Abstract

This study examines the role of climate-conscious HR initiatives, social value leadership, and humanistic work design in transforming employer branding in the manufacturing industry in East Java. Using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 170 respondents, data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3. The findings reveal that all three dimensions significantly enhance employer branding, with humanistic work design showing the strongest influence. The combined effect of these variables explains 68% of the variance in employer branding, highlighting the importance of an integrated approach. This research contributes to the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory and provides actionable insights for HR managers and industry leaders seeking to build sustainable and attractive employer brands in competitive markets.

Abstract

This study explores the digitalization of performance management as a strategy to enhance sustainable education in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews with five key informants, including policymakers, school administrators, educators, technology experts, and educational researchers. The findings reveal that digitalized systems offer benefits such as real-time monitoring, data transparency, and improved collaboration among educators. However, challenges persist, including infrastructural limitations, digital literacy gaps, and resistance to change. Strategies such as capacity building, pilot projects, and inclusive planning are recommended to address these barriers. The study underscores the potential of digital performance management to transform education sustainably, provided these challenges are systematically mitigated.

Abstract

This study analyzes the economic feasibility of implementing integrated energy systems in industrial areas in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 35 industrial areas through a Likert scale survey, and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The analysis focused on key variables such as investment costs, energy savings, payback period, government support, technical feasibility, and energy efficiency. The results revealed that while energy savings and government support were perceived as key benefits, high investment costs and long payback periods posed significant barriers to adoption. Additionally, the findings highlighted a strong correlation between technical feasibility and energy savings, underscoring the importance of infrastructure compatibility. The study suggests that reducing investment costs, improving access to capital, and enhancing government incentives are essential to promoting the adoption of integrated energy systems in Indonesia’s industrial sectors.

Abstract

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in supporting managerial decision-making within logistics companies in Cikarang, Indonesia. As logistics operations become increasingly complex, the demand for integrated systems that provide real-time information and enhance decision quality has grown significantly. A quantitative research method was applied, involving 30 respondents selected from logistics companies actively using ERP. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The results of descriptive analysis show that respondents perceived ERP positively, with high mean values for both ERP usage (4.12) and managerial decision-making (4.25). Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research indicators were valid and reliable. Regression analysis revealed that ERP usage has a positive and significant effect on managerial decision-making (β = 0.642, t = 5.734, p < 0.05), explaining 41.2% of the variance in decision-making effectiveness. These findings demonstrate that ERP contributes substantially to enhancing decision quality, timeliness, and strategic planning in logistics firms. The study concludes that while ERP is a vital enabler of decision-making, its success also depends on complementary factors such as managerial competence, organizational culture, and training.

Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 190 respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results indicate that organizational culture has the strongest positive and significant effect on organizational performance, followed by transformational leadership. Furthermore, organizational performance significantly influences employee engagement, highlighting its role as a driver of employee commitment and motivation. The R² values demonstrate that the model explains 84.0% of the variance in organizational performance and 62.5% of the variance in employee engagement, suggesting strong explanatory power. These findings emphasize the importance of embedding strong cultural values and transformational leadership behaviors to enhance organizational performance and foster employee engagement.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of work-life balance and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intermediary variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 180 employees through a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The results reveal that work-life balance and work environment both have significant positive effects on job satisfaction, with the work environment showing the stronger influence. Job satisfaction, in turn, has a very strong positive effect on employee performance. Mediation analysis confirms that job satisfaction fully mediates the effect of work environment on performance and partially mediates the effect of work-life balance on performance. These findings suggest that organizational performance can be improved by creating a supportive work environment and promoting work-life balance, with job satisfaction serving as the key mechanism that drives employee productivity.
