Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM merupakan salah satu ekonomi kreatif yang harus mendapatkan perhatian penuh untuk menunjang kehidupan masyarakat Desa, Dengan adanya pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif pada masyarakat maka dapat membuka peluang usaha baru untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah suatu produk. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mendukung dan mengidentifikasikan potensi ekonomi kreatif melalui pengelompokan UMKM yang ada di Desa Linggamekar, Kecamatan Cilimus, Kabupaten Kuningan. Sejauh ini belum ada pengelompokan dan kesadaran penuh pada masyarakat tentang pentingnya ekonomi kreatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi Pra Kegiatan yang terdiri dari pemetaan dan identifikasi jenis UMKM, selanjutnya pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi Focus Group Discussions, Sosialisasi, Pendampingan standar kreatifitas usaha produk kreatif, dan yang terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi . Adapun hasil yang diapatkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ditemukan potensi ekonomi kreatif dari pengelompokan UMKM yang memiliki nilai jual dan dibentuknya komunitas ekonomi kreatif sebagai wadah untuk menampung produk yang dihasilkan masyarakat. Dengan dibentuknya komunitas ekonomi kreatif maka masyarakat akan jauh lebih mudah dalam mengenalkan produk yang dimiliki. Abstract: MSMEs are one of the creative economies that must get full attention to support the lives of the village community, with the empowerment of the creative economy in the community, it can open up new business opportunities to increase the added value of a product. This community service is carried out to support and identify the potential of the creative economy through the grouping of MSMEs in Linggamekar Village, Cilimus District, Kuningan Regency. So far there has been no grouping and full awareness in society about the importance of the creative economy. The methods used in this service include Pre-Activity which consists of mapping and identifying types of MSMEs, furthermore, the implementation of activities includes Focus Group Discussions, Socialization, Standard assistance and creativity of creative product businesses, and the last is the evaluation stage. The result of this service is that the creative economy potential is found from the grouping of MSMEs that have selling value and the formation of the creative economy community as a forum to accommodate products produced by the community. With the establishment of a creative economy community, it will be much easier for people to introduce their products.

Abstract

Kabupaten Semarang merupakan satu Kawasan destinasi wisata yang menawarkan berbagai jenis wisata. Agrowisata Kopeng Gunungsari adalah salah satu agrowisata yang ada di Kabupaten Semarang. Namun terdapat permasalahan terkait promosi di wilayah Kabupaten Semarang. Promosi yang dilakukan masih kurang efektif dan daya tarik wisata yang kurang beraneka ragam . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan daya tarik wisata dalam menarik minat wisatawan datang ke Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui observasi langsung, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi (1). Pengaruh promosi terhadap minat wisatawan, (2). Pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap minat wisatawan, (3). Promosi dan daya tarik Bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat wisatawan.

Abstract

Conflict that occurs the success of an organization is strongly influenced by the performance of individual employees. Every organization or company will always try to improve employee performance, with the hope that the company's goals will be achieved. Work conflicts that cause a lack of interaction between each employee, lack of a sense of brotherhood, dependence on one other party in doing a job, differences in perceptions between each employee in completing tasks lead to work conflicts and not working hand in hand in completing work. The purpose of this study, namely: To determine the effect of work conflict and non-physical work environment on employee performance Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention . This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The sample in this study was 150 respondents. researchers used multiple linear analysis.

Abstract

Pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif memainkan peran kunci dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan desa wisata di Hotel Dafam Semarang, kegiatan ini bertujuan memajukan sektor pariwisata dengan mendorong keterlibatan masyarakat desa. Berdasarkan Renstra Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf Tahun 2020–2024, peningkatan nilai devisa dari sektor pariwisata menjadi fokus utama, serta kontribusi PDB pariwisata yang ditargetkan mencapai 4,5% pada tahun 2024. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup ceramah, diskusi, FGD, dan praktek lapangan oleh Tim Dosen STIEPARI di Hotel Dafam Semarang. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan ditekankan pada interaktivitas, variasi metode, dan relevansi materi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta. Hasilnya mencakup peningkatan pengetahuan, motivasi, dan keterampilan pengelola desa wisata dalam menerapkan konsep Sapta Pesona. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini merupakan langkah positif menuju pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, mendukung pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata, dan menciptakan dampak ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Ucapan terima kasih disampaikan kepada peserta, tim dosen, Hotel Dafam Semarang, dan pihak-pihak lain yang turut berkontribusi dalam keberhasilan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

