Abstract

Examining the effects of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline, and job happiness on employees' performance is the goal of this study. The study's population, which totaled 100 people, was made up of workers. The required sample is gathered using a convenience sampling technique. Facts gathered directly from survey respondents are considered primary data. It is here retrieved directly by responding to a questionnaire. The scale that is widely used in the construction of questionnaires is the Likert scale. The data analysis methods employed in this study are hypothesis testing, conventional assumption testing, and data quality testing (validity and reliability testing). Workplace discipline has a significant impact on how well people perform, according to research findings. Work motivation has a big impact on employee performance. A leader's style does not significantly affect employee performance. Job satisfaction has a substantial impact on employee performance. Work ethics, work motivation, leadership style, and job satisfaction all have a big impact on employee performance. An analysis of the adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) shows that the competence, work discipline, remuneration, organizational culture, and organizational commitment variables may all be utilized to explain the performance variable. Meanwhile, the other difference is influenced by or explained by additional elements outside the purview of this research.

Abstract

Sejak diselenggarakannya Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) Malang Raya pada 17 Mei 2020, jajaran Forkopimda Malang Raya (Kab. Malang, Kota Malang dan Kota Batu) terus membentuk Kampung Tangguh. Sesuai hasil wawancara dan diskusi dengan warga wilayah rt.07 rw.02 desa Lumbangsari Kecamatan Bululawang Kabupaten Malang warga menyepakati prioritas utama ketahanan pangan dalam rangka kampong tangguh, yang akan di lakukan warga yaitu melakukan budidaya ikan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra sebagai berikut: 1) Kurangnya Ketersediaan Air yang layak dan memadai untuk Budidaya Ikan Air tawar yang meliputi; 2) Belum adanya Pengelolahan budidaya ikan air tawar meliputi Oleh karena itu, untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut dilakukan beberapa kegiatan yuntuk mendukung dalam pewujudan kampong tangguh, hasil yang didapatkan yaitu: 1. Adanya Tandon Air untuk penampungan dan penyaringan air dari sungai saluran irigasi, 2. Adanya Perpipaan untuk pengairan dari tandon penampungan air ke kolam budidaya ikan dengan menggunakan teknologi grafitasi, 3. Terlaksananya kegiatan Pelatihan Budidaya dan Pengolahan Ikan hasil Budidaya Ikan Air tawar agar memiliki nilai jual yang lebih, dan 4. Terlaksana kegiatan Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Manajemen Organisasi untuk kelompok Budidaya Ikan Air tawar agar terbentuknya kerjasama yang dapat menguatkan usaha.Kata kunci: Kampung Tangguh, budidaya, ikan air tawar

Abstract

Luring Hamlet is a hamlet located in the village of Sukopuro Jabung. The Sukopuro village area includes 4 hamlets namely Luring, Karang Rejo, Kepuh and Pandan Rejo. The total area of Sukopuro village is 630,935 hectares. With an area of approximately 150 hectares, Luring hamlet includes hamlets that have a fairly large agricultural land, which is 120 hectares. Wetlands produce vegetables and sweet potatoes, while drylands produce sugarcane, cassava, maize and durian. The superior commodity is cassava.  The resident's home-based business is the production of cassava chips. Unfortunately, this business has not run optimally. One of the businesses that became the location of assistance from the service team was the cassava chip business owned by Pak Rahmat's family. Traditional business management causes low productivity. To start business development, the service team provides direction to change the products sold from previously in the form of raw chips to chips as ready-to-consume snacks with hygienic, durable and durable packaging. In addition, the service team also provides directions so that in the production process fixed procedures or SOPs are carried out starting from simple ones to maintain product hygiene such as arranging the location for drying chips, using goring oil in a healthy manner and packaging of chips that are hygienic, safe and durable.

