Abstract

Setiap usaha pastinya ingin mendapatkan keuntungan dari produk yang dijual baik itu berupa barang mentah maupun barang jadi, untuk itu para wirausaha perlu mengetahui bahaimana cara perhitungan penetapan harga pokok penjuala yang benar agar tidak terjadi kerugian dan menyebabkan usaha itu gulungtikar. Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara penetapan harga pokok penjualan yang dilakukan pada usaha Prima Purnama. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah usaha Prima Purnama yang dikelola oleh H. Sumitun, generasi kedua yang meneruskan usaha ini di Palangka Raya yang terletak di jalan G. Obos induk. Terkait dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode rata-rata bergerak untuk mempermudah mendapatkan perhitungan penetapan harga pokok penjualan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa cara penetapan harga pokok penjualan yang dilakukan oleh Prima Purnama di Palangka Raya ini menggunakan metode rata-rata bergerak yang diperhitungkan dengan biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk pembuatan produk yang berbagan batu granit dan marmer.

Abstract

The Kahayan Market in Palangka Raya City is one of the largest markets in Palangka Raya City. The purpose of this study was to determine the income of traders before and during the Covid pandemic. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. This approach is carried out on all research objects so that the data search process can run easily and according to plan. Data sources are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. 1) Primary data is data obtained by researchers directly from informants which can be in the form of direct interviews with research informants. Informants in this study are: traders in the Kahayan market, Palangka Raya City. 2) Secondary data or supporting data are data obtained indirectly from the research object. In this study secondary data was obtained by collecting data and retrieving information in the form of documents, the internet, photographs and some literature. Journals that are considered relevant to the research problem. Research Results: Their economy is only supported by income that day. Their income is very low because when they don't work or trade, their income also doesn't exist.

Abstract

Improved quality and creativity of workers, as reflected by the average level of education which is getting better, has a positive impact on work productivity. Likewise, efforts to improve skills and workforce training accompanied by the application of appropriate technology have an impact on increasing work productivity. Every business or business wants to get business success that utilizes local potential, namely local wisdom in the area, a business is said to be successful if it earns profit, even though profit is not the only aspect that is assessed from the success of a business, but the reason profit is an important factor is because profit is the goal of people who do business. If there is a decrease or instability in profits, the business will find it difficult to operate its business activities and maintain its business resilience. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe Production Creativity on the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of Klanting in Tahai Baru Village, Maliku District, Pulang Pisau Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. This study involved 4 (four) informants. The results of the study show that production creativity influences business success. Overall there was an increase in sales and turnover. The new production creativity is more advanced than the old creativity. Creative ideas often arise when entrepreneurs see something old and think something new and different. Therefore creativity is creating something from nothing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain data about the marketing strategy applied by the honey kelulut business group community, to know the implementation of the marketing strategy, to know the results of the SWOT analysis on the implementation of the marketing strategy and to find out the problems faced by the kelulut honey business group community in Petak Puti Village. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach or data collection, interviews, observations and documentation. The subject of this research is the community of the honey kelulut business group in Petak Puti Village. The data analysis technique in this study used an interactive qualitative descriptive data analysis model consisting of three concurrent activity lines, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research and interviews, it was shown that at first this kelulut honey bee colony was an aid from the government. How to add a colony apart from government assistance, is also looking for colonies of honey bee kelulut in the forest or breaking up colonies of honey bee kelulut that already exists. In addition to maintaining stup assistance from the government, they also look for kelulut honey bee colonies in the forest around the village and break up existing colonies, so that these colonies can later grow. As well as planting flowers that have enough pollen so that it can increase the productivity of the honey produced. The influencing factors are the cleanliness of the stup, the safety of the stup from rainy or hot weather, and also guarding against nuisance animal attacks. There are two kinds of stup, namely stup made of wood logs taken from the forest which directly have the colony and some are made of boards, the stup is for the transfer of the colony. The post-harvest honey process is filtered into closed jars, allowed to stand for 2-3 days to reduce foam at the time of harvest, then poured into packaged bottles. The group entrusts the marketing of honey to the assistants, so that the assistants who market to the City of Palangka Raya and its surroundings go through agents/collectors in that city