Desa Kledung terletak di Kecamatan Kledung, Kabupaten Temanggung, memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah serta kondisi alam yang menarik, ideal untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata. Potensi yang ada masih belum dimanfaatkan dan diberdayakan  oleh masyarakat setempat secara maksimal. Mengatasi kondisi tersebut bekerja sama dengan STIEPARI Semarang mengambil langkah dengan mengadakan program pengabdian masyarakat. Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian untuk memberdayakan masyarakat lokal dan mendukung perkembangan desa wisata. Melalui program pengabdian masyarakat sebagai salah satu upaya pengembangan potensi pariwisata di Desa Kledung. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penguatan kelembagaan lokal dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan serta pendampingan intensif kepada pengelola pariwisata lokal. Kegiatan ini difokuskan pada peningkatan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam pengelolaan potensi alam serta pengembangan produk pariwisata yang berkelanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan, masyarakat Desa Kledung mampu meningkatkan pemanfaatan dan pemberdayaan potensi wisata lokal, selanjutnya kegiatan ini dapat memperkuat peran ekonomi lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Diharapkan, pendekatan ini dapat menjadi contoh bagi pengembangan desa-desa wisata lainnya di Indonesia dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the potential of ecotourism based on local wisdom in the mangrove forest area of Tapak, Semarang City. The methods used include field observation, interviews with local stakeholders, and qualitative data analysis. The results show that local wisdom plays an important role in managing the mangrove ecosystem and improving community welfare. Traditional practices applied by the local community are effective in maintaining environmental balance and addressing threats of abrasion and pollution. The Tapak mangrove area faces significant challenges, including coastal erosion and industrial waste pollution, which threaten the ecosystem's sustainability. However, the local community has developed various initiatives based on local wisdom for mitigation and conservation. Collective mangrove planting, the use of natural materials in pond management, and the implementation of zoning systems are some practices that have shown positive results. The development of ecotourism in this area not only has the potential to increase local income but also to strengthen environmental awareness among the community and visitors. Recommendations from this study include enhancing community capacity in ecotourism management, strengthening zoning systems, and promoting ecotourism based on local wisdom. Training and empowering the community in aspects of tourism guidance and sustainable resource management are key to ensuring the long-term success of this ecotourism. Therefore, sustainable and community-based ecotourism management strategies need to be continuously developed and supported by various parties to preserve the mangrove ecosystem and improve the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of micro business model policy implementation and community readiness on the development of sport tourism in Cijagamulya, Ciawigebang District, Kuningan - West Java. The method used is quantitative approach with survey technique. Data were collected through questionnaires consisting of micro business actors, local communities, and related stakeholders. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The research results show that the implementation of the micro business model policy and community readiness have a significant influence on the development of sport tourism. And based on SWOT analysis, the development of sport tourism in Cijagamulya is included in Quadrant I (Aggressive Strategy) which shows that the development of sport tourism has a strong position to continue to be developed. The results of this study confirm that the strengthening of sports tourism development in Cijagamulya is strongly influenced by the implementation of effective micro business model policies and the readiness of the community to support this sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes family visitor behavior at Cimory Dairyland On The Valley in Semarang, focusing on visit motivations, behavioral patterns, and visitor satisfaction levels. Employing a qualitative approach with case study methodology, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 20 informants comprising family visitors, destination managers, and educational staff, supplemented by participant observation and document analysis. Results indicate that primary family visit motivations include seeking interactive educational experiences for children (78%), family recreation (65%), and nature interaction (54%). Visitor behavioral patterns demonstrate preferences for educational activities such as petting zoo and milk demonstration, with average visit duration of 4-5 hours. Visitor satisfaction reaches 82% with key factors including educational program quality, facility cleanliness, and staff friendliness. Challenges identified include capacity management during peak seasons, age-specific educational program diversification, and supporting infrastructure development. The study recommends strengthening sustainable educational programs, enhancing visitor management systems, and developing strategic partnerships with educational institutions to establish Dairyland as a premier family educational tourism destination in Central Java.

Abstract

Introduction: Big cities in Indonesia intensify night tourism activities in their respective cities to increase tourist visits and provide a different atmosphere for the experience. This study aims firstly to examine how the influence of local wisdom product offerings typical of a destination on the decisions of night tourism entrepreneurs, secondly to explore the impact of local wisdom products on the travel experience, and thirdly to examine the effect of night tourism decisions. Method: To test this model, 100 tourist respondents were taken at several points of night tourism activities in Semarang City; Then, the data was processed using SEM PLS. Result: The partial hypothesis test shows the value of t - independent statistical variable of local wisdom product against the dependent variable of the travel experience of 1,449 < 1.96 and the importance of t - independent statistical variable of local wisdom product to the intervening variable of night travel decision of 15,336 > 1.96. Simultaneous hypothesis testing showed the importance of t - independent statistical variables of local wisdom products against dependent variables of travel experience through intervening variables of night travel decisions of 7.289 > 1.96. Conclusion: The first study shows that local wisdom products influence the decision to travel to the city of Semarang at night. Second, the development of local wisdom also influences the travel experience—a distinctive art. The three decisions of the following night tour affect the experience of travelling at night in the city of Semarang. Fourth, the decision to travel at night is a variable that mediates the travel experience.

Abstract

Cilacap Regency, Indonesia, is endowed with significant tourism potential, yet its tourist visitation rates remain comparatively low compared to other destinations in Indonesia. To enhance tourist arrivals, this study explores the effectiveness of direct marketing programs as a strategy to increase tourist visitation rates in Cilacap Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey design, collecting data from respondents who have visited Cilacap Regency. Independent variables include various direct marketing strategies such as email campaigns, social media promotions, and other online marketing activities. The main dependent variable is the tourist visitation rate. Regression analysis is utilized to test the hypothesis that direct marketing programs significantly contribute to increasing tourist visitation rates. The findings reveal that direct marketing programs have a significant positive impact on tourist visitation rates in Cilacap Regency (p < 0.001). These findings provide crucial implications for the development of more effective tourism marketing strategies in the region and offer empirical grounds for recommendations to local governments and tourism industry stakeholders in designing more focused and successful marketing programs.
