Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the business world, requires companies including banks to develop strategies in running their business. This strategy aims to create competitive advantage, growth and development of the company. This also happens in the banking world, therefore the author wishes to analyze Leverage and Company Growth at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero, Tbk. This research is a type of descriptive research, the object of this research is the financial statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in 2014-2018 and this study uses quantitative and qualitative data types derived from the company's financial statements as qualitative and quantitative data types. The data collection technique in this research is through documents related to and supporting this research, namely the Financial Statements of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. In this study, the data analysis technique used is through trend analysis assisted by graphs. The results showed that the DER of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. For 5 years (2014-2018) it was 630,722 (720.52 + 676.49 + 583.62 + 573.00 + 599.98 : 5) or 6.3%, which means PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. has sufficient capital of its own which is used to pay debts systematically. Growth of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. From 2014 to 2018 it tends to fluctuate. If seen in 2015 there was a significant decline in Bank BRI's profit growth from the previous year. This happened because of the economic conditions that occurred, namely in 2014 the percentage of BRI's credit reached 17.2%, but it turned out that in 2015 there were bad loans which ultimately suppressed BRI's profit in 2015. In general, the growth of BRI Bank in 2014-2018 was quite good because every year it always gives an increase of almost always double digits (percentage) except in 2015 which only rose 9.54% but this is reasonable because it has reasons that are in accordance with the economic conditions faced

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of brand image (brand image) on purchasing decisions on Eiger Palangka Raya products. In conducting this research, the quantitative method is used, while the data collection is done by analyzing the data and submitting a questionnaire to buyers or customers at the Eiger Palangka Raya store. The population in this study were consumers or buyers at the Eiger Palangka Raya store and the sample was determined using the Slovin technique formula with 99 samples. Validity test is done through the calculation of IBM SPSS Statistics 23 while the test for relativity uses the Cronbach's alpha formula. The classical assumption test uses (1) validity test (2) reliability test and (3) normality test. Data analysis techniques using (1) Simple Linear Regression Analysis (2) Hypothesis testing: F test and T test (3) Determination Coefficient Test (R Square). From the calculation results of the simple linear regression coefficient between X and Y, namely Y = 25,824 + 0.432X it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Brand Image / Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions. Hypothesis testing results F Test shows F arithmetic (4,478)> F table (3.09) with a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and Hypothesis Testing T Test shows that t arithmetic (3,116)> t table (1,988) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0.05. Then it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and the hypothesis accepted is H1 which means that the Brand Image variable has a significant influence on the purchase decision variable. The result of the coefficient testing determines the value of R Square of 0.378 (37.8%). This means that 37.8% of Purchasing Decisions are influenced by Brand Image, and the remaining 62.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Creating an ideal learning environment requires a perception between the family and the community. In the home environment in particular, parents are one of the factors that can affect children's learning motivation. The more children are given motivation, the children will be eager to carry out their learning activities in order to achieve learning achievement. This study uses a qualitative research type. This study involved 25 informants. The data collected in this research is by conducting observations first, then conducting interviews, and documenting the necessary data, both primary data and secondary data, then analyzed qualitatively and a conclusion is drawn. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the role of parents in improving student achievement at SMA Negeri 2 Muara Teweh, North Barito Regency is still low. Parents are still less active and motivating, and pay attention to their children's learning achievements at school. This is because he is busy at work, so he doesn't have much time to pay attention to the learning achievements of his children every day. Parents believe that their children will be able to overcome all kinds of difficulties faced at school. Because, the facilities provided by parents to their children have been fulfilled. For example, transportation facilities and learning facilities, where children are included in tutoring at home, even with learning at school

Abstract

The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and the method is descriptive. The results obtained from this research is the active organization of students with a very active level has an average GPA 3.60 with the highest GPA 3.81 and the lowest GPA 2.43, with active rate activation has an average GPA of 3.31 with the highest GPA 3.75 and 2.25 lowest GPA, and a moderately active activity has an average GPA of 3.36 with the highest GPA of 3.61 and the lowest GPA of 3.11. This indicates that the level of activity is organized at the very active level of the highest average GPA in comparison of active and moderately active levels. However, active organisational activity at the current level has a lower average GPA than the average active GPA of an organization at a fairly active level. There is a positive and significant influence on the activity of students in organization of UPR Economics Education student academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling sehingga laporan biaya-biaya dalam memproduksi batik ditetapkan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode full costing untuk menentukan harga pokok produksi, sedangkan analisis harga jual menggunakan metode cost plus pricing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan metode full costing adalah sebesar Rp. 48.128.000. Yang terdiri dari biaya bahan baku sebesar Rp.30.964.000, biaya tenaga kerja sebesar Rp. 8.320.000, dan biaya overhead pabrik sebesar Rp.8.844.000. Yang dikeluarkan oleh Batik Benang Bintik Paramita untuk memproduksi batik dengan jenis kain katun primis, katun prima, katun Jepang, dan sutera Atbm.Perhitungan Harga Jual dengan menggunakan metode cost plus pricing untuk jenis kain katun primis sebesar Rp.35.457.060 untuk per meternya sebesar Rp.58.510/meter, untuk kain katun prima harga jualnya sebesar Rp.39.824.256 untuk per meternya sebesar Rp. 44.249/meter, untuk kain katun Jepang harga jualnya sebesar Rp. 31.094.712 untuk per meternya sebesar Rp. 117.020/meter, sedangkan untuk kain sutera Atbm adalah sebesar Rp. 42.103.764 untuk per meternya sebesar Rp.695.700/meter.

