Abstract

Abstract: The role of Islamic human resource management isconsidered to significantly influence employee performance. BankBRI Syariah branch of Pakis Malang implements Islamic-basedhuman resource management. The study was conducted todetermine the role of Islamic-based human resource management onemployee performance using descriptive qualitative approach. Theindicators of employee performance are moral values, compensation,spirituality, organizational systems and structures, work quality,creativity and cooperation. As a financial institution that refers toIslamic principles, Bank BRI Syariah branch of Pakis Malang has anIslamic culture that is applied in its human resource management.The implementation of Islamic cultural values to human resourcemanagement at BRI Syariah branch of Pakis Malang, employeesbecome more enthusiastic at work because they feel that their workis a form of worship, being a motivation and a boost for employeeperformance.Keywords: Islamic Human Resource Management, EmployeePerformance, BRI Syariah

Abstract

Abstract. Industry 4.0 has a tremendous impact on many aspects of life. Technological aspects, social aspects, legal and political aspects, environmental aspects, and economic aspects. MSME’s readiness as a support of the national economy to respond to the challenges that follow is interesting to study. Human resources are the most valuable assets in the economy structure. So that the management and qualifications of human resources become very important to know, as changes are caused by industry 4.0. This study aims to determine the competency component of Human Resources and determine the human resources readiness of MSME’s in facing the Industry 4.0. This research uses literature study to find out the competency component of human resources needed in industry 4.0 then it is used gap analysis to describe the human resources readiness of MSME in facing Industrial Revolution 4.0. From the results of this study indicate that the average score for the variable technical competence is 2.4, methodological competence is 2.97, social competence is 2.85, personal competence is 3.25. The average score is 2.86. So it can be concluded that the human resources readiness of MSMEs in facing Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the Not Ready category, (need some of work) Index 2.6 - 3.39. Aspek teknologi, aspek sosial, aspek hukum dan politik, aspek lingkungan, serta aspek ekonomi. Kesiapan UMKM sebagai penopang perekonomian nasional untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan yang mengikutinya menjadi menarik untuk diteliti. Sumber Daya Manusia adalah aset paling bernilai dalam struktur perekonomian. Sehingga pengelolaan dan kesiapan akan kualifikasi iSumber iDaya iManusia imenjadi ihal iyang isangat ipenting untuk ketahui. Penelitiani inii bertujuan untuk mengetahui komponen kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan mengetahui kesiapan SDM UMKM idalam imenghadapi iRevolusi iIndustri i4.0. Penelitan ini menggunakan studi literatur untuk mengetahui komponen kompetensi SDM kemudian digunakan gap analisis untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan SDM UMKM dalam menghadapi Revolusi iIndustri i4.0. Dari ihasil ipenelitian iini menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata untuk variabel kompetensi teknikal adalah 2,4, kompetensi metodologis adalah 2,97, kompetensi sosial adalah 2,85, kompetensi personal adalah 3,25. Nilai rata-rata skor 2,86. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan SDM UMKM idalam imenghadapi Revolusi iIndustri 4.0 idalam ikategori Not Ready, (need some of work) Indeks 2,6 – 3,39. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of the antecedents of intention to leave involve job dissatisfaction and work-related stress in the Small Medium Entreprises (SMEs). The variables were moderated by the perceived alternative job opportunities (PAJO) as Indonesian Migrant Workers. A total of 89 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of SMEs located in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The Data were analyzed using the associative descriptive method, using PLS version 3.0 software. The results of the analysis obtained in this study indicate that work dissatisfaction and work-related stress have a positive influence on the intention to leave the SMEs. The perceived of alternative job opportunities as Indonesian migrant workers successfully moderating the effect of employee work-related stress on the intention to leave SMEs in Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the increase in the quality of human resources (HR) of the digital 4.0-based sharia economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Two things are the focus of writing, including: the qualification of Islamic economic human resources based on digital 4.0 and how to improve the quality of these human resources during the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to meet digital 4.0-based Islamic economic human resources both in quality and quantity, it is necessary to meet qualifications in the form of soft skills and hard skills. Soft skills are related to character building, so faith, morals and sharia are needed which will be realized in all activities which are framed by the characteristics of shiddiq, tabligh, amanah, and fathonah. Meanwhile, hard skills include increasing knowledge and skills to create competent and expert human resources in their fields. Improving the quality of digital 4.0-based sharia economic human resources during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely through the national education system that combines offline and online learning, formal and informal education, socialization and campaigns for government programs to the community. The implementation is through academic channels from various levels or vocations or professions in all educational, social and religious institutions, as well as Islamic economics and finance. The academic path requires new efforts to respond to digital 4.0, namely digital literacy and technological literacy to realize literate human resources.

