Abstract

The success of developing a company's information system can be measured by the level of community satisfaction. The importance of service quality is not only based on the views of service providers, but also determined by public perceptions. To overcome the problems previously mentioned, analysis is needed to evaluate the quality of a website that is working properly or not. In order to know the quality of the website based on user opinion, the website must be tested using the Webqual 4.0 method. In this study the authors aim to analyze the quality of the e-recruitment website of PT. Angkasa Pura Support using the Webqual 4.0 method. The Webqual method has 4 variables, namely Usability (X1), Information Quality (X2), Service Interaction Quality (X3), and User Satisfaction (Y). Abstract

Petok Village, located in Mojo District, Kediri Regency, is known as a major center for getuk pisang (banana cake) production that has been sustained across generations. However, the production process generates large amounts of waste from raja nangka banana peels that remain unutilized. The banana peel waste generated from these home-based industries has the potential to pollute the environment if not properly managed and disposed of. Based on previous research on the formulation of banana peel flour as a functional food ingredient, this activity aimed to transfer knowledge and skills to getuk pisang producers, enabling them to process banana peel waste into value-added flour. The program was conducted using a participatory approach involving socialization sessions, direct demonstrations of banana peel flour production, and discussions on business opportunities derived from the process. The results showed an 85% increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, as measured by pre- and post-tests. In addition to producing quality banana peel flour, the activity also fostered awareness of circular economy concepts and local resource utilization. This community empowerment initiative presents opportunities for establishing a joint business group focused on banana peel flour processing, as well as collaboration with the village government for product development and sustainable marketing.

Abstract

Fertilization plays a crucial role in determining rice crop productivity; however, excessive fertilizer use does not necessarily result in higher yields. This study aims to examine the relationship between urea fertilizer application and rice production among farmer groups in Kediri Regency. The objectives are: (1) to determine the amount of urea fertilizer applied by farmers during one planting season; (2) to identify the average yield per hectare; (3) to analyze the relationship between urea use and rice yield; and (4) to estimate changes in farmers’ income based on variations in fertilizer application. The research was conducted in Brenggolo Village, Plosoklaten Sub-district, focusing on the Bima Cakra Tani Farmer Group, which serves as a representative of local rice farmers. A total of 30 farmers were randomly selected from several farmer groups to represent the general conditions of fertilizer use and rice production. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman’s Rank Correlation to evaluate the association between the amount of urea fertilizer (Variable X) and rice yield (Variable Y). Results showed that urea application varied from 179 to 845 kg/ha, with an average of 508 kg/ha. Rice yields averaged 5,724 kg/ha, generating an income of approximately IDR10.662.064/ha at a price of IDR3.674/kg. Spearman’s test indicated a significant correlation between urea application and rice yield, where increases in fertilizer use were generally associated with higher yields, although excessive application tended to reduce productivity.

Abstract

Sugarcane cultivation often faces productivity losses due to poor sprouting and non-uniform initial growth. In bud-based nursery systems, seedling quality is heavily constrained by limited media volume and low buffering capacity. This study aimed to evaluate the synergistic effects of NPK fertilizer dosages and Gibberellic Acid (GA) concentrations on the growth and physiological vigor of sugarcane seedlings. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design featuring nine treatment combinations with four replications. Parameters measured included plant height, stem diameter, the number of tillers, the number of leaves, and the chlorophyll index. The results demonstrated that the application of the NPK 150 kg ha⁻¹ + GA 50 ppm treatment significantly enhanced plant height, stem diameter, number of shoots, and the number of leaves compared to the control treatment. Statistical analysis revealed a significant interaction between nutrient availability and hormonal stimulation in overcoming the constraints of limited rooting environments. These findings suggest that precise integration of chemical fertilization and exogenous growth regulators is essential for producing high-quality planting material, potentially reducing losses in the subsequent planting cycle. In the future, it is necessary to confirm the use of a combination of NPK fertilizer with gibberellin during the vegetative period of plants so that the information obtained is comprehensive.
