Abstract

Bunda Thamrin General Hospital, Medan, is a type C private hospital that offers various types of care, including dental care. In the digital era, the Mobile JKN application was introduced to simplify the registration and patient care process. However, many patients still experience difficulties using it. This study aims to analyze the comparison of patient satisfaction levels between the Mobile JKN application and the on-site service at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital, Medan, using the SERVQUAL approach, which encompasses five dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and a purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 56 respondents, namely BPJS dental care patients who registered through Mobile JKN and on-site. Data analysis was performed using a bivariate statistical test, with a significance value of p < 0.05 as an indicator of significant differences between services. The results showed that overall satisfaction levels were higher among users of the Mobile JKN service (mean = 0.70) compared to users of the on-site service (mean = 0.14), with a p = 0.000. The dimensions of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy showed significant differences favoring Mobile JKN. However, no significant difference was found in the Tangibles aspect (p = 0.173), indicating that ease of access remains a challenge for both services. It can be concluded that Mobile JKN provides a more satisfactory service overall than On-Site, particularly in terms of trustworthiness, response speed, security, and empathy for patients.

Abstract

Male infertility has occurred rapidly in the last few decades, primarily in developing countries. An antioxidant, hesperetin is a flavonoid that is found in abundance in orange peels. The aims of this research were to determine the effect of hesperetin on blood sugar levels, spermatozoaquality, and spermatozoa quantity. The research structure included induction of diabetes mellitus and treatment for 8 weeks, followed bydetermination of blood sugar levels, spermatozoa quality, and spermatozoa quantity. Hesperetin has the ability to restore blood sugar levels, spermatozoa quantity, seminiferous tubules diameter, and testicular weight, volume, and germinal epithelial layer thickness with significant difference from the normal control group. Hesperetin did not fully restore spermatozoa motility, viability, and morphology with significant difference from the normal control group, nor from the positive control group. However, overall, hesperetin decreased blood glucose levels, increased spermatozoa quantity, and improved the spermatozoa quality in alloxan-induced diabetes mellitus mice. Dose-dependent activity was observed with the optimum dose at 200 mg/kg body weight.

Of all work accidents that occur and require the most medical expenses. Complaints of Skeletal Muscle Disorders (musculoscletal) are generally in the form of pain, injury, or abnormalities in the skeletal muscular system, including nerve tissue, tendons, ligaments, muscles or joints. The type of research used is quantitative research with Cross Sectional research design. The sample in this study is the entire number of employees of PT RAP with a sample of 43 The bivariate analysis in this study is the chi square test, and the multivariate analysis uses multiple regression tests. There is a relationship between age p=0.010, work period p=0.000, work duration p=0.0001, work load p=0.001, and posture risk p=0.000, with complaints of upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders in oil palm harvesters. Multiple regression test analysis showed that body posture was p = 0.000, OR 0.005 5, CI = 0.000-0.066, which means that body posture was 0.5 times related to complaints of upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders in oil palm harvesters at PT. RAP. It is expected that the company can provide socialization to workers with the theme of occupational disease hazards and their control, so that workers can be more careful when working to avoid complaints of upper extremity skletal muscle disorders due to occupational risks.