Abstract

Conflicts in family companies cannot be avoided, given that there are stronger emotional factors in employee family ties that are integrated with logic and rational targets in doing business. For this reason, a conflict management strategy is needed that makes conflict a supporter of the strength of the family business. This study aims to: 1) Determine the extent to which conflict affects the activities and business performance of the company, and 2) how the strategy of PT. Book Mart Indonesia in managing conflicts that occur. The approach used in this research is qualitative, while the type of research is descriptive. The determination of the source in this study was carried out by means of purposive sampling. Two types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection procedures used were interviews and documentation. The results showed that the root causes of conflict in PT. Book Mart Indonesia (PTBMI) is a company that is empty of family values, no organizational culture and weak corporate vision and mission. Conflicts that occur (media.neliti.com), for example misunderstandings related to information, decisions related to project making and decisions about task shifting / division of labor. This conflict is caused by the absence of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), the absence of clear company rules such as an administrative system (recording), professional financial management to strengthening brands in the market. This conflict has a major impact, with indications of high employee turnover and a decline in company performance. Keywords : Conflict, Family Company, Organizational Culture, Strategy, Management.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan asset penting bagi perusahaan sehingga mereka harus dipertahankan dan dikelola agar nyaman dan dapat memberikan kontribusi terbaik, perbankan dengan berbagai talent yang ada harus menerapkan strategi untuk mengelola human capital. Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan adalah talent management, dimana strategi ini akan mengelola bakat yang ada pada perbankan dan memastikan ketersediaan talent dengan penyelarasan terhadap pekerjaan dan waktu yang tepat. Focus penelitian in adalah Bagaimana analisis Talent management strategy dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syari’ah Cabang Pakis. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Penerapan strate Strategy for Acquisitioni pada BRI Syari’ah Cabang Pakis Malang memastikan ketersediaan sumber daya yang berkualitas juga telah didukung oleh ketersediaan support system yang holistic dan akses yang luas, sehingga berbagai kegiatan, keputusan dan program yang dilaksanakan benar-benar sudah teruji dan dapat diterima oleh konsumen / nasabah. 2) Dengan adanya Strategy for Development pada Bank BRI Syari’ah Cabang Pakis Malang perusahaan telah konsisten melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan untuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang ada sehingga para karyawan efektif dan efisien dalam melaksanakan berbagai tugas, serta creative dalam menemukan ide dan berbagai program terhadap nasabah dan perusahaan. 3) Strategi Hoshin Kanri yang dilakukan oleh Bank Syari’ah Cabang Pakis terhadap para karyawan mampu menganalisa dan menetapkan para talent terbaik pada perusahaan, sehingga nantinya kandidat yang diperlukan pada setiap manajer sudah tersedia dengan kualifikasi sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Hal ini tentu akan menjaga dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan yang secara konsisten menjaga talent dan mendidik mereka sesuai dengan kapasitas yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan. Abstract

The process of learning prepositions gets complicated most notably for learners of English as foreign language (EFL) because they encounter challenges in grasping the manifold meanings and dissimilar contextual applications. This study is aimed at identifying the sources of the difficulty that Indonesia learners of English undergo in learning preposition. To this end, a multiple-choice test was designed to gather data regarding the problems of acquiring and learning English prepositions by UNIRA students of English. The test comprised of fifteen questions. Each of the students was supposed to choice the best possible answer out of the choices from a list with the correct English preposition. In this study, method research design used is qualitative. The results suggest that the students meet considerable difficulties in using English prepositions. The students highly depend on their mother tongue, i.e. Indonesia language, which poses a source of command that enables the students in producing inappropriateness of preposition use.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of corporate social responsibility and profitability on stock prices. This research is a type of explanatory research. The population in this study is the Food and Beverage Industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 to 2022, namely 51 companies. The sample of this study are companies that actively issued corporate social responsibility during the research period, namely the Food and Beverage Industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 11 companies. Hypothesis testing uses partial (t) test. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility has a significant effect on stock prices. Profitability has a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the role of corporate governance as moderating variable in relationship between all of independent variables toward stock return. The type of research used in this research is causal associative research. Casual associative research is research that aims to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables. This research is also a quantitative study. The quantitative method is a scientific approach that views a reality as classifiable, concrete, observable and measurable, the variable relationship is causal in nature where the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The conclusion from this study is that the Liquidity Variable has no effect on Stock Returns. Profitability Variable influences Stock Return. Solvency variable has no effect on Stock Return. Accounting Profit Variable influences Stock Return. Operating Cash Flow Variable influences Stock Return. The Independent Commissioner variable cannot moderate the influence of Liquidity on Stock Returns. Independent Commissioners cannot moderate the influence of Profitability on Stock Returns. Independent Commissioners cannot moderate the influence of Solvency on Stock Returns. Independent Commissioners cannot moderate the influence of Accounting Profits on Stock Returns. Independent Commissioners cannot moderate the influence of Operating Cash Flow on Stock Returns. The Audit Committee cannot moderate the influence of Liquidity, Profitability, Solvency, Accounting Profit and Operating Cash Flow on Stock Returns.

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi numerasi yang baik dapat dijadikan sebagai proteksi dalam menekan angka pengangguran, penghasilan rendah, dan Kesehatan yang buruk. Selain kemampuan, penguatan literasi dan numerasi dibutuhkan dalam semua aspek kehidupan sehari-hari baik di rumah, pekrejaan, maupun kehiudpan bermasyarakat. Salah satu upaya penguatan literasi dan numerasi di SLB adalah melalui kegiatan GLS. Salah satunya di SLB Autisme River Kids Malang. Dengan penerapan Sypoka (Busy Book – Pohon Angka) diharapkan dapat membantu sekolah dalam mendukung program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah sebagai penguatan Numerasi dan Literasi. Dimana siswa dapat melihat dan memegang secara langsung media pembelajaran yang diterapkan. Dalam metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari beberapa Langkah kegiatan yang dilaksanakan, yaitu: Perijinan Kepada kepala Sekolah SLB Autisme River Kids, Observasi dan Penentuan Jadwal Pelaksanaan yang disepakati Mitra, Persiapan Alat dan bahan yang untuk pembuatan Sypoka (Busybook- Pohon Angka), Pengembangan Sypoka, Penerapan Sypoka Kepada Siswa, Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kegiatan. Sypoka yang dibuat oleh guru dengan didampingi oleh tim Abdimas (Dosen dan mahasiswa) terdiri dari 1 cover, bagian pengenalan angka, dan bagian pengenalan huruf. Dimana secara keseluruhan sypoka terdeiri dari 10 halaman yang terdiri atas halaman cover dan 9 halaman materi. Disetiap halaman memiliki tujuan pembelajaran tersendiri.