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the forms of social interaction between plasma farmers and the Sarawak Damai Estate (SDE) Sawit Company in Pundu Village, Cempaga Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency. For the objectives to be answered, a qualitative approach was used to withdraw purposive sampling informants with data collected from oil palm farmers (primary) and documentation (secondary). The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that social interaction between the plasma farmers community and the SDE Company in Pundu Village, namely dissociative social interaction, occurred during the entry phase of the SDE Palm Oil Company and the management of the oil palm plantation. In this dissociative interaction, the plasma farmer community strengthens its solidarity in fighting against companies that are considered to be doing things that are detrimental to farmers. Therefore, social interaction between the plasma farmer community and the SDE Palm Oil Company in Pundu Village is dissociative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan faktor eksternal terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa angkatan 2018 prodi pendidikan ekonomi FKIP Universitas Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 sebanyak 40 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan koesioner tertutup dan terbuka dengan bantuan google formulir. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi linier berganda, Uji Parsial (Uji T) dan Uji simultan (Uji F). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel faktor ekternal yaitu lingkungan keluarga (X1), mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat yaitu prestasi belajar sebesar 55,4%. Variabel faktor ekternal yaitu lingkungan kampus (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat yaitu prestasi belajar sebesar 23,7% faktor ekternal yaitu bimbingan akademik (X3) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat tetapi faktor eksternal yaitu bimbingan akademik (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 1,8% dan variabel faktor ekternal yaitu lingkungan keluarga (X1), memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan Sedangkan Dari hasil penelitian uji F yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa variabel faktor eksternal yaitu lingkungan keluarga (X1), lingkungan kampus (X2) dan bimbingan akademik (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2018 FKIP Universitas Palangka Raya sebesar 75,1%.

Abstract

The Panca Rasa Puruk Cahu Restaurant is one of the companies in Murung Raya Central Kalimantan Province, where its business is engaged in providing products (goods and services). In providing services to the community, Panca Rasa Restaurant is required to do the best and provide satisfaction to customers in their services. This study aims to determine the quality of service about customer satisfaction at the Panca Rasa Puruk Cahu restaurant. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data reduction data presentation and drawing conclusions, with the respondents are consumers at the Panca Rasa Restaurant, consumers who have been set as many as 8 people. From the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of service is shown from the aspects of tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy at the Panca Rasa Puruk Cahu restaurant as follows: Tangible aspects provide complete facilities, arrangement of goods and appearance. Clean and tidy employees. In the aspect of reliability, using a manual system in making payment transactions for operating hours that are always correct and provide polite and courteous service. Responsiveness aspect, always responds / responds to complaints and complaints from consumers, but consumers must first find employees to get service. Aspects of assurance, providing security, comfort, and guarantees for products purchased by consumers and employees having skills and knowledge about the products being sold. Aspects of empathy, employees always communicate to consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceptions about education and student learning motivation on interest in continuing to college among students at SMAN 2 Palangka Raya. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method using descriptive approach. The source of data in this study were students of class XII IPS 1, 2, and 3 with a sample of 30 students. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable perception of education has a significant effect on the Interest in Continuing to College with the results obtained < 0.05 namely 0.000 < 0.05, and the value of t count> t table, namely 7.477 > 2.052, while the Learning Motivation variable has a significant effect on the Interest in Continuing to College, namely with the results obtained < 0.05, namely 0.008 < 0.05, and the value of t count> t table, namely 2.883> 2.052. Based on the value of the Coefficient of Determination, which is 0.802, meaning that the results above have an influence of variables XI and X2 on variable Y of 80.2%, and the remaining 19.8% is influenced by other factors outside the research that the researchers conducted

Abstract

The problem that is often found in learning economics is that teachers still use little learning media, especially technology-based learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media based on edunomic adventure interactive games that are categorized as feasible, easy and effective for use in economic learning activities. This study uses development research or Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The instrument used by researchers in this study is an expert validation sheet which will be validated by material experts and media experts to determine the level of quality and feasibility of edunomic adventure interactive game-based learning media that will be tested. Furthermore, giving questionnaires to students to determine the effectiveness of using learning media based on edunomic adventure interactive games. Based on the results of validation conducted by media experts on learning media based on interactive games edunomic adventure with a score of 86% in the category very valid to be used as a learning medium in economic lessons. Furthermore, the assessment of material experts on the material presented in the edunomic adventure interactive game-based learning media scored 85% in the category very valid for use as an economic learning media. The results of the assessment conducted by students on learning media based on interactive games edunomic adventure with a score of 88%, included in the category very feasible to use in economic learning

Abstract

Basically, SWOT analysis is a method used by companies to formulate business strategies to outperform competitors in business competition. By knowing the internal strengths and weaknesses of the company and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, so that the company can win its competition. This research has the aim of analyzing its SWOT and the marketing strategy applied by Cokelat Klasik. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The results showed that Cokelat Klasik business partners have used SWOT analysis, can use the following alternative strategies: SO: continue to innovate and emphasize the concept of modern youth, maintain the quality of drinks, and provide good and maximum service to consumers. ST: Maintaining quality and customer satisfaction, delivery services, buying a generator. WO strategy: competitors as motivation, giving consumers the option to choose products, using promotional media, adding toppings to each drink, reporting consumer complaints about products to the franchisor. WT strategy: Setting competitive prices but not harming partners, always making innovations to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Meanwhile, Cokelat Klasik has applied SWOT analysis into a business strategy in developing its business and gaining an advantage in its business competition
