Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan (QoS) jaringan internet di Alun-Alun Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan wireshark. Internet publik semakin dibutuhkan untuk berbagai keperluan, seperti komunikasi, hiburan, dan pekerjaan. Namun, kualitas jaringan di area publik seperti Alun-Alun Sidoarjo masih sering mengalami masalah, seperti koneksi lambat, keterlambatan pengiriman data (latensi), perubahan waktu pengiriman yang tidak stabil (jitter), dan kehilangan data (packet loss). Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengukuran langsung terhadap beberapa parameter utama, yaitu throughput, latensi, jitter, dan packet loss pada tiga waktu yang berbeda yakni pagi, siang, dan sore. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa koneksi internet pada siang hari memiliki kecepatan transfer data (throughput) tertinggi sebesar 72 kbps dengan latensi paling rendah (22,8 ms). Sementara itu, pada pagi hari ditemukan jitter negatif (-0,599 ms), yang bisa memengaruhi layanan yang membutuhkan koneksi stabil secara real-time. Pada sore hari, tingkat kehilangan data (packet loss) paling rendah sebesar 0,109%, menunjukkan jaringan yang lebih stabil dibandingkan waktu lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kualitas layanan internet di Alun-Alun Sidoarjo masih tergolong cukup baik menurut standar TIPHON, meskipun ada perubahan kualitas pada waktu-waktu tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan infrastruktur jaringan agar koneksi lebih stabil, terutama dalam mengatasi jitter negatif dan menjaga kestabilan kecepatan transfer data di semua waktu. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of service (QoS) of the internet network in Sidoarjo's town square using Wireshark. Public internet is increasingly needed for various purposes, such as communication, entertainment, and work. However, network quality in public areas such as Sidoarjo's town square still often experiences problems, such as slow connections, delayed data transmission (latency), unstable transmission time changes (jitter), and data loss (packet loss). In this study, direct measurements were made of several key parameters, namely throughput, latency, jitter, and packet loss at three different times: morning, afternoon, and evening. The analysis results show that the internet connection during the day has the highest data transfer rate (throughput) of 72 kbps with the lowest latency (22.8 ms). Meanwhile, in the morning, negative jitter was found (-0.599 ms), which can affect services that require a stable connection in real-time. In the afternoon, the data loss rate (packet loss) was lowest at 0.109%, indicating a more stable network compared to other times. Based on the results of this study, the quality of internet service in Sidoarjo's town square is still considered quite good according to TIPHON standards, although there are occasional changes in quality. Therefore, network infrastructure improvements are needed to ensure more stable connections, particularly in addressing negative jitters and always maintaining stable data transfer speeds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas layanan (Quality of Service) jaringan internet di PT Quantum Nusatama, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang instalasi jaringan fiber optik. Penggunaan perangkat lunak wireshark memungkinkan analisis terhadap parameter QoS seperti throughput, delay, jitter, dan packet loss sesuai standar TIPHON. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa performa jaringan tergolong baik yakni throughput rata-rata 85% dari kapasitas, delay 25–35 ms, jitter 5–10 ms, dan packet loss di bawah 2%. Kesimpulannya, jaringan internet di perusahaan tersebut memenuhi standar layanan yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung operasional bisnis. This study analyzes the quality of service (Quality of Service) of the internet network at PT Quantum Nusatama, a company engaged in fiber optic network installation. The use of Wireshark software allows analysis of QoS parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss according to TIPHON standards. The results show that the network performance is quite good, with an average throughput of 85% of capacity, a delay of 25–35 ms, jitter of 5–10 ms, and packet loss below 2%. In conclusion, the internet network at the company meets the service standards required to support business operations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menganalisis kualitas layanan (Quality of Service/QoS) pada jaringan internet di SMA PGRI 5 Sidoarjo dengan memakai perangkat lunak Wireshark. Jaringan internet yang baik amat utama guna menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dan operasional sekolah, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa optimal kinerja jaringan yang dipakai. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang dipakai ialah analisis data paket memakai Wireshark, yang dapat memantau dan mengukur berbagai parameter QoS contohnya yakni latensi, bandwidth, jitter, serta packet loss. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun jaringan internet di SMA PGRI 5 Sidoarjo cukup stabil, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam hal latensi dan jitter yang dapat mempengaruhi pengalaman pengguna, terutama pada saat pemanfaatan aplikasi berbasis video dan media interaktif. Berdasarkan analisis, beberapa rekomendasi teknis diberikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas jaringan guna menunjang proses belajar mengajar secara lebih efisien. This study aims to analyze the quality of service (Quality of Service/QoS) on the internet network at SMA PGRI 5 Sidoarjo using Wireshark software. A good internet network is crucial to support learning activities and school operations, so an evaluation is necessary to determine how optimal the network performance is. In this study, the method used is packet data analysis using Wireshark, which can monitor and measure various QoS parameters such as latency, bandwidth, jitter, and packet loss. The research findings indicate that although the internet network at SMA PGRI 5 Sidoarjo is quite stable, there are several obstacles in terms of latency and jitter that can affect the user experience, especially when using video-based applications and interactive media. Based on the analysis, several technical recommendations are provided to improve network quality to support a more efficient teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggunakan Wirereshark sebagai alat analisis jaringan untuk menganalisis jaringan internet nirkabel mengenai kualitas layanan. Latar Belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya kualitas jaringan internet yang stabil dan andal untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional di Command Center Polresta Sidoarjo. Studi ini berfokus pada latensi tinggi, kehilangan paket, dan input lalu lintas yang tidak konsisten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kinerja jaringan internet berdasarkan parameter QoS seperti keseluruhan, packet loss, Delay, Jitter, dan kebutuhan untuk perbaikan jika perlu. