Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pendidik dalam mengembangkan sikap toleransi peserta didik di PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Hati Palu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sikap toleransi pada anak usia dini merupakan aspek penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik. Di PAUD Terpadu Mutiara Hati Palu, sikap toleransi ditanamkan melalui kegiatan rutin seperti pembiasaan berdoa, pembagian kelas berdasarkan keyakinan, penanaman sikap tidak membeda-bedakan, penyediaan media pembelajaran bertema multikultural, serta perayaan hari besar agama dan kegiatan menonton film serta bercerita. Strategi ini diperkuat dengan keteladanan langsung dari pendidik dan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam kegiatan yang bersifat inklusif. Faktor pendukung dari strategi ini antara lain dukungan dari orang tua dan partisipasi aktif peserta didik, sementara faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya keterlibatan sebagian orang tua dalam kegiatan yang diselenggarakan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya sinergi antara pendidik dan orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan sikap toleransi serta perlunya penelitian lanjutan yang lebih mendalam agar pengembangan sikap toleransi pada anak usia dini dapat dilaksanakan secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the school environment on the learning motivation of students at Negeri 9 Palu. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The instrument in this study uses a questionnaire. The research data that has been collected is analyzed with the help of a computer program using statistical product and service solution (SPSS), and the results of the hypothesis test are analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of the study show a calculated t value of 7.727> t table 1.986. With a significant value of 0.001 < 0.005. The results of this study can also be seen in the coefficient of determination that the contribution of the influence of the variable (X), namely the school environment, to the variable (Y), namely learning motivation, is 41%. The conclusion of the results of this study shows that there is a significant influence of the school environment on the learning motivation of students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 9 Palu. This finding emphasizes the importance of a supportive and engaging school environment in fostering students' motivation to learn, particularly in subjects like Islamic Religious Education. Future research could explore additional factors that may further enhance learning motivation in this context.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education as the main basis of education for an individual should be able to build and integrate a tolerant attitude towards plural social life contained in the Islamic values of moderation, where these values must be applied and become a habit for a child who will grow into a person who has a tolerant attitude towards differences. If young children are not introduced to the values of moderation, then when growing up they will be easily influenced and even influence liberal and extreme ideas which can later threaten disintegration in public life. Seeing the dangers of disintegration that continue to threaten today and the importance of implementing Islamic moderation values in early childhood.

Abstract

Academic procrastination is one of the problems faced by many students, including at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, UNISA Palu. This behavior of delaying tasks has an impact on low academic achievement and delays in completing studies. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the concept of discipline in Islamic education and students' academic procrastination level. The study used a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Prior to regression analysis, validity, reliability, and normality tests were conducted to ensure data quality. The research sample amounted to 141 students who were randomly selected. The results showed that 96% of students still experienced academic procrastination, while 4% had a fairly high level of discipline. Simple linear regression analysis showed a significant negative relationship between the level of discipline in Islamic education and academic procrastination behavior. The higher the level of discipline of students, the lower their tendency to procrastinate. This is in line with the concept of discipline in Islamic education which emphasizes the importance of time management, responsibility, and commitment to scientific mandates. The findings provide important implications for educational institutions, especially in designing strategies to improve student discipline through an Islamic values-based approach. Abstract

Multicultural education in learning has an important role in building mutual respect and respect for differences in the lives of students at school. One of the schools that implements multicultural education in learning is SD N 01 Alitupu. For this reason, this research aims to discover and explain the implementation of multicultural education in learning held at SD N 01 Alitupu. The research method used is a case study, namely examining and analyzing the success of multicultural education in learning implemented by SD N 01 Alitupu. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation where the data results are examined through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research are the substantive foundations used by schools in implementing multicultural education, namely religion and Pancasila which are integrated into learning in each subject. The learning process is carried out based on conveying knowledge and multicultural values ​​originating from religion and Pancasila.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren As an indigenous institution engaged in education, it is a center for the effective spread of Islam in Indonesia. The performance of the Islamic boarding school da'wah movement in its socio-historical setting has enforced and maintained the values ​​of the Islamic tradition of Ahlussunnah wa al-jama'ah typical of Indonesia (Islam Nusantara). Its contribution is very large in enlightening the religious understanding of Muslims with its cultural strategies and approaches. As a religious and moral strengthening institution that exists and has a dialectic with the times, it must continue to adapt and reposition its educational and da'wah movement in accordance with the development trends of modern society and the challenges of globalization that have given rise to various configurations, including; advances in science and technology, communication technology, freedom to access knowledge and information, liberal, radical, intolerant attitudes and thoughts, and so on. The configuration of globalization above is an opportunity as well as a challenge for the Islamic boarding school da'wah movement in upholding Wasathiyah Islamic values ​​in Muslim society and the world. The Islamic boarding school da'wah movement must transform from a "cultural-conventional" da'wah pattern to a "cybernetic-global" da'wah pattern while still holding the principle of delivering moderate da'wah, namely; bi al-hikmah, bi al-mauidzah al-hasanah, and bi al-mujlah in ihsan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi orang tua petani terhadap pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini di TK Nyiur Hijau Desa Bakalinga Kecamatan Bulagi Utara Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar orang tua petani memiliki persepsi positif, mereka menyadari bahwa PAUD dapat membantu anak dalam pengembangan karakter, kedisiplinan, kesiapan mental dan akademik sebelum memasuki jenjang SD. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persepsi ini antara lain latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, kondisi ekonomi, dan pengalaman pribadi mereka. Peran guru dan kepala sekolah juga sangat signifikan dalam membangun kesadaran orang tua melalui komunikasi dan keterlibatan aktif. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi sekolah dan pemerintah agar lebih intensif dalam menyosialisasikan pentingnya pendidikan usia dini di masyarakat petani.

Abstract

The communication strategy of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of the morals of students with disabilities has a very important role, because the condition of intellectual limitations requires a special approach that adjusts to the abilities and needs of students. Teachers not only function as material presenters, but also as guides, motivators, and role models that can be imitated by students. Through the use of simple language, patient and repeated two-way communication, the use of visual methods and hands-on practice, and the provision of real examples in daily life, teachers are able to instill Islamic moral values more effectively. A personal, compassionate, and consistent approach is the key to success in internalizing morals in students with disabilities. Thus, the right communication strategy of PAI teachers will help shape the religious behavior, independence, and discipline of students with disabilities, as well as foster mutual respect, manners, and responsibility. This shows that the formation of morals is not only determined by the teaching material, but is greatly influenced by the communication pattern of teachers who are humane, patient, and full of example.
