Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan sifat filtrasi tanah, sehingga stabilisasi dilakukan hanya pada area tanah tertentu dan dilakukan pengamatan pengaruhnya terhadap area sekitar tanah yang distabilisasi. Stabilisasi menggunakan bahan stabilisatior kapur. Prosentase kapur yang digunakan sebesar 8% dari berat tanah. Pengamatan pengaruh tanah di sekitar area stabilisasi dilakukan pada arah horizontal dan arah vertikal. Metode penelitian dengan memodelkan tanah dalam skala laboratorium, yaitu dengan membuat kotak triplek yang berukuran, panjang 1m, lebar 50 cm, tinggi 100 cm. Tanah yang distabilisasi pada area tengah dengan menggunakan kapur 8%, kemudian tanah diuji CBR. Pengujian CBR pada arah horizontal, mengalami peningkatan nilai CBR dibandingkan tanah asli dengan nilai 18,559% menjadi 29,610% dari rata-rata jarak 20 cm hari ke 1 dengan presentase kenaikan 59,2% sedangkan pada jarak 40cm mendapatkan nilai dari rata-rata 30,29%. Pengujian CBR arah vertikal, mengalami peningkatan nilai CBR dari tanah asli. Nilai CBR tanah asli sebesar 18.559%, mengalami kenaikan menjadi 29,610% pada area yang distabilisasi. Pada area jarak 20cm dari area stabilisasi, dengan masa peram hari ke 1 nilai CBR rata-rata sebesar 59,2% sedangkan pada jarak 40cm dengan masa peram hari ke 1 nilai rata-rata CBR yang diperoleh adalah 62,86%. Dari hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tanah yang berada di sekitar tanah stabilisasi mengalami kenaikan nilai CBR dan semakin lama masa peram semakin meningkatkan nilai CBR.

Abstract

Recently, the flood intensity that brought by tributary rivers in the catchment area of Pacal reservoir has increased, both in the quantity of runoff and sediment volume. The research aims to set up erosion rate modeling and find the formulation of the Sediment Delivery Ratio (SDR) at Pacal reservoir. The research used USLE and MUSLE methods as comparator to find sediment yield accuracy at Pacal reservoir, by applying ArcView SWAT-X software. Total average annual erosion rate in the catchment area of Pacal reservoir which has area 82 Km2 calculated using USLE and MUSLE methods are 159,31 ton/ha/yr and 582 ton/ha/yr respectively. MUSLE method resulted SDR which is most closely to SDRobservation if it is compared to USLE method. In this research, MUSLE - Sediment-Discharge Rating Curve method has evaluation values MSE = 0,08; RMSE = 0,29; and Nash = 0,75. Furthermore, Sediment Delivery Ratio at catchment area of Pacal reservoir can be formulated as 0,29 3,83. DAS Waduk Pacal SDR A with value of SDRZulis = 0,27 and sediment yield obtained from MUSLE method equal to 157,40 ton/ha/yr, while from USLE method equal to 43,09 ton/ha/yr. Evaluate sediment yield of MUSLE from SDRZulis to formulation of SDR of former researcher was value of Nash = 0,89; MAE = 0,01. Based on the research result, it is expected that the institution which has responsibility in managing the catchment area of Pacal reservoir would pay high attention to zonation map of erosion risk level and can overcome sedimentation in Pacal reservoir.

Abstract

In 1994 the tsunami in Banyuwangi affected 4 regions namely Pancer, Lampon, Rajegwesi, Grajagan with an earthquake magnitude of 7.5, this requires that disaster-prone areas in Banyuwangi must have an evacuation infrastructure for natural disasters and emergency plans. This study aims to plan an innovative shelter structure design based on temporary evacuation sites in Banyuwangi. The planning used in designing this shelter is to review the structure of columns, beams, plates, and raft foundations, the design of the structure used is steel structure made following the provisions of the load and durability factor design (DFBK) using computer applications that refer to SNI 03- 1726-2019, SNI 03-1729-2015, SNI 03-1727-2013, and FEMA P646A. Based on the planning results, an innovative shelter with dimensions of 16 m x 4 m x 3.5 m, on the beam using IWF 350.350.19.19 steel profile and the column using IWF 350.350.19.19 with a weight of the shelter structure of 38292.9 Kg. The results of the beam structure planning with the control of flexural and shear interaction checks were 1.19 <1.375, the column structure planning with the control of the design compressive strength was 0.228 <1. The foundation of the raft is planned with dimensions of 16 m 4 m and it is recommended that the thickness is 80 cm with pressure control on the ground of 0.061 Kg/cm2 <0.188 Kg/cm2.
