Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana peningkatan keterampilan berbcara dengan menggunakan model Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Pada Siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Weet dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 12 Siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklus dengan nilai rata-rata siklus I yaitu terdapat empat siswa atau 34% terkategori “baik”, empat siswa atau 33% terkategori “ cukup” dan empat siswa atau 33% terkategori “ kurang “. Sedangkan jika ditinjau dari hasil dan ketuuntutasan belajar yaitu ketercapaian nilai ketuntatasan atau nilai rata-rata adalah 60,9%. Disimpulkan bahwa dalam siklus I ketuntasan belajar belum memenuhi standar KKM 65% dan Pada siklus II terdapat peningkatan yaitu terdapat tiga siswa atau 33% yang terkategori “sangat baik” dalam keterampilan berbicara, delapan siswa atau 66% yang terkategori “ baik”, dan satu siswa atau 1% ”cukup”. Jika ditinjau dari segi hasil belajar, jumlah siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar adalah sebanyak 12 orang atau 100%, hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning dikategorikan berhasil mencapai KKM 63.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis puisi dengan menggunakan teknik Brain writing pada siswa kelas IV SD Inpres Werwaru, penelitian dialakukan dalam dua siklus instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar awal dan tes akhir, lembar observasi dan lembar kerja siswa (LKS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 80,35.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Weet melalui model Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 12 siswa, dan penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa pada setiap siklus. Pada siklus I, ketuntasan belajar belum mencapai standar KKM 65%, dengan nilai rata-rata ketuntasan sebesar 60,9%. Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan signifikan, dengan 33% siswa mencapai kategori “sangat baik,” 66% kategori “baik,” dan 1% kategori “cukup.” Seluruh siswa (100%) mencapai ketuntasan belajar, memenuhi standar KKM 63. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran CTL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve reading aloud skills through the use of KOMAKAS media among third-grade students at SD Kristen Nyama, Maluku Barat Daya Regency. The research employed a classroom action research design, conducted in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 10 third-grade students. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The results indicated an improvement in students’ reading aloud abilities. In the first cycle, the average score was 65.3, which increased to 80.3 in the second cycle after improvements were made in the teaching process. Therefore, the use of KOMAKAS media proved effective in enhancing the reading aloud skills of third-grade students at SD Kristen Nyama.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' speaking skills by using the articulation method to enhance the speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Kristen Poliwu. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research was conducted at SD Kristen Poliwu. The subjects of this study were 10 fourth-grade students of SD Kristen Poliwu. Data collection techniques used were observation and written tests. The results showed an improvement in students' test scores. In the initial test, only 3 students (30%) achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). This increased in the first cycle, where 5 students (50%) met the KKM. In the second cycle, student performance improved significantly, with all 10 students (100%) achieving the KKM. These results indicate that the implementation of the articulation method had a positive impact on the Indonesian language learning process in the fourth grade of SD Kristen Poliwu.

Abstract

This study aims to improve speaking skills through the application of thematic approach in fourth grade students of SD Negeri 192 Maluku Tengah. This study uses the type of class action research (PTK) using 2 cycles in which there are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that based on the results of the first cycle test value obtained 68.20 or sufficient category, while the second cycle test results of 84.53 or very good value category. This can prove an increase from cycle I to Cycle II. The increase shows that the learning of speaking skills in students is very good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in students' reading comprehension skills using the Jigsaw learning model in fifth-grade students of Kaiwatu Christian Elementary School. This study is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Each cycle focuses on reading comprehension skills. Prior to implementing the first cycle, the researcher first established communication with the principal and class teachers to conduct research on the application of the Jigsaw learning model in teaching reading comprehension skills to fifth-grade students of Kaiwatu Christian Elementary School, Southwest Maluku Regency. A pre-test was also conducted to determine the students' initial abilities

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to improve reading comprehension skills using the Speed Reading method in grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Poka in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study was a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were 19 grade V students. The results showed that using the Speed Reading learning method can improve students' reading comprehension skills. The study revealed that the average student learning outcome score in the pre-action phase increased from 53.05% to 63.68% in Cycle I, and in Cycle II, increased to 83.50%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in cycle II, students have classically completed their learning, as 83.50% of students obtained a score of 70 or higher, exceeding the desired completion percentage of 70%. This proves that the use of the Speed Reading method can improve the reading comprehension skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Poka in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of early reading development using big books. The method used was classroom action research, and the sample consisted of seven third-grade students at Kartika XIII-1 Ambon Elementary School. The results of the study showed that big books can improve early reading skills in Indonesian language learning among third-grade students at SD Kartika XIII-1 Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of smartphone use on the listening skills of fourth-grade students at Kartika XIII-1 Ambon Elementary School. The method used is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The results show that smartphone use does not have a significant effect on the listening skills of fourth-grade students at Kartika XIII-1 Ambon Elementary School. The post-test scores did not show an increase compared to the pre-test, with a low N-Gain category. This indicates that smartphones are used more for entertainment than for learning. The questionnaire and observation results support the finding that smartphone use has a more negative impact on students' concentration and listening skills.
