Abstract

The level of tax revenue is very important as an indicator of the independence of a nation's development. Tax is one of the primary assets of state revenue from within the country to fund the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Tax revenue is often not achieved due to tax avoidance practices. The phenomenon of tax avoidance in Indonesiamay be seen from the ratio of country taxes. This study ambitions to decide the impact of GCG, Fiscal Loss Compensation, Sales Growth, Capital Intensity on Tax Avoidance of Manufacturing Companies on the IDX. The population used consisted of 59 companies with purposive sampling technique, the sample consisted of 40 data from 8 companies. The data is taken using secondary data taken from the official website www.idx.co.id and processed using the SPSS version 25 application. Based totally on those outcomes, it is stated that the independent board of commissioners has no partial effect on tax avoidance, institutional ownership has a partial effect on tax avoidance , fiscal loss compensation has no partial effect on tax avoidance, sales growth does not partially affect tax avoidance, capital intensity does not partially affect tax avoidance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Filariasis merupakan penyakit tropis yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah. Penyakit ini menimbulkan dampak signifikan pada kualitas hidup penderitanya, baik secara fisik maupun sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang filariasis terhadap perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan masyarakat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode total sampling. Intervensi berupa pendidikan kesehatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan menggunakan media leaflet dan diskusi kelompok. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank untuk menilai perubahan yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan (pre test 33,3% menjadi post test 76,7%) dan sikap masyarakat (pre test 56,7% menjadi post test 70%). Namun, perubahan pada tindakan masyarakat (pretest 53,3% menjadi posttest 73,3%) tidak signifikan secara statistik.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the synergy between Chat GPT and emotional intelligence in the context of education and the transformative potential revealed in human development by providing an in-depth understanding of the benefits and implications of using this combination. The use of Chat GPT as an adaptive artificial intelligence tool and emotional intelligence involving understanding and managing emotions shows promising results in improving students' self-understanding, empathy, critical thinking skills, and communication skills. In addition, this synergy also encourages inclusivity and diversity in learning. This study was conducted through a qualitative approach involving student participants. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document analysis to gain insight into students' experiences and the impact of this synergy in human development. The results show that the synergy between Chat GPT and emotional intelligence has transformative potential in shaping a generation with a deeper understanding of themselves, strong critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, and sensitivity to cultural differences. These findings provide important implications in the context of holistic education

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the ways in which business strategies and accounting information systems (AIS) impact the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in North Sumatra both partially and simultaneously. The phenomenon of low MSME performance, which is demonstrated by fluctuating turnover, stagnant profitability, and a lack of competitiveness, is the result of a lack of structured business strategy planning and ineffective use of accounting information systems. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and it was tested for validity and reliability. Selanjutnya, tes klasik asumsi, tes multiple linear regression, tes parsial, dan tes simultan dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS.The results indicate that business strategy has a positive and significant impact on SME performance, and SIA also has a positive and significant impact on SME performance. With an adjusted R² coefficient of 0.751, 75.1% of the variation in SME performance can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 24.9% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The results indicate that the success of SMEs does not only depend on the right business strategy but also on the effective implementation of SIA to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making speed, and better competitiveness.

Abstract

Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki kekayaan folklor yang berpotensi mendukung pengembangan pariwisata berbasis budaya. Namun, di SMPN 4 Sungailiat, pemahaman siswa terhadap kekayaan budaya lokal masih rendah, disebabkan oleh keterbatasan materi folklor dalam kurikulum dan metode pengajaran yang kurang menarik. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penguasaan folklor lokal di kalangan siswa dan tenaga pendidik melalui asistensi e-learning berbasis folklor, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), dengan teknik analisis data yang mencakup tahap Preparation, Implementation, dan Monitoring Result. Hasil program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi materi folklor melalui e-learning dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan apresiasi siswa terhadap budaya lokal, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran digital berbasis folklor. Kontribusi dari program pengabdian ini terletak pada pengembangan model pembelajaran digital yang mengintegrasikan elemen budaya lokal untuk mendukung pariwisata dan pelestarian budaya. Hasilnya dapat menjadi acuan bagi kebijakan pendidikan dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal di tingkat sekolah. Abstract

The development of digital technologies and social media has changed the way fish farmers access information and purchase valuable fish health products. However, there is no research on marketing to the fish farming community. With the spread of the internet in Indonesia, key opinion leaders (KOLs) have become an important marketing strategy to effectively reach the fishing community. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of KOLs on fish farmers’ decisions to purchase health products in Sumatra and Java. It examines three broad dimensions of KOLs (relevance, scope, and value of involvement) and four dimensions of purchase decisions (product selection, brand, location, and payment method). A quantitative survey was conducted among 76 fish farmers in Sumatra and Java Island. The survey instrument showed good validity and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha > 0.9) and multiple regression analysis showed that KOLs significantly influenced purchase decisions (R = 0.853, R2 = 0.727). The dimensions of Reach and Rate of Engagement had the largest and most significant impact on purchasing behavior. This strategy is strongly recommended as a viable approach to increase the effectiveness of sustainable fish product promotion in the Indonesian fish farming industry. Abstrak Bahasa Indonesia: Perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial telah mengubah cara petani ikan mengakses informasi dan membeli produk kesehatan ikan yang memiliki nilai market yang besar namun belum ada penelitian terkait bidang pemasaran terkait komunitas petani ikan. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan internet di Indonesia, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) telah menjadi strategi pemasaran yang penting untuk menjangkau komunitas petani ikan secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh KOL terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kesehatan ikan oleh petani ikan di Sumatera dan Jawa. Penelitian ini mengkaji tiga dimensi utama KOL (relevansi, jangkauan dan nilai keterikatan) dan empat dimensi keputusan pembelian (pemilihan produk, merek, lokasi dan metode pembayaran). Survei kuantitatif dilakukan terhadap 76 responden ikan di Pulau Sumatera dan Jawa. Instrumen survei menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas yang baik (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,9), dan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa KOL secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian (R = 0,853, R² = 0,727). Dimensi jangkauan dan nilai keterikatan memiliki dampak terbesar dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian. Strategi ini sangat direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan berkelanjutan dalam industri perikanan Indonesia untuk meningkatkan efektivitas promosi produk kesehatan ikan.
