berbasis mobile dibutuhkan dalam sebuah perusahaan agar data absensi tetap berjalan setiap harinya sercara real time sehingga laporan data absensi tersebut dapat digunakan oleh pihak management dalam melakukan berbagai pengambilan keputusan. Diperlukan pengembangan sistem aplikasi dengan fitur yang disediakan untuk mendukung kepuasan pengguna pada semua jenis telapon selular. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 yang memiliki tiga dimensi yaitu dimensi kualitas informasi, dimensi kualitas Interkasi, dan dimensi kualitas usability. Hasil dari penilitian ini terdapat pada uji t dari ketiga variabel mendapatkan bahwa variabel kualitas interaksi pelayanan sebesar 2,255 memiliki pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan pada uji f-hitung sebesar 56,904 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0<0,05). Kualitas interaksi pelayanan memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap kepuasan pengguna dalam sebuah kualitas aplikasi yang diikuti dengan kualitas kegunaan yang juga menjadi pemicu kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Online learning is an educational process conducted through the internet. This is a new concept for students and requires adjustment. This method can impact student understanding, as each individual has a unique level of comprehension. This application was developed using the CRISP-DM methodology, which is an industry standard for data mining. Flowcharts are used to illustrate the process of creating applications and implementing algorithms, while DFDs are used to depict data flow. The data for this research was obtained from questionnaires distributed to 198 students. The research results show that the application implementing the C5.0 algorithm to determine the level of student understanding of online learning materials during the covid-19 pandemic has been successfully implemented and functions well, with a student understanding level of 60%. However, this figure is still considered low. Based on the decision tree results generated by the C5.0 algorithm, the communication attribute is the most influential factor in online learning. Therefore, to improve student understanding, an increase in multi-directional based learning is needed.

Abstract

UMKM Tajur Halang Makmur is a social organization as a forum and means of developing every member of society who grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from and for the community in the region, especially those engaged in medium and small businesses. Meanwhile, the membership of Jakarta MSMEs, hereinafter referred to as PKK Mothers, is every member of the community. Tajur Halang Makmur UKM Cooperative, Founded on 03 September 2019, address Ruko Ning's Residence Jalan Raya Kalisuren, Kalisuren Village, Tajurhalang District, Bogor Regency, Deed of establishment of the cooperative "UKM Tajurhalang Makmur" Number: 04,- Date: 03 September 2019. UKM Cooperative Tajurhalang Makmur operates in the Multi Business sector. The problem is limited understanding of social media management which has not been optimized within the MSME management environment. The use of social media is still manual for sales information. Therefore, Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of training and utilizing Whats App Business technology in developing product sales. With this training, PKK mothers can help manage and provide information data with training in implementing digital product sales. The output that will be achieved from this socialization in the form of community service is publication in local print or electronic mass media

Abstract

This study analyzes the capability level of information technology (IT) governance using the COBIT framework, focusing on the APO (Align, Plan, and Organize) and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domains. In the rapidly evolving digital era, IT plays a crucial strategic role in supporting operational efficiency, product innovation, and customer service enhancement. However, suboptimal governance may hinder the achievement of business objectives. The primary aim of this research is to assess the alignment between business processes and IT strategies, identify weaknesses in IT governance, and provide recommendations for improvement. The methods used in this study include interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires. The results indicate that the integration of the APO and MEA domains can enhance the effectiveness of information system audits and provide significant added value to companies in their efforts to achieve better IT governance.

Atsiri Women's Cooperative is engaged in the field of All Kinds of Business. The problem of limited understanding of social media management that has not been carried out in optimization in the UMKM management environment. The use of social media used is still manual for sales information. Therefore Therefore Nusa Mandiri University carries out Community Service in the form of training and utilization of Canva application technology in developing product sales. With this training, it can help Cooperative Mothers in managing and providing information data with training in implementing digital product sales. Abstract

This study aims to understand and predict the unemployment rate patterns based on educational background in Indonesia between 1986 and 2024, with a focus on university graduates. The data, which was initially complex, was successfully processed into a format ready for time series analysis, and the GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity) model was applied to measure the volatility of unemployment. The evaluation results show that the GARCH model's assumption regarding the stability of the average unemployment rate is inaccurate, as evidenced by the large error values (RMSE 283209.26 and MAE 246252.37), indicating that this model does not fully capture the fluctuations in unemployment. The average coefficient (mu) is 436.50, and the log-likelihood is -284.05, with conditional volatility forecast values ranging from approximately 1.91e+11 to 2.79e+11. The Bayesian Structural Time Series (BSTS) model was also applied to decompose the data into long-term trend components and seasonal patterns, providing a clearer picture of unemployment movement. However, technical constraints in the implementation of BSTS using TensorFlow Probability resulted in predictions not being completed. Nevertheless, this analysis shows that the unemployment rate of university graduates is highly volatile, and improvements in the GARCH model, as well as resolution of the technical constraints in the BSTS model, are crucial for generating more accurate and reliable predictions.
