Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine product innovation strategies in increasing sales to Pamulang University Management Student MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic, to determine promotional strategies in increasing sales of Pamulang University Management Student MSME products during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to find out strategies product quality in increasing sales at Pamulang University Management Student MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. After doing the research it was found that the product innovation strategy in increasing sales through creating products with different products in general and having a unique brand or product brand that attracts consumers, Promotional strategies in increasing sales are through online marketing or social media, such as: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. as well as through various social media platforms that can be accessed by all people, especially the Indonesian people. Furthermore, the product quality strategy in increasing sales at Pamulang University Management Student MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic is to improve product quality, service through social media admins to deal with online consumers. And there are bonuses for consumers, such as free masks, discounted prices and free shipping. Furthermore, the product quality strategy in increasing sales at Pamulang University Management Student MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic is to improve product quality, service through social media admins to handle online consumers. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at the Aviary Bintaro Hotel. The method used in this research is descriptive with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is census or saturated sampling with a sample of 85 respondents. The analysis tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing and the coefficient of determination as well as hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t count > t table or (6.327 > 1.989). (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t count > t table or (6.398 > 1.989). (3) Leadership style and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcount>Ftable or (27.259 > 2.720).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment on job promotion at the Employee Cooperative of Bank Indonesia (KOPEBI), Jakarta. The study applies a quantitative approach with an associative method. The total population of 60 employees was used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 26. The analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job promotion, with a t-value of 7.617 > 1.672 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on job promotion, with a t-value of 12.004 > 1.672 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job promotion, indicated by an F-value of 71.266 > 2.766 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.711, meaning that 71.1% of the variation in job promotion is explained by both variables. These findings confirm that a motivated workforce supported by a conducive work environment contributes substantially to employees’ promotion opportunities at KOPEBI.

Abstract

Menabung adalah menyimpan sejumlah uang agar dapat digunakan di kemudian hari jika diperlukan. Melalui menabung seseorang bisa menjadi pribadi yang lebih hemat dan dapat belajar mengelola keuangan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) melibatkan 3 (tiga) dosen dari Program Studi Sarjana Manajemen dan Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, dalam rangka pemenuhan tugas Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Pamulang, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya menabung dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai persiapan di masa depan di Yayasan Tajaul Karomatu Desa Situ Gandung Tangerang Banten, dengan peserta dari berbagai latar belakang sosial. Metode yang digunakan meliputi seminar (ceramah) dan pelatihan interaktif dalam membuat anggaran dan pengelolaan keuangan secara digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat literasi keuangan peserta dan kesadaran dalam pentingnya budaya menabung. Program ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi keuangan yang terstruktur dan berbasis perilaku budaya menabung pada peserta efektif dalam hidup lebih hemat dan sesuai dengan anggaran yang telah dibuat untuk cukup memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik di masa depan.