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis jaringan dengan bantuan alat Wireshark untuk menangkap dan menganalisis paket data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaringan internet di Command Center Polresta Sidoarjo dengan Wireshark dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja jaringan umumnya diklasifikasikan sebagai baik. Parameter seperti QoS, penundaan, kehilangan paket, dan Throughput menunjukkan hasil yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diperlukan untuk mematuhi standar operasional di Command Center Polresta Sidoarjo. Namun, pemantauan rutin diperlukan untuk memastikan kualitas layanan yang konsisten. The purpose of this study is to use Wireshark as a network analysis tool to analyze wireless internet networks regarding quality of service. The background of this study is based on the importance of stable and reliable internet quality to support operational activities at the Sidoarjo Police Command Center. This study focuses on high latency, packet loss, and inconsistent traffic input. The purpose of this study is to assess internet network performance based on QoS parameters such as overall, packet loss, Delay, Jitter, and the need for improvement if necessary. The method used is network analysis with the help of the Wireshark tool to capture and analyze data packets. The results of the study show that the internet network at the Sidoarjo Police Command Center with Wireshark, can be concluded that network performance is generally classified as good. Parameters such as QoS, delay, packet loss, and Throughput show results that are in accordance with the criteria required to comply with operational standards at the Sidoarjo Police Command Center. However, regular monitoring is needed to ensure consistent quality of service.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas jaringan internet (Quality of Service) di lingkungan MA Nurul Huda Sedati Sidoarjo. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi packet loss, jitter, throughput, dan delay. Untuk pengukuran, pengumpulan, dan analisa datanya menggunakan aplikasi open-sourch Wireshark. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel lalu lintas jaringan saat kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Hasil analisisnya berupa nilai jitter, delay, packet loss menunjukkan kekuatan jaringan yang stabil dan keandalan untuk aplikasi real-time. Namun, kualitas throughput yang kurang baik menandakan adanya keterbatasan saat pengiriman data. Sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja aplikasi yang memerlukan data besar. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan awal pemeliharaan atau perbaikan kualitas jaringan dilingkungan MA Nurul Huda Sedati Sidoarjo agar dapat menunjang kelancaran kegiatan belajar mengajar. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the internet network (Quality of Service) in the MA Nurul Huda Sedati Sidoarjo environment. The parameters analyzed include packet loss, jitter, throughput, and delay. For measurement, collection, and analysis of the data using the open-source application Wireshark. Testing is done by taking network traffic samples during teaching and learning activities. The results of the analysis, in the form of jitter, delay, and packet loss values, ​​indicate stable network strength and reliability for real-time applications. However, poor throughput quality indicates limitations when sending data. So, it can affect the performance of applications that require large data. It is hoped that the results of this study can be an initial reference for maintaining or improving network quality in the MA Nurul Huda Sedati Sidoarjo environment to support the smooth running of teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Purpose: This research proposes deep learning techniques to assist forensic analysis in drone accident cases. This process is focused on detecting attacking drones. In this research, we also compare several deep learning and make some comparisons of the best methods for detecting drone attackers.Methods: The methods applied in this research are YOLO, SSD, and Fast R-CNN. Additionally, to validate the effectiveness of the results, extensive experiments were conducted on the dataset. The dataset we use contains videos taken from drones, especially drone collisions. Evaluation metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1-Score, and mAP are used to assess the system's performance in detecting and classifying drone attackers.Results: This research show performance results in detecting and attributing drone-based threats accurately. In this experiment, it was found that YOLOV5 had superior results compared to YOLOV3 YOLOV4, SSD300, and Fast R-CNN. In this experiment we also detected ten types of objects with an average accuracy value of more than 0.5.Novelty: The proposed system contributes to improving security measures against drone-related incidents, serving as a valuable tool for law enforcement agencies, critical infrastructure protection and public safety. Furthermore, this underscores the growing importance of deep learning in addressing security challenges arising from the widespread use of drones in both civil and commercial contexts.

Abstract

A stable internet speed is essential in supporting worker and student task completion. Slow internet connectivity can become a persistent hindrance if it occurs continuously. Previous research indicates that conventional load balancing methods still have limitations in handling uneven traffic loads. This study, therefore, explores methods to optimize internet link utilization by distributing traffic load evenly, known as load balancing, using the Equal Cost Multi-Path (ECMP) method. This approach aims to maintain maximum data/packet flow, thereby preventing overload on a single link or connection failure. Testing was conducted by comparing network performance before and after ECMP implementation on two different ISPs. The test results showed that before implementing the ECMP method load balancing, the internet speed of ISP 1 was 29 Mbps, and the speed of ISP 2 was 16 Mbps. While after implementing load balancing using the ECMP method, the internet speed was 63 Mbps. Therefore, it is proven that implementing load balancing using the ECMP method can maintain and increase connection speed and share the load on both gateways so that overload does not occur.
