Business communication covers all activities related to business activities including correspondence. Correspondence includes those relating to the handling of correspondence, including incoming and outgoing letters. The development of correspondence is currently very rapid, especially in the handling of letters, both incoming and outgoing mail. This happens because they are increasingly aware of the importance of incoming and outgoing letters in activities carried out in government and private offices. Activities will not run and develop properly without having a relationship or communication between each other or with other parties. The purpose of this study was to determine the handling of incoming and outgoing mail, the obstacles faced and how to overcome the obstacles, at the Government Service Office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. While the data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The results showed that the handling of incoming and outgoing letters can be said to be good in accordance with the procedures and the obstacles in handling incoming and outgoing letters are the lack of place or space for important letters and handling of letters is still a little slow, sometimes old letters reach the recipient. concerned, the Head of Service who is sometimes rarely in place so that the signing of the letter becomes late. However, the handling of incoming and outgoing letters at the Government Service Office can be said to be good and in accordance with the procedures set at the Government Service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data-data empiris dan mengetahui layanan bimbingan kelompok diharapkan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal remaja di SMP XYZ. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen, desain yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP XYZ dengan jumlah 252 siswa. Dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling dari tingkat rendahnya interaksi sosial remaja. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian dibuat indikator variabel Y dan uji validitasnya terdapat 56 item pernyataan yang dinyatakan valid, selain itu juga diuji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus Alfa Cronbach dengan hasil .888. Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji t. Berdasarkan uji t didapatkan hasil sebesar -6.119 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.000 sehingga hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternative (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cinema therapy efektif dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal remaja.

Tempat penitipan hewan keberadaannya saat ini mulai banyak terlihat di kota-kota besar. Namun tidak banyak yang memberikan layanan yang baik terhadap pelanggan karena belum menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan dan penyajian datanya. Sehingga membuat banyaknya kesalahan operasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengubah sistem manual menjadi elektronik sebagai sebuah sistem informasi yang berbasis website. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode scrum agar setiap fiturnya bisa lebih cepat terbentuk. Dengan adanya sistem informasi penitipan hewan ini, layanan terhadap pelanggan menjadi lebih baik dan optimal. Selain itu juga memberikan manfaat bagi penyedia jasa penitipan hewan agar dapat menjalankan proses bisnisnya lebih cepat dan tepat. Kesalahan – kesalahan operasional bisa di minimalkan dan juga human error dapat terkendali.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi kesulitan keuangan (financial distress) pada tiga perusahaan yang termasuk dalam industri ritel yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia (BEI) dengan periode pelaporan 2019 – 2021. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Altman Z Score. Hasil menunjukkan ketiga perusahaan tersebut cenderung mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2020. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai Z Score PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk 0,58, PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk sebesar 1,49 dan PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk sebesar 1,18. Kata Kunci: Altman Z Score, Komunikasi bisnis, Kondisi Keuangan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prediksi kebangkrutan dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score pada tiga perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 – 2021 dalam persepsi maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesulitan keuangan yang dialami oleh sektor makanan dan minuman yang dianggap sebagai peluang ekonomi syariah yang dapat dikembangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dan menggunakan data sekunder dengan mengakses situs www.idx.co.id. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) mengalami penurunan Z Score dari 1,54 di tahun 2019 menjadi 1,37 di tahun 2020 dan 1,20 di tahun 2021. Kata Kunci: Altman Z Score, Kesulitan Keuangan

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of country image and beauty vlogger reviews on purchase intention, analyze whether beauty vlogger reviews have an effect on purchase intention and analyze whether country image and beauty vlogger reviews have an effect on purchase intention. This research will be conducted to analyze the effect of country image and Beauty vlogger review on Purchase Intention of Korean cosmetics consumers on the Althea.kr website. The survey will be shared via the comments column on Veronica Ong's video channel. Using a web survey via Google form. In recent years, web surveys have been used to collect respondent data for academic research as well as authors sharing surveys online on forums discussing the Althea.kr site, researchers posting survey messages in the comments column by providing a link to beauty vlogger Veronica Ong's video. The conclusion from this study is that country image has a significant effect on purchase intention, beauty vlogger reviews have a significant effect on purchase intention and together country image and beauty vlogger review have a significant effect on purchase intention of Korean cosmetic products. In terms of country image, in this study country image shows significant results on the purchase intention of cosmetic products from South Korea. Here Althea.kr has described products from South Korea and reflects the characteristics of South Korea as a developed country in the field of cosmetics.

The purpose of this research is to explore and assess the deployment of integrated marketing communications in order to increase brand recognition and its impact on purchase decisions. Purposive sampling was utilized in this work as a non-probability sampling strategy. The researchers considered numerous sample characteristics in this study, including age (17-50) and having utilized travel agency services at least once to book aircraft tickets, trains, events, or hotel reservations. The purposive sampling technique was applied, and 100 samples were collected. SmartPLS was utilized to do partial least squares analysis. According to the findings of the study, integrated marketing communication has a direct effect on brand awareness; integrated marketing communication has a direct effect on purchasing decisions; brand awareness has a direct effect on purchase decisions; and integrated marketing communication influences purchase decisions indirectly through brand awareness.

This research aims to describe the Merdeka curriculum as a form of educational communication for the learning recovery period after the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative. The type of approach in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this research is secondary data in the form of scientific articles, documents related to research, and data from the internet. The technique used in this research is qualitative research with documentation study techniques / historical research or documentary study, namely searching for information related to the development of the research topic through news, official government documents, etc., which is then continued by compiling a bibliography of references related to the research. Research reviewed. This research indicates that the Merdeka curriculum is a form of educational communication for learning recovery. It is due to the gradual implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and the involvement of the social environment as a "learning space" by the nature of communication in general and educational communication in particular. It is a process with comprehensive interaction between the communication components involved.

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational communication and employee motivation as well as the relationship between organizational communication and employee performance. The study's conclusions indicate that corporate communication has a limited influence on the employee performance variable. The t-test findings, which had a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value that was higher than the t-table, serve as evidence for this. The results of the t-test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value that is larger than the t-table suggest that work motivation partially proves that it has an effect on employee performance. Both corporate communication and work motivation have a substantial impact on employee performance. This is shown by the results of the f-test, which show an f-count value greater than f-table and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The trend in used car prices always depends on market conditions, consumer demand, and also the strength of the product itself. Used car sales can still grow in Indonesia because the car ownership ratio is still low and there is a lot of demand from the first time buyer segment. Therefore, used cars are an option for consumers who want cars at more affordable prices. Indeed, it must be admitted that many certain consumers prefer to choose used cars for certain brands or types for various reasons. This research aims to analyze digital media marketing strategy to increase car sales. This type of research is field research. The research informants were 20 used car sales entrepreneurs in Medan City. The analysis method used in this study is the field qualitative method. Based on the research results show that used car sales businesses in Medan City have implemented a marketing strategy through digital media, which means that it can increase car sales.