Abstract

School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) is a government program in the form of financial assistance that aims to provide non personnel funding for basic education units and secondary school as the implementation of compulsory education, the Regular BOS Fund is allocated to assist the operational expenditure needs of all students in primary and secondary education units. Method research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research subjects included the school principal, treasurer and school committee. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the management of the BOS Fund at SMP Negeri 15 Palangka Raya during the pandemi was managed properly in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for the use of the 2021 BOS Fund, the Covid-19 pandemi had an impact on the management of the use of the BOS Fund, where the BOS Fund was usedrelated to efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19, at SMP Negeri 15 Palangka Raya the BOS funds are used by schools to complete facilities and infrastructure to support learning activities during the pandemi, where SMP Negeri 15 Palangka Raya applies semi-online learning and also BOS funds are used to prepare supporting facilities and infrastructure Limited Face-to-face Learning.

Abstract

Masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya melakukan aktivitas ekonomi yang memerlukan keahlian tertentu. Salah satunya ketika menjalankan UMKM ataupun organisasi tentu saja pengelolaan keuangan menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Aplikasi Manager.io merupakan salah satu dari kemajuan teknologi yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mengelola keuangan. Desa Kayu Bulan merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Kapuas Tengah Kabupaten Kapuas yang memiliki luas wilayah 48 km²  dengan jumlah penduduk 1708 jiwa. Desa Kayu Bulan menjadi sasaran pengabdian yang dilakukan karena merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Kapuas Tengah yang memiliki putaran perekonomian yang cukup cepat, memiliki beragam profesi dan jumlah penduduk yang cukup banyak. Sesuai dengan program kerja yang disusun, Desa Kayu Bulan memiliki profesi dan cukup banyak UMKM yang membutuhkan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi namun memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan. Pengabdian yang dilakukan di Desa Kayu Bulan adalah meberikan pelatihan tentang penggunaan Aplikasi Manager.io dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Hal ini diharapkan agar masyarakat dapat memiliki keterampilan yang dapat membantu ketika menjalankan profesi maupun ketika menjalankan UMKM.  Masyarakat yang menjalankan UMKM ataupun profesi lainnya menjadi daya tarik bagi tim untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pengelolaan keuangan yang tepat dan benar. Tujuan dan manfaat yang ingin dicapai melalui pengabdian ini ialah membentuk individu masyarakat menjadi lebih mandiri dan membantu masyarakat lebih memahami pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi sehingga dapat memiliki keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan pada dasarnya memiliki tujuan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Laba atau laba adalah selisih antara jumlah yang diterima perusahaan dalam penjualan barang atau jasa kepada pelanggan dari jumlah yang seharusnya dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi dan menjual barang atau jasa. Kebijakan leasing kredit pada dasarnya adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pembeli berupa bantuan keuangan sementara selama tidak tersedia dana untuk membiayai pembelian. penjualan kredit melalui Leasing Honda di Dealer Cahaya Indah Motor Palangka Raya dan cara kelancaran pembayaran angsuran dari pihak perusahaan funding. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis penjualan kredit melalui sewa guna usaha sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian, sehingga jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Untuk memperoleh data yang akurat penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah penjualan kredit melalui leasing pada minggu pertama sebesar 87% dan penjualan tunai sebesar 13%, sedangkan pada minggu kedua penjualan kredit melalui leasing sebesar 79% dan penjualan tunai sebesar 21%. minggu penjualan kredit melalui leasing adalah 82% dan penjualan tunai 18%, pada minggu keempat penjualan kredit melalui leasing 85% dan penjualan tunai 15%.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process for students actively to develop their potential so that they have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves and society. Higher education is a problem that occurs in Indonesia related to efforts to educate the nation's life and shape Indonesian human resources as a whole. As stated in Article 31 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, every citizen has the right to education. (2) Every citizen is obliged to attend basic education and the government is obliged to pay for it. However, due to the lack of information about education, many people pay less attention to their children's education. This is also the reason why teenagers in Lebo Village, Pematang Karau District, East Barito Regency, on average, only finish high school. So that the purpose of the presence of the research team is to provide a qualitative analysis of the preparation for entering college in the Lebo Village community so that it can become an important reference for changing people's mindsets about the importance of education. Because as it is known that people who receive education at the tertiary level are one of the important things in order to be able to provide ideas and ideas for the progress of the village. The results of the study show that in Lebo Village there are only elementary schools, for middle and high schools there are still no. The village is located in a location that is difficult to signal, so it is difficult for the community to access information. On average, after graduating from high school, parents are more likely to direct their children to work than to continue their education to college. There has been no visit or socialization from the government regarding the preparations that must be made to continue education to the tertiary level.