Abstract

The widespread distribution of cosmetic products that have not been certified halal has raised concerns about the content being dangerous to health and unfit for use because of questionable cleanliness. Likewise, for food and beverage products. On the other hand, the pandemic has significantly impacted people's social behavior, including in the economic sector. Both business actors and consumers tend to carry out their business activities online. As a result, food and beverage products and cosmetics that have not been certified halal can be easily obtained and consumed by the public. The biggest consumers of these two types of products are teenagers and housewives. This service program's role in halal awareness education comes into play. The aim is to build halal awareness in the community, especially teenagers and homemakers in Kedungrejo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The method used is educational activities to increase halal understanding and awareness, as well as creating simple information media to accelerate the dissemination of information about halal products. The output of this service program includes a better level of community empowerment (increased understanding of the counseling participants) as evidenced by the pre-test and post-test given, audio-visual work in the form of videos and a poster, Ayo Aware Halal, which is posted on the information board at the hall office Village. This poster was also handed over to the PKK Cadre community so that it could be copied and reread at home.ABSTRAKBeredar luasnya produk kosmetik yang belum tersertifikasi halal, memunculkan kekhawatiran berupa kandungan yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan, dan tak layak digunakan karena kebersihannya yang diragukan. Demikian juga pada produk makanan dan minuman. Di sisi lain, pandemic memberikan dampak cukup signifikan dalam perilaku sosial masyarakat, termasuk dalam sektor ekonomi. Baik pelaku usaha maupun konsumen cenderung menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya secara online. Akibatnya, produk makanan dan minuman serta kosmetik yang belum tersertifikasi halal tadi dapat dengan mudah diperoleh dan dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Konsumen terbesar kedua jenis produk ini adalah remaja dan ibu rumah tangga. Di sinilah peran program pengabdian berupa penyuluhan kesadaran halal ini. Tujuannya adalah membangun kesadaran halal masyarakat terutama remaja dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Kedungrejo Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kegiatan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran halal serta pembuatan media informasi sederhana untuk mempercepat penyebaran informasi mengenai produk halal. Luaran dari program pengabdian ini diantaranya yaitu tingkat keberdayaan masyarakat yang lebih baik (pemahaman peserta penyuluhan yang meningkat) terbukti dari pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan, karya audio visual berupa video dan sebuah poster Ayo Sadar Halal yang ditempel di papan informasi kantor balai desa. Poster ini juga diserahkan kepada komunitas Kader PKK agar dapat digandakan dan dibaca kembali di rumah.

Abstract

The World Economic Forum (WEF) 2020 report on the "Top 10 Skills of 2025" states that the skills needed in 2025 include innovation skills, active and strategic learning, solving complex problems, critical thinking, and analysis, originality and initiative, leadership skills and social influence, use of technology, programming skills, and argumentation. One essential skill that is urgent, fundamental, and a prerequisite for mastering other skills is literacy. Sawojajar Village, RW. X is the environment around the Wisnuwardhana University Malang campus which is the target of the GEMAR LITERASI service program (The Youth Movement of Literacy Awareness Around Wisnuwardhana University). The targets in this activity are youth, including members of the youth group. The purpose of the SEMAR MESEM program is to encourage youth to develop essential literacy skills actively, namely reading and writing through short story writing and blogging training. From this activity, 78% of participants (33) considered this training necessary. The overall condition of youth literacy is still low, represented by 32% who rate their literacy insight as good, only about 56% of youth update information/news, 45% of youth review the truth of information, and only about 35% of youth like to write or record important information.ABSTRAKLaporan World Economic Forum (WEF) 2020 mengenai “Top 10 Skills of 2025” menyebutkan bahwa keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di tahun 2025 antara lain keterampilan berinovasi, belajar aktif dan strategis, memecahkan masalah kompleks, berpikir kritis dan analisis, orisinil dan inisiatif, ketrampilan memimpin dan mempengaruhi secara sosial, pemanfaatan teknologi, ketrampilan programming, dan membangun argumentasi. Salah satu ketrampilan dasar yang urgen, fundamental dan prasayarat penguasaan ketrampilan lainnya ialah literasi. Kelurahan Sawojajar RW. X merupakan lingkungan di sekitar kampus Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang yang menjadi sasaran program pengabdian GEMAR LITERASI (Gerakan Pemuda Sadar Literasi di Sekitar Kampus Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang). Target yang dilibatkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemuda termasuk anggota karang tarunanya. Tujuan program ini adalah mendorong pemuda untuk giat mengembangkan kemampuan berliterasi dasar yaitu membaca dan menulis melalui pelatihan penulisan cerpen dan blogging. dari kegiatan ini 78% peserta dari 33 orang menilai pelatihan ini penting. Kondisi literasi pemuda secara keseluruhan masih rendah yang direpresentasi dengan 32% yang menilai wawasan literasinya baik, hanya sekitar 56% pemuda melakukan update informasi/berita,  45% pemuda melakukan penelaahan terhadap kebenaran informasi dan hanya sekitar 35% pemuda gemar menulis atau mencatat informasi penting.

