Abstract

Inovasi pembelajaran belajar gerak yang efektif dan menyenangkan perlu dilakukan secara berkala  agar menambah alternatif model pembelajaran yang dapat memacu peningkatan motivasi ibelajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini imerupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk: (1) analisis, (2) perencanaan, (3) ipengembangan, (4) iimplementasi dan (5) evaluasi. Tempat dan subyek penelitian yaitu mahasiwa STOK Bina Guna berjumlah 30 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan angket skala nilai. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) model kebugaran jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional sebagai aktivitas belajar mahasiswa yang diberi nama model latihan three games. (2) model latihan kebugaran jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional three games memenuhi kategori "sesuai" (layak) digunakan sebagai bentuk aktivitas belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah belajar gerak

Abstract

Traditional Acehnese cuisine preservation requires innovative digital approaches to reach broader markets beyond local communities. This research develops a web-based sales system for Ridha Kue Lampisang Store to address current operational limitations and expand market accessibility. The store currently operates through traditional methods, serving customers only at their physical location in Lampisang, Aceh Besar, with manual transaction recording systems. Key challenges include the absence of online marketing capabilities and geographic limitations restricting customer access. This study employs a system development methodology using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 technologies to create a comprehensive e-commerce platform. The research follows a structured approach including system analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The developed web-based system successfully addresses operational challenges by providing 24/7 accessibility, automated transaction processing, and digital inventory management. Performance testing demonstrates excellent results with 1.2-second response time, 0.2% error rate, and 4.4/5.0 user satisfaction rating. The system achieves significant operational improvements including 60% efficiency increase, 60% faster transaction processing, and 95% inventory accuracy. Financial analysis reveals a remarkable 145% return on investment, with annual benefits of Rp 110.4 million against Rp 45 million investment. The platform successfully eliminates geographical barriers, enabling customers to purchase traditional Acehnese cakes anytime and anywhere. This digital transformation not only preserves cultural heritage but also enhances business sustainability and economic prosperity for traditional food vendors.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Permainan kasti merupakan salah satu olahraga tradisional Indonesia yang memiliki nilai edukatif tinggi dalam pengembangan keterampilan motorik siswa sekolah dasar. Namun, kompleksitas alat dan peraturan standar seringkali menjadi hambatan bagi siswa kelas IV SD dalam menguasai keterampilan bermain kasti. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas modifikasi alat dan peraturan permainan kasti dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bermain siswa kelas IV SD. Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pre-test dan post-test design melibatkan 40 siswa kelas IV SD di Medan Amplas, Kota Medan. Modifikasi dilakukan pada ukuran lapangan (dikurangi 30%), berat bola (dari 70-80 gram menjadi 50-60 gram), panjang pemukul (dari 50 cm menjadi 40 cm), dan durasi permainan (dari 2x20 menit menjadi 2x15 menit). Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS v27 dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan bermain kasti setelah implementasi modifikasi (p < 0.05). Rata-rata skor keterampilan meningkat dari 65.8 ± 8.2 menjadi 78.4 ± 6.7. Keterampilan memukul mengalami peningkatan tertinggi (19.2%), diikuti keterampilan menangkap (16.8%) dan berlari (14.5%). Kesimpulan: Modifikasi alat dan peraturan permainan kasti terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan bermain siswa kelas IV SD. Pendekatan ini memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (l) Perbedaan pengaruh metode pembelajaran bola rotan dan bola kenchi terhadap hasil belajar sepaksila (2) Perbedaan pengaruh kecepatan reaksi tinggi dan kecepatan reaksi rendah terhadap hasil belajar sepaksila (3) Mengetahui interaksi antara kecepatan reaksi dengan hasil belajar sepak sila. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa PKO FIK Unimed yang mengambil mata kuliah sepak takraw tingkat lanjut yang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel sebanyak 30 orang, diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes kecepatan reaksi dan tes sepaksila. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik, sedangkan perhitungannya menggunakan uji beda dengan ukuran 2 x 2. percobaan ANOVA faktorial pada taraf signifikan 5%. Untuk memenuhi asumsi hasil penelitian maka dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan uji prasyarat analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1). Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh metode pembelajaran antara bola rotan dan bola kenchi terhadap hasil belajar sepaksila. (thitung > ttabel) 4,900 > 2,048. (2). Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kecepatan reaksi tinggi dan kecepatan reaksi rendah terhadap hasil belajar sepaksila (thitung > ttabel) 6.991 > 2,048). (3). Terdapat interaksi antara kecepatan reaksi terhadap hasil belajar sepaksila. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,661 artinya terdapat interaksi sebesar 66,1%.

