Abstract

Yang melatarbelakangi Penelitian ialah Kurangnya pemahaman Mahasiswa dalam belajar mata kuliah perkembangan motorik. Terjadinya kebosan didalam mata kuliah perkembangan Motorik, kegiatan belajar dan belajar yang monoton Serta karena Mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan pada Mata kuliah Perkembangan motorik. Dan perluhnya inovasi dan pengunaan Ilmu pengetahun dan teknologi dalam segi pembelajaran. Dikarenakan Pembelajaran Kurang kereatif dan Inovatif. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian agar pembelajaran matakuliah motorik menarik, praktis digunakan dan proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan melalui 4 tahapan penelitian yaitu di singkat dengan nama (4 D) perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi.terdapat dua siklus. Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya peningkatan dengan mengunakan aplikasi Lectora bagi mahasiswa tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Dapat diketahuivalidasi ahli materi sebesar  90,75 %., ahli media dengan  total  nilai sebesar 84,03%, Uji coba kelompok kecil.Hasilnya 86,85 dengan rata-rata kelayakan adalah 87.21% termasuk dalam kategori ”sangat valid”. Sehingga  seluruh mahasiswa telah tuntas dan mencapai SKM yang ditentukan.hasilnya terdapat jumlah peningkatan.

Abstract

Eksplorasi ini bertujuan peningkatan senam lantai meroda melalui cooperative learning tipe circiut learning untuk Madrsah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Dau sebab kurangnya minat siswa yang mengikutti senam lantai meroda dan membutuhkan banyak model pembelajaran hingga menarik minat siswa untuk berolahraga. Proses pembelajaran yang membutuhkan waktu untuk prestasi demi mencapai nilai kkm eksplorasi perlu dilakuakan dan dikembangkan demi tercapainya hasil belajar yang diperoleh demgan kemampuannya. Eksplorasi ini ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas(PTK). Eksplorasi ala lakukan dengan 25 siswa. Adapun eksplorasi menggunakan observasi, sikulus I, siklus II, pelaksanaan tindakan, dan refleksi. Instrumen eksplorasi menguntukan saat eksplorasi ialah rubrik penilaian gerak meroda(KI 3: Psikomotorik) dan lembar (KI 4: Kognitif). Teknik analisis data eksplorasi mengukur plus meraih hasil belaja serta menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil eksplorasi dalam pembelajaran 10 siswa tuntas 15 siswa tidak tuntas belajar. Siswa diberikan media cooperative learning tipe circuit learning sebagai alat meroda hasil belajar lazimnya dari 25 siswa diperoleh hasil belajar 80%. Kesimpulan bahwa eksplorasi pada siklus II tampak eskalasi efek belajar dari 25 siswa sebanyak 74%

Abstract

This research produces archery training products, with various models with flexibility training. Archery is a sport of fine and gross motor skills, where success is determined by the capacity to shoot a target repeatedly with extraordinary precision and accuracy. One effort to get talented archery athletes is to conduct talent scouting from an early age. The program for scouting and developing talented athletes in developed countries whose achievements have been implemented with the support of adequate resources, including from government funds, the community, as well as expert support through cross- and inter-disciplinary scientific approaches. Flexibility shows the extent of movement in the joints. Only with sufficient flexibility can a person carry out a movement task with adequate performance. Because flexibility is an important element of physical fitness which is related to health and also physical fitness which is related to performance (achievement). The aim of this development is that the training model book in this research is to produce training media in the form of a flexibility model pocket book for interactive beginner students on basic theoretical competency material. Theoretical feasibility is seen from the feasibility of the material and the feasibility of the media. This research method uses ten stages of development to dissemination. The average percentage of material feasibility is 91% in the very feasible category, and the average percentage of media feasibility is 85.4% in the very feasible category. This archery technique training model book with flexibility is very suitable for use as training material. In terms of material content, this exercise book is very suitable because all the material contained in it is in accordance with basic competencies. Meanwhile, in terms of media suitability, this pocket book is also very suitable because the learning media used is suitable for the material and learning objectives to be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of nutrition on athlete performance when performing sports activities. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection on athletes' eating habits is often done using questionnaires to obtain accurate and systematic information on daily nutritional consumption patterns. Analyzing the relationship between nutrition and athlete performance is an important step to understanding how nutritional intake affects physical and mental abilities in sports. The population in this study was all athletes actively competing in various sports in East Nusa Tenggara and the study sample was 90 athletes. Overall, the data showed that regular eating habits, balanced nutritional intake (especially vegetables, fruits, and protein), and restriction of fast food and sugary/soda drinks contributed positively to athletes' performance. In conclusion, nutrition was shown to play an important role in improving athlete performance in East Nusa Tenggara. Research shows that a balanced consumption of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and vitamins and minerals helps athletes maintain energy, accelerate recovery, and improve endurance. Most athletes ate three meals a day, regularly ate breakfast, and consumed vegetables and fruits daily, which overall contributed positively to their performance.