Abstract

The increasing bullying trends become a fear and worry of the parents who are members of PKK cadres in Kedungrejo Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. Therefore, parents should take a proper role in order to prevent the behavior, particularly those involving their children, either as victims, perpetrators, or witnesses. In order to realize that, the government of Kedungrejo Village cooperated with Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang Team to conduct Anti-Bullying Education activity for the cadres of PKK. This educational activity aimed to improve the parents’ insight regarding Bullying Behavior. Based on the educational activity that has been done, there was an increase in the cadres’ insight regarding bullying behavior, in which before the education was carried out, 2 participants understand the behavior, 2 others a little bit understand the behavior, while 17 others did not understand the behavior. Meanwhile, after the educational activity was carried out, all 21 participants strongly understand the bullying behavior, in which they can describe how the bullying behavior is, and how to prevent and overcome the behavior. Hence, it can be summed up that this educational activity can successfully increase the PKK cadres’ insight.ABSTRAKKecenderungan kasus perundungan yang semakin meningkat menjadi ketakutan dan kekhawatiran para orang tua yang tergabung dalam Kader PKK Desa Kedungrejo, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. Karena itu orang tua harus mengambil peran yang tepat untuk mencegah perilaku perundungan, terutama yang melibatkan anaknya, baik sebagai korban, tersangka, maupun saksi. Agar orang tua dapat mengambil peran yang tepat, pemerintah Desa Kedungrejo bekerjasama dengan Tim Universitas Wisnuwardhana Malang untuk memberikan edukasi pada para kader PKK mengenai perilaku perundungan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan orangtua mengenai Perilaku Perundungan. Berdasarkan kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pada orang tua, di mana sebelum edukasi di lakukan, 2 orang peserta memahami, 2 orang peserta sedikit memahami, dan 17 orang perserta tidak memahami perilaku perundungan. Namun setelah edukasi di lakukan, didapatkan data bahwa seluruh peserta yang berjumlah 21 orang sangat paham dengan perilaku perundungan, dimana mereka dapat mengambarkan apa yang dimaksud dengan perundungan, bagaimana cara mencegah dan menanganinya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi ini berhasil meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahaman para kader PKK.