Abstract

Athlete performance fundamentally depends on physical conditioning, which remains essential for competitors seeking excellence in their respective disciplines. Each sport presents unique physiological demands that athletes must address through targeted development of their bodily capabilities. This research investigated the fitness characteristics of male sepak takraw players from Unimed's club (USTC). Using quantitative descriptive analysis, researchers assessed five athletes chosen through purposive sampling methods. Physical evaluations measured multiple attributes including muscular strength, velocity, coordination, explosive capacity, and cardiovascular stamina. Findings revealed that participants demonstrated moderate fitness levels, with 60% achieving satisfactory ratings across measured parameters. These outcomes provide valuable insights for coaches and trainers to refine their preparation strategies, adjust program delivery, and optimize conditioning approaches throughout training cycles. The data supports evidence-based decision-making in athlete development planning.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak latihan shuttle run dan zig-zag pada keterampilan menggiring bola pada pemain bola basket sekolah menengah pertama. Desain kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest eksperimental digunakan untuk penyelidikan ini. Sampel peserta terdiri dari 60 siswa sekolah menengah (usia 13-15), secara acak dialokasikan menjadi tiga kelompok: shuttle run (n = 20), lari zig zag (n = 20), dan kontrol (n = 20). Program pelatihan berlangsung selama 8 minggu, terdiri dari sesi yang berlangsung tiga kali seminggu, dengan setiap sesi berlangsung 50 menit. Kemahiran menggiring bola dievaluasi melalui tes dribling bola basket standar AAHPERD yang dilakukan sebelum dan pasca intervensi. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA satu arah dan uji post-hoc Tukey. Analisis menunjukkan peningkatan nyata dalam keterampilan menggiring bola untuk masing-masing modalitas latihan terhadap kelompok kontrol (p< 0,05). Latihan lari zig-zag menghasilkan peningkatan yang lebih besar (M = 3,8, SD = 1,2) dibandingkan dengan latihan lari pesawat ulang-alik (M = 3,2, SD = 1,1), meskipun perbedaannya tidak memiliki signifikansi statistik (p = 0,09). Singkatnya, latihan lari antar jemput dan lari zig-zag secara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan menggiring bola pada siswa sekolah menengah, dengan tren penting yang mendukung lari zig-zag.

Abstract

Objectives: This study evaluates the skill levels of fundamental table tennis techniques and identifies influencing factors among SMK learners. Methods: A descriptive quantitative approach with survey methods was employed, involving 40 purposively selected SMK students (25 male, 15 female) and validated assessment criteria for data analysis through descriptive statistics. Results: Significant variation was found in the mastery of table tennis techniques, with forehand as the most mastered (60% in good/excellent), followed by smash (50%) and backhand (45%), indicating varied proficiency across techniques. Conclusion: The study highlights notable differences in mastery levels of table tennis techniques, suggesting implications for enhancing pedagogical approaches and improving training programs, especially for backhand skills.

Abstract

Objectives: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif dampak implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar terhadap kualitas pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia melalui studi literatur sistematis. Methods: The study involved 60 male students (age 15-17 years) from State Vocational High School 8 Medan. Speed was measured using a 30-meter sprint test, agility through the Illinois Agility Test, and dribbling skills via the Control Dribble Test. Statistical analysis included Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis, with significance set at p < 0.05. Results: The analysis revealed significant correlations between speed and dribbling skills (r = -0.68, p < 0.05) and between agility and dribbling skills (r = -0.72, p < 0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that speed and agility collectively explained 64% of the variance in dribbling performance (R² = 0.64), with agility contributing 45.3% and speed contributing 18.7%. Conclusion: Agility emerged as the dominant factor in basketball dribbling performance, contributing significantly more than speed. While both components are important, training programs should emphasize agility development while maintaining appropriate speed training. These findings suggest the need for integrated training approaches that prioritize agility development in basketball skill enhancement programs.