Abstract

One of the supporting pillars of the economy is the agricultural sector. Various needs in supporting food security, provision of production materials, results of industrial market strategies and sources of human resources and provision of capital for other sectors are fulfilled by the agricultural sector. This research was conducted to examine the perceptions (interests) of the younger generation in the agricultural sector in Sekarpuro Village, Pakis District, Malang Regency. This study used stratified random sampling, namely sampling based on strata. The research data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used is quantitative descriptive method in the form of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) to analyze the effect of income, capital, family environment (parental point of view), age, education and work environment on perceptions (interest young generation towards agriculture). The research results obtained are that the interest of the young generation is strongly influenced by the parents' point of view, work environment and income. Based on the findings of a study on perceptions of youth interest in the profession of rice farming, a number of 99 young people, it is known that the interest of the younger generation in agriculture strongly agrees 4% disagrees 52.5% normal 38.4% agrees 5.1. The value of 100% is the cumulative value of the sum of 4% + 52.5 % + 38.4 %+5.1% = 100%. Meanwhile, age, capital, education did not influence the perception (interest) of the younger generation in the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This research discusses the management of working capital in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, focusing on the Sambel Pecel BU RAHAYU MSME in Malang. The background of this research is the critical condition of working capital management among MSMEs in Indonesia, where surveys show that many MSMEs only have enough capital to sustain their operations for a maximum of three months. This study aims to examine how innovative working capital management that highlights local wisdom can help business sustainability. The research method used is field research through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that effective and innovative working capital management at the Sambel Pecel BU RAHAYU MSME can improve business efficiency and profitability. A good working capital turnover rate enables this business to continuously grow and remain highly competitive. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of working capital in business operations and how local wisdom and innovation can be key factors in the success of MSMEs.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan modal kerja pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada UMKM Sambel Pecel BU RAHAYU di Malang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kondisi kritis pengelolaan modal kerja UMKM di Indonesia, dimana survei menunjukkan bahwa banyak UMKM hanya memiliki modal untuk bertahan maksimal tiga bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengelolaan modal kerja yang inovatif dengan menonjolkan kearifan lokal dapat membantu keberlanjutan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan modal kerja yang baik dan inovatif pada UMKM Sambel Pecel BU RAHAYU mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan profitabilitas usaha. Tingkat perputaran modal kerja yang baik memungkinkan usaha ini untuk terus berkembang dan berdaya saing tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya modal kerja dalam menjalankan operasional usaha serta bagaimana kearifan lokal dan inovasi dapat menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan UMKM.

Abstract

Corrie Gallery makes various products made from fabric and thread as well as soap-based products, such as wall decorations that have value or are called "Valuable Products", that is, apart from being wall decorations, these decorations also have a fragrant scent which is complemented by the aroma of therapeutic oil to make it smell good. room. Corrie Gallery has been established for the last 5 years under the leadership of Mr. Andhik Dharmabakti is the owner of the UMKM Home Decoration and Fashion Corrie Gallery in the Handicraft business sector which is located at the Sawojajar Permai Shop Block A No 30, Sawojajar Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City. This product from Corrie Gallery is made in such a way with a variety of designs and a combination of materials so that it becomes a product that has artistic value and selling power. Apart from Home Decoration Products, Corrie is also trying to develop Fashion Products, namely Women's batik clothes which are elegantly designed and have been displayed in several Fashion Show activities. The problem that has been agreed upon lies in digital marketing and product marketing that is less than optimal so that people do not recognize the products produced even though there are many kinds of products that are needed by the public. And marketing digitalization, namely studying digital marketing through social media, mass media and other supporting technologies. Get to know the market and audience to get to know more about the diversity of products produced. Using social media to build Brand Awareness so that Corrie Gallery can be known by the public both on social media and offline customers who come directly to the gallery. The approach method for this community service activity is educational, namely an interactive discussion followed by a question and answer session as a means of transferring knowledge to empower participants. The results achieved are of course a wider market because of this service activity, Corrie Gallery, sales automatically increase, they are better known to the public, they can develop products that are more popular with the consumer market.

Abstract

One of the government partners is Rukun Tetangga (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW). The RT/RW functions as a coordinator between residents, a bridge between the aspirations of fellow residents and the regional government, mediating the resolution of community problems faced by residents, while their duties include helping carry out the Ministry's duties to the community. The government maintains harmony in life, prepares plans and implements development by developing aspirations and pure self-help communities. From the tasks and functions of the RT / RW above, it can be seen that this is a vital task. RT / RW are institutions that are worthy of direct contact with the public, they are the mouths and ears of the Government which have the function of conveying Government policies and being the first recipients of community aspirations. The regional government has issued regulations for the Malang Regency Region number 12 of 2002 concerning RT / RW. However, if we look at the existence of RT/RW institutions in sub-districts that were initiated in carrying out their duties and functions, they are not yet fully implemented. Indicators that appear to be that the RT/RW Chair does not fully know and understand the duties, functions and responsibilities as well as programs managed by the government, the RT/RW organizational structure is not yet functioning well, as well as a lack of good coordination and cooperation between the RT/RW administrator and the government. . Conditions like this have a big impact on the institutional performance of the RT/RW
